本发明公开了一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.7‑1、二甲基亚砜3‑5、甲醇10‑14、乙二胺0.6‑1、氨基磺酸镍0.5‑1、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯1‑2、松香醇3‑5、烷醇酰胺0.7‑2、水解聚马来酸酐2‑3、水合硼酸锌1‑2、聚磷酸铵1‑2、聚乙烯110‑140、8‑羟基喹啉0.6‑1、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.4‑1、碳纳米管4‑6、复合硝酸盐6‑8、蜂蜡2‑4、硅烷偶联剂kh5600.8‑1;本发明的材料加工性能好,成本低,处理工艺简单,综合性能优越。

一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚乙烯材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯是五大合成树脂之一化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀,常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,质轻无毒,具有优良的电绝缘性能,其价格低廉,成型加工容易,广泛应用于电器、化工、食品、机械等行业,同时聚乙烯有耐燃性差的缺点,其制作的材料有时在高温、发热、放电等条件下很容易燃烧而引起火灾,因此,聚乙烯阻燃问题逐渐成为科研工作的重点之一。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.7-1、二甲基亚砜3-5、甲醇10-14、乙二胺0.6-1、氨基磺酸镍0.5-1、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯1-2、松香醇3-5、烷醇酰胺0.7-2、水解聚马来酸酐2-3、水合硼酸锌1-2、聚磷酸铵1-2、聚乙烯110-140、8-羟基喹啉0.6-1、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.4-1、碳纳米管4-6、复合硝酸盐6-8、蜂蜡2-4、硅烷偶联剂kh5600.8-1;
所述的复合硝酸盐是由质量比为5-6:3-4:0.06-0.1:0.05-0.1的硝酸锌、硝酸铝、硝酸铈、硝酸镧混合组成。
一种所述的无卤阻燃电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述复合硝酸盐,加入到其重量100-110倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将上述氢氧化钠、月桂酸混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,通入氮气,与上述硝酸盐水溶液混合,送入恒温水浴中,在60-70℃下保温10-15小时,出料,在100-110℃下干燥1-2小时,冷却至常温,得预处理填料;
(3)将上述聚磷酸铵加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入烷醇酰胺,在50-60℃下保温搅拌7-10分钟,加入上述水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌至常温,得酰胺分散液;
(4)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌混合,加入到混合料重量40-50倍的去离子水中,超声1-2分钟,加入上述水合硼酸锌,在70-80℃下保温搅拌10-17分钟,得阻燃分散液;
(5)将上述二甲基亚砜加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述酰胺分散液、阻燃分散液、预处理填料,在57-60℃下保温搅拌10-13小时,离心分离,将固形物在60-70℃下真空干燥6-7小时,与乙二胺混合,送入到100-105℃的油浴中,保温搅拌46-50小时,出料,与氨基磺酸镍混合,搅拌均匀,抽滤,将滤饼水洗3-4次,真空干燥,得胺化改性填料;
(6)将上述8-羟基喹啉加入到松香醇中,搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜡,在80-90℃下保温搅拌4-7分钟,加入上述甲醇,搅拌均匀,加入上述硅烷偶联剂kh560、胺化改性填料、碳纳米管,降低温度为57-60℃,保温搅拌40-50分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗3-4次,50-60℃下真空干燥4-5小时,得硅烷改性填料;
(7)将上述硅烷改性填料与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀,送入挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述聚乙烯材料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的聚乙烯材料具有很好的冲击韧性、力学强度、刚度和耐热性等, 同时加入的水合硼酸锌、聚磷酸铵、碳纳米管等增加了具无卤、低烟、无毒的阻燃性能(氧指数达32以上),而且加工性能好,成本低,处理工艺简单,综合性能优越。
具体实施方式
一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.7、二甲基亚砜3、甲醇10、乙二胺0.6、氨基磺酸镍0.5、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯1、松香醇3、烷醇酰胺0.7、水解聚马来酸酐2、水合硼酸锌1、聚磷酸铵1、聚乙烯110、8羟基喹啉0.6、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.4、碳纳米管4、复合硝酸盐6、蜂蜡2、硅烷偶联剂kh5600.8;
所述的复合硝酸盐是由质量比为5:3:0.06:0.05的硝酸锌、硝酸铝、硝酸铈、硝酸镧混合组成。
一种所述的无卤阻燃电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述复合硝酸盐,加入到其重量100倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将上述氢氧化钠、月桂酸混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,通入氮气,与上述硝酸盐水溶液混合,送入恒温水浴中,在60℃下保温10小时,出料,在100℃下干燥1小时,冷却至常温,得预处理填料;
(3)将上述聚磷酸铵加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入烷醇酰胺,在50℃下保温搅拌7分钟,加入上述水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌至常温,得酰胺分散液;
(4)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌混合,加入到混合料重量40倍的去离子水中,超声1分钟,加入上述水合硼酸锌,在70℃下保温搅拌10分钟,得阻燃分散液;
(5)将上述二甲基亚砜加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述酰胺分散液、阻燃分散液、预处理填料,在57℃下保温搅拌10小时,离心分离,将固形物在60℃下真空干燥6小时,与乙二胺混合,送入到100℃的油浴中,保温搅拌46小时,出料,与氨基磺酸镍混合,搅拌均匀,抽滤,将滤饼水洗3次,真空干燥,得胺化改性填料;
(6)将上述8羟基喹啉加入到松香醇中,搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜡,在80℃下保温搅拌4分钟,加入上述甲醇,搅拌均匀,加入上述硅烷偶联剂kh560、胺化改性填料、碳纳米管,降低温度为57℃,保温搅拌40分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗3次,50℃下真空干燥4小时,得硅烷改性填料;
(7)将上述硅烷改性填料与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀,送入挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述聚乙烯材料。
性能测试:
拉伸强度:20.4 MPa;
断裂伸长率:413%。

1.一种无卤阻燃聚乙烯材料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.7-1、二甲基亚砜3-5、甲醇10-14、乙二胺0.6-1、氨基磺酸镍0.5-1、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯1-2、松香醇3-5、烷醇酰胺0.7-2、水解聚马来酸酐2-3、水合硼酸锌1-2、聚磷酸铵1-2、聚乙烯110-140、8-羟基喹啉0.6-1、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.4-1、碳纳米管4-6、复合硝酸盐6-8、蜂蜡2-4、硅烷偶联剂kh5600.8-1;
所述的复合硝酸盐是由质量比为5-6:3-4:0.06-0.1:0.05-0.1的硝酸锌、硝酸铝、硝酸铈、硝酸镧混合组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述复合硝酸盐,加入到其重量100-110倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)将上述氢氧化钠、月桂酸混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,通入氮气,与上述硝酸盐水溶液混合,送入恒温水浴中,在60-70℃下保温10-15小时,出料,在100-110℃下干燥1-2小时,冷却至常温,得预处理填料;
(3)将上述聚磷酸铵加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入烷醇酰胺,在50-60℃下保温搅拌7-10分钟,加入上述水解聚马来酸酐,搅拌至常温,得酰胺分散液;
(4)将上述月桂基二甲基氧化胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌混合,加入到混合料重量40-50倍的去离子水中,超声1-2分钟,加入上述水合硼酸锌,在70-80℃下保温搅拌10-17分钟,得阻燃分散液;
(5)将上述二甲基亚砜加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述酰胺分散液、阻燃分散液、预处理填料,在57-60℃下保温搅拌10-13小时,离心分离,将固形物在60-70℃下真空干燥6-7小时,与乙二胺混合,送入到100-105℃的油浴中,保温搅拌46-50小时,出料,与氨基磺酸镍混合,搅拌均匀,抽滤,将滤饼水洗3-4次,真空干燥,得胺化改性填料;
(6)将上述8-羟基喹啉加入到松香醇中,搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜡,在80-90℃下保温搅拌4-7分钟,加入上述甲醇,搅拌均匀,加入上述硅烷偶联剂kh560、胺化改性填料、碳纳米管,降低温度为57-60℃,保温搅拌40-50分钟,过滤,将沉淀水洗3-4次,50-60℃下真空干燥4-5小时,得硅烷改性填料;
(7)将上述硅烷改性填料与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀,送入挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述聚乙烯材料。
