本发明涉及汽车轮罩的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车轮罩的制备方法,现在主要供货有以下两种材料:1.塑料轮罩,为注塑产品,主要优点拒水性好,易冲洗。缺点隔音、吸音效果差。2.PET/PP轮罩,主要优点缺点隔音、吸音效果好但不拒水,不易冲洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车轮罩的制备方法,其制备的汽车轮罩拒水性好,易冲洗且隔音、吸音效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种汽车轮罩的制备方法,在现有PET/PP轮罩材料中加入10%拒水PET纤维,经开松、梳理、铺网、针刺、成卷定型压制后形成拒水PET/PP轮罩。
优选的,现有PET/PP轮罩材料的主要成分为:PET 50%,PP50%。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种汽车轮罩的制备方法,其制备的汽车轮罩拒水性好,易冲洗且隔音、吸音效果好。
本发明具有如下特点:
将特殊纤维加入材料中达到特殊要求。
