本发明公开了一种高性能锦纶氨纶复合包覆丝,包括锦纶单丝、氨纶单丝,所述氨纶单丝数量为1‑3根,锦纶单丝数量为18‑64根,所述锦纶单丝和氨纶单丝通过网络喷嘴喷射压缩空气形成锦纶单丝包覆氨纶单丝的若干均匀间隔分布的蓬松段和结点段,所述氨纶单丝截面为普通的圆形,所述锦纶单丝的截面由C形段、连接段和弧形段组成,所述连接段连接C形段和弧形段,C形段和弧形段的开口方向相同,连接段位于C形段的非开口侧。本发明通过将锦纶包覆氨纶形成包覆丝,使得包覆丝就有很好的透气性、吸湿排汗性、防透视性,且能够很好的进行染色,有较好的硬挺性。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及纺织的技术领域,特别是锦纶氨纶复合包覆丝的技术领域。
【背景技术】
一般的人造纤维多为圆形截面,用这样的人造纤维制得的纺织品由于排列过于紧密,透气性、吸湿排汗性、防透视性较差,不能很好的满足人们的需求。锦纶具有较好的染色牢固度、吸湿排汗性和耐磨性,但其硬挺性不够理想。为了提高性能,需要在现有的锦纶的基础上进行改进。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种高性能锦纶氨纶复合包覆丝,能够使包覆丝具有很好的透气性、吸湿排汗性、防透视性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种高性能锦纶氨纶复合包覆丝,包括锦纶单丝、氨纶单丝,所述氨纶单丝数量为1-3根,锦纶单丝数量为18-64根,所述锦纶单丝和氨纶单丝通过网络喷嘴喷射压缩空气形成锦纶单丝包覆氨纶单丝的若干均匀间隔分布的蓬松段和结点段,所述氨纶单丝截面为普通的圆形,所述锦纶单丝的截面由C形段、连接段和弧形段组成,所述连接段连接C形段和弧形段,C形段和弧形段的开口方向相同,连接段位于C形段的非开口侧,所述C形段的开口角度为90度-150度,弧形段的弧度为50度-100度。
作为优选,所述锦纶单丝的总纤度为30dtex-180dtex。
作为优选,所述氨纶单丝的总纤度为45-60dtex,氨纶的牵伸比为1.8-4。
作为优选,所述结点段的密度为70-90个每米。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将锦纶包覆氨纶形成包覆丝,使得包覆丝就有很好的透气性、吸湿排汗性、防透视性,且能够很好的进行染色,有较好的硬挺性;锦纶单丝的截面由C形段、连接段和弧形段组成,使得锦纶单丝能够很好的与氨纶单丝结合,同时由于有弧形段和连接段的存在,形成的包覆丝具有很好的触感,同时具有很好的透气性、吸湿排汗性。
