Abstract

本发明公开了一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:PVC树脂50‑80份,滑石粉20‑40份,氯化聚乙烯6‑12份,三碱硫酸铅1‑4份,二碱式亚磷酸铅0.5‑1.5份,硬脂酸钙0.2‑1份,硬脂酸0.1‑0.5份,PE蜡0.2‑0.8份,ACR助剂0.5‑2份,金红石型钛白粉1‑2份;本发明通过对配方的进一步优化,在配方中添加滑石粉,使得电工套管具有较好的刚性、蠕变性能、热收缩性能和抗压性能;且制备方法简单易行。

一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管
技术领域
本发明涉及PVC管材技术领域,特别涉及到一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管。
背景技术
PVC是一种无定形结构,支化度较小的高分子聚合物,具有阻燃(阻燃值为40以上)、耐化学药品性高(耐浓盐酸、浓度为90%的硫酸、浓度为60%的硝酸和浓度20%的氢氧化钠)、机械强度及电绝缘性良好的优点。而PVC电工套管施工中与钢管相比还具有质轻、易截、易弯、安装灵活方便、施工快捷等优点,PVC电工套管主要应用于建筑物的混凝土内,楼板间或墙内作为电线导管(暗管),也可作为一般配线导管(明管)及邮电通讯、网络布线用管等。所以PVC电工套管的应用环境对其抗压性能的要求很高,传统的配方中,填充体系多采用沉淀碳酸钙,然而沉淀碳酸钙与有机物相容性不好,没有明显的增强作用,刚性不足,而PVC电工套管的抗压性能与材料的刚性正相关,所以沉淀碳酸钙填充的PVC材料制成的PVC电工套管抗压性能较弱,而且沉淀碳酸钙填充体系对加工机械的螺杆、螺筒和模具磨损严重。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的要是提供一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管。制备得到的PVC电工套管的有着较好的刚性、载荷热变形强度、蠕变性能、热收缩性能及膨胀系数,抗压性能良好。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,由以下重量份原料制备而成:
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,由以下重量份原料制备而成:
所述PVC树脂为SG-5型树脂;
所述滑石粉颗粒有较大的长径比,具有疏水性表面,与有机物相容性好,对材料有明显的增强作用,能改善材料的刚性、载荷热变形强度、蠕变性能、热收缩性能及膨胀系数;
所述滑石粉为经过表面处理剂处理的滑石粉;
所述表面处理剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂的一种或两种组合。
本发明还提供了一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
(1)按配方称取PVC树脂、滑石粉、氯化聚乙烯、三碱硫酸铅、二碱式亚磷酸铅、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸、PE蜡、ACR、金红石型钛白粉加入高混机内,搅拌至物料温度为120℃后将混合料排入冷混锅,搅拌冷却至50℃后形成混合物,出料;
(2)采用锥形双螺杆将所得的步骤(1)所得混合物挤出成型,即得硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,挤出机的机筒温度为180-200℃,模头温度为200-210℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明通过对配方的进一步优化,在配方中添加滑石粉,使得电工套管具有较好的刚性、蠕变性能、热收缩性能和抗压性能;同时,滑石粉填充体系对加工机械的螺杆、螺筒和模具磨损很低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-5型PVC树脂60份,滑石粉26份,氯化聚乙烯7份,三碱硫酸铅2份,二碱式亚磷酸铅1份,硬脂酸钙0.5份,硬脂酸0.2份,PE蜡0.3份,ACR助剂1.5份,金红石型钛白粉1.5份。
一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管制备方法为:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在高混机内加入SG-5型PVC树脂、滑石粉,氯化聚乙烯,三碱硫酸铅,二碱式亚磷酸铅,硬脂酸钙,硬脂酸,PE蜡,ACR助剂,金红石型钛白粉,搅拌至物料温度为120℃后将混合料排入冷混锅,搅拌冷却至50℃后形成混合物,出料。采用锥形双螺杆将所得的混合物挤出成型,即得硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,挤出机的机筒温度为180-200℃,模头温度为200-210℃。
上述实施例制得的PVC电工套管的对比验证结果如下表:

1.一种硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备而成:
所述滑石粉为经过表面处理剂处理的滑石粉;所述表面处理剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂的一种或两种组合;
所述PVC树脂为SG-5型树脂。
2.一种权利要求1所述的硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方称取PVC树脂、滑石粉、氯化聚乙烯、三碱硫酸铅、二碱式亚磷酸铅、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸、PE蜡、ACR、金红石型钛白粉加入高混机内,搅拌至物料温度为120℃后将混合料排入冷混锅,搅拌冷却至50℃后形成混合物,出料;
(2)采用锥形双螺杆将所得的步骤(1)所得混合物挤出成型,即得硬质PVC滑石粉填充体系电工套管,挤出机的机筒温度为180-200℃,模头温度为200-210℃。
