本发明提供一种汽车玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法,涉及表面活性剂领域,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:表面活性剂0.5‑1.5%、乙二胺衍生物2‑5%、烷醇酰胺3‑5%、己内酰胺1‑5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8‑12%、二苯二醇醚2‑10%、丙酮1‑3%、甘油1‑2%、丙三醇1‑5%、乙二醇1‑3%、氢氧化钠0.01‑0.2%、盐酸0.01‑0.2%、香精0.06‑0.1%、水50‑60%、余量为低分子醇。本发明提供的汽车玻璃防雾剂防雾效果好、持效期长,对玻璃无腐蚀。

一种汽车玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于表面活性剂领域,具体地说是涉及一种汽车玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
到了冬季或雨季,汽车内外温度有5度以上的差异,而且车内有充沛的水汽、湿度较高时,车窗玻璃就会起雾。尤其是车前窗挡风玻璃和后视镜起雾时,雾会严重影响驾驶员的视线,妨碍驾驶安全。如果长期打开空调来驱雾,效果并不明显,加上长期使用空调除湿还会增加不少油耗;有些司机为了清除前窗玻璃的雾而在驾驶过程中使用毛巾擦拭,这存在极大的安全驾驶隐患。最好使用防雾剂用于汽车玻璃的防雾工作。但往往一般的防雾剂防雾效果有限,持续时间短,长期使用容易对玻璃造成损害。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车玻璃防雾剂及其制备方法。以解决传统玻璃防雾剂防雾效果差、持效期短,对玻璃存在腐蚀等问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种汽车玻璃防雾剂,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:表面活性剂0.5-1.5%、乙二胺衍生物2-5%、烷醇酰胺3-5%、己内酰胺1-5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-12%、二苯二醇醚2-10%、丙酮1-3%、甘油1-2%、丙三醇1-5%、乙二醇1-3%、氢氧化钠0.01-0.2%、盐酸0.01-0.2%、香精0.06-0.1%、水50-60%、余量为低分子醇。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述表面活性剂是木糖醇酯、山梨醇单棕榈酸酯、月桂酸或硬树脂酸甘油单酯等。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述甘油浓度为99%,所述氢氧化钠和所述盐酸浓度为30%。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述低分子醇为甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇或异丙醇中的任意一种。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述水为去离子水。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述乙二胺衍生物为羟乙基乙二胺、 N-乙基乙二胺或二乙基乙二胺中任意两种的混合物且以任意配比混合。
另外,本发明还提供了一种汽车玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在10-35℃下将所述表面活性剂加入所述水中,以60-100r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌15-25min;
(2)搅拌中依次加入所述乙二胺衍生物、所述烷醇酰胺和所述己内酰胺,持续搅拌10-20min;
(3)升温至60-80℃,继续搅拌30-60 min后,加入所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌过程中加入所述盐酸,调节pH至5-6;
(4)然后以100-160r/min搅拌,并依次加入所述二苯二醇醚、所述甘油、和所述丙酮,加入所述氢氧化钠,调节pH至6.5-7.5;
(5)降温至10-35℃后,加入所述丙三醇、所述乙二醇和所述低分子醇,以400-800r/min分散10-20min,
(6)在分散后溶液中加入所述香精,以1000-1200r/min离心分散5-10min,过滤,得滤液,即为汽车玻璃防雾剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的汽车玻璃防雾剂具有良好的应急防雾性能:在雨天或降温天气,擦拭在车窗内表面,形成超亲水纳米膜,使雾汽与之接触后成低冰点混合物,防止结雾。加入表面活性剂可清洁玻璃表面污渍,使汽车玻璃更透明、更亮泽。如果擦拭在车窗外表面,可在玻璃上形成一层薄膜,能防止玻璃表面产生细小水滴,而影响视线。具有一定的防冻性能,能显著降低液体的冰点,从而起到一定防冻的作用。本发明提供的防雾剂为中性,不会腐蚀玻璃。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种汽车玻璃防雾剂,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:表面活性剂0.5%、乙二胺衍生物2%、烷醇酰胺3%、己内酰胺1%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8%、二苯二醇醚2%、丙酮1%、甘油1%、丙三醇1%、乙二醇1%、氢氧化钠0.01%、盐酸0.01%、香精0.06%、水50%、余量为低分子醇。
表面活性剂是木糖醇酯。
甘油浓度为99%,氢氧化钠和盐酸浓度为30%。
低分子醇为甲醇。
水为去离子水。
乙二胺衍生物为羟乙基乙二胺和N-乙基乙二胺的混合物,羟乙基乙二胺和N-乙基乙二胺的配比为1:3。
另外,本实施例还提供了一种汽车玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在10℃下将表面活性剂加入水中,以60r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌15min;
(2)搅拌中依次加入乙二胺衍生物、烷醇酰胺和己内酰胺,持续搅拌10min;
(3)升温至60℃,继续搅拌30 min后,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌过程中加入盐酸,调节pH至5;
(4)然后以100r/min搅拌,并依次加入二苯二醇醚、甘油、和丙酮,加入氢氧化钠,调节pH至6.5;
(5)降温至10℃后,加入丙三醇、乙二醇和低分子醇,以400r/min分散10min,
(6)在分散后溶液中加入香精,以1000r/min离心分散5min,过滤,得滤液,即为汽车玻璃防雾剂。
实施例2:
一种汽车玻璃防雾剂,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:表面活性剂1.5%、乙二胺衍生物5%、烷醇酰胺5%、己内酰胺5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12%、二苯二醇醚10%、丙酮3%、甘油2%、丙三醇5%、乙二醇-3%、氢氧化钠0.2%、盐酸60%、余量为低分子醇。
表面活性剂是山梨醇单棕榈酸酯。
甘油浓度为99%,氢氧化钠和盐酸浓度为30%。
低分子醇为乙醇。
水为去离子水。
乙二胺衍生物为羟乙基乙二胺和N-乙基乙二胺的混合物,羟乙基乙二胺和N-乙基乙二胺的配比为2:3。
另外,本实施例还提供了一种汽车玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在35℃下将表面活性剂加入水中,以100r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌25min;
(2)搅拌中依次加入乙二胺衍生物、烷醇酰胺和己内酰胺,持续搅拌20min;
(3)升温至80℃,继续搅拌60 min后,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌过程中加入盐酸,调节pH至6;
(4)然后以160r/min搅拌,并依次加入二苯二醇醚、甘油、和丙酮,加入氢氧化钠,调节pH至7.5;
(5)降温至35℃后,加入丙三醇、乙二醇和低分子醇,以800r/min分散20min,
(6)在分散后溶液中加入香精,以1200r/min离心分散10min,过滤,得滤液,即为汽车玻璃防雾剂。
实施例3:
一种汽车玻璃防雾剂,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:表面活性剂1%、乙二胺衍生物3.5%、烷醇酰胺4%、己内酰胺3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%、二苯二醇醚6%、丙酮2%、甘油1.5%、丙三醇3%、乙二醇2%、氢氧化钠0.1%、盐酸0.1%、香精0.08%、水55%、余量为低分子醇。
表面活性剂是月桂酸。
甘油浓度为99%,氢氧化钠和盐酸浓度为30%。
低分子醇为乙醇。
水为去离子水。
乙二胺衍生物为羟乙基乙二胺和N-乙基乙二胺的混合物,羟乙基乙二胺和N-乙基乙二胺的配比为1:1。
另外,本实施例还提供了一种汽车玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在22℃下将表面活性剂加入水中,以80r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌20min;
(2)搅拌中依次加入乙二胺衍生物、烷醇酰胺和己内酰胺,持续搅拌15min;
(3)升温至70℃,继续搅拌45min后,加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌过程中加入盐酸,调节pH至5.5;
(4)然后以130r/min搅拌,并依次加入二苯二醇醚、甘油、和丙酮,加入氢氧化钠,调节pH至7;
(5)降温至22℃后,加入丙三醇、乙二醇和低分子醇,以600r/min分散15min,
(6)在分散后溶液中加入香精,以1100r/min离心分散7min,过滤,得滤液,即为汽车玻璃防雾剂。
对实施例1-3制得的汽车玻璃防雾剂进行低温防雾性能测试,该实验是研究低温下(0℃)防雾剂的防雾性能。 在玻璃片两侧涂敷防雾剂,并在0℃的冰箱中保持 30min,取出放在室温条件下,通过观察玻璃片,根据其状态,进行判断。 玻璃片从冰箱取出后,反复三次不起雾即为通过。 对比例涂敷一般防雾剂。具体检测结果如表 1 中所示 :

1.一种汽车玻璃防雾剂,其特征在于,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:表面活性剂0.5-1.5%、乙二胺衍生物2-5%、烷醇酰胺3-5%、己内酰胺1-5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8-12%、二苯二醇醚2-10%、丙酮1-3%、甘油1-2%、丙三醇1-5%、乙二醇1-3%、氢氧化钠0.01-0.2%、盐酸0.01-0.2%、香精0.06-0.1%、水50-60%、余量为低分子醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃防雾剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂是木糖醇酯、山梨醇单棕榈酸酯、月桂酸或硬树脂酸甘油单酯等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃防雾剂,其特征在于:所述甘油浓度为99%,所述氢氧化钠和所述盐酸浓度为30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃防雾剂,其特征在于:所述低分子醇为甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇或异丙醇中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃防雾剂,其特征在于:所述水为去离子水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃防雾剂,其特征在于:所述乙二胺衍生物为羟乙基乙二胺、 N-乙基乙二胺或二乙基乙二胺中任意两种的混合物,且以任意配比混合。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的汽车玻璃防雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在10-35℃下将所述表面活性剂加入所述水中,以60-100r/min速度搅拌,持续搅拌15-25min;
(2)搅拌中依次加入所述乙二胺衍生物、所述烷醇酰胺和所述己内酰胺,持续搅拌10-20min;
(3)升温至60-80℃,继续搅拌30-60 min后,加入所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠,搅拌过程中加入所述盐酸,调节pH至5-6;
(4)然后以100-160r/min搅拌,并依次加入所述二苯二醇醚、所述甘油、和所述丙酮,加入所述氢氧化钠,调节pH至6.5-7.5;
