Abstract
本发明公开了一种高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:硅烷封端的聚氨酯10~50%、增塑剂1~20%、填料30~70%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1~3%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1~3%、硅烷偶联剂1~3%、有机锡催化剂0.1~0.5%。该瓷砖专用胶可以实现永久性防霉,适用于室内潮湿环境长久使用而不霉变。固化后瓷砖胶具有高硬度高亮度特性,表面反光率大于50%,保持和瓷砖一个颜色,保持和瓷砖接近的硬度,便于清洗。无游离NCO基团,对人体无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓷砖专用胶,特别是一种高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶。
背景技术
瓷砖专用胶是一种专用密封胶。墙面贴瓷砖传统方法是用水泥砂浆,应用较广泛,由于这种施工方法费时费力,且对工人技术要求高,因此瓷砖胶等粘合剂正逐渐取代水泥砂浆施工。但是现有的瓷砖胶固化后表面光反射率较低,与传统的水泥砂浆类似,施工后瓷砖接缝处与瓷砖本身反光差异明显,美观程度较差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,使其固化后具有高硬度、高反光、防霉的特点,以适合室内装饰使用。
技术方案:本发明提供以下技术方案:一种高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:硅烷封端的聚氨酯10~50%、增塑剂1~20%、填料30~70%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1~3%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1~3%、硅烷偶联剂1~3%、有机锡催化剂0.1~0.5%。
进一步的,所述硅烷封端的聚氨酯分子量为2000~5000。
进一步的,所述填料为碳酸钙或石英粉。
进一步的,所述增塑剂为DINP、DIDP和聚醚中的任意一种或任意多种的混合物。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为KH540和KH792中的任意一种或两种。
优选的,所述有机锡催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比:
1、聚合物中有-NCO基团,可以实现永久性防霉,适用于室内潮湿环境长久使用而不霉变。
2、固化后瓷砖胶具有高硬度高亮度特性,表面反光率大于50%,保持和瓷砖一个颜色,保持和瓷砖接近的硬度,便于清洗。
3、不存在游离的-NCO集团,可以实现对人体无害,符合环保要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:分子量为2000的硅烷封端的聚氨酯15%、增塑剂DINP 8%、填料碳酸钙70%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3%、硅烷偶联剂KH540 2.5%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5%。该高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶的制备方法为将硅烷封端的聚氨酯、增塑剂、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷在真空条件下保持反应温度70℃混合搅拌反应1~2小时,然后加入填料继续保持真空状态搅拌0.5~1小时后冷却至室温加入硅烷偶联剂和有机锡催化剂真空搅拌0.5小时,在氮气保护下密封包装制得成品。成品性能如下:

固化速度>2mm/24小时
拉伸强度1.53MPa
断裂伸长率90%

实施例2
高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:分子量为4000的硅烷封端的聚氨酯28%、增塑剂DIDP 22%、填料石英粉43.4%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷2%、硅烷偶联剂KH792 2.4%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2%。该高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶的制备方法为将硅烷封端的聚氨酯、增塑剂、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷在真空条件下保持反应温度70℃混合搅拌反应1~2小时,然后加入碳酸钙继续保持真空状态搅拌0.5~1小时后冷却至室温加入硅烷偶联剂和有机锡催化剂真空搅拌0.5小时,在氮气保护下密封包装制得成品。成品性能如下:

拉伸强度1.56MPa
断裂伸长率77%

实施例3
高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:分子量为5000的硅烷封端的聚氨酯36%、增塑剂DIDP 5%、填料石英粉49.5%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷3%、硅烷偶联剂KH540 1%、硅烷偶联剂KH792 2%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5%。该高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶的制备方法为将硅烷封端的聚氨酯、增塑剂、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷在真空条件下保持反应温度70℃混合搅拌反应1~2小时,然后加入碳酸钙继续保持真空状态搅拌0.5~1小时后冷却至室温加入硅烷偶联剂和有机锡催化剂真空搅拌0.5小时,在氮气保护下密封包装制得成品。成品性能如下:

高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:分子量为3000的硅烷封端的聚氨酯15.3%、增塑剂聚醚40%、填料碳酸钙39.3%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷3%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1%、硅烷偶联剂KH540 1%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.4%。该高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶的制备方法为将硅烷封端的聚氨酯、增塑剂、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷在真空条件下保持反应温度70℃混合搅拌反应1~2小时,然后加入碳酸钙继续保持真空状态搅拌0.5~1小时后冷却至室温加入硅烷偶联剂和有机锡催化剂真空搅拌0.5小时,在氮气保护下密封包装制得成品。成品性能如下:

高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:分子量为3500的硅烷封端的聚氨酯50%、增塑剂聚醚13%、填料碳酸钙30%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1.9%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷2%、硅烷偶联剂KH540 1.5%、硅烷偶联剂KH792 1.5%、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1。该高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶的制备方法为将硅烷封端的聚氨酯、增塑剂、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三甲氧基硅烷在真空条件下保持反应温度70℃混合搅拌反应1~2小时,然后加入碳酸钙继续保持真空状态搅拌0.5~1小时后冷却至室温加入硅烷偶联剂和有机锡催化剂真空搅拌0.5小时,在氮气保护下密封包装制得成品。成品性能如下:

应当指出的是上述实施例中均采用了二月桂酸二丁基锡作为有机锡催化剂,而采用其他有机锡作为催化剂亦可实施本发明创造而不影响制得的高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶成品性能。
Claims (6)
1.一种高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,其特征在于,按重量百分比计包括以下组分:硅烷封端的聚氨酯10~50%、增塑剂1~20%、填料30~70%、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷1~3%、甲基三甲氧基硅烷1~3%、硅烷偶联剂1~3%、有机锡催化剂0.1~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,其特征在于:所述硅烷封端的聚氨酯分子量为2000~5000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,其特征在于:所述填料为碳酸钙或石英粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为DINP、DIDP和聚醚中的任意一种或任意多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为KH540和KH792中的任意一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度高亮度防霉瓷砖专用胶,其特征在于:所述有机锡催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
