Abstract

本发明公开了一种镉氨力农荧光材料及其制备方法,将具有双吡啶结构的有机小分子配体与具有光学活性的镉离子进行配位制得一种具有特定空间结构的镉氨力农配合物,分子式为C20H16N6O2Cd,晶系为正交,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数α=β=γ=90°。该荧光材料含有丰富光学活性和独特配位构型的Cd(II)离子和含氮杂环,有利于电子跃迁和能量传递,具有独特的光电活性,显示出独特的蓝色荧光发射性能,作为荧光材料具有广泛的应用价值。

一种镉氨力农荧光材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于金属配合物功能材料领域,具体涉及到一种镉氨力农荧光材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,金属配合物中的配位键也被认为是超分子化学中的重要相互作用之一,主要研究是分子间弱的并且可逆的相互作用。超分子自组装是指在没有外力引导和监管下建构化学体系,其目前已经用于研制一些新材料。配位化学是研究金属离子和其他中性或带负电荷的分子间所形成的化合物的化学。配位化合物是一种在路易斯酸碱中,配体与金属离子之间产生配位键而形成的产物。配位化学处于无机化学研究的主流,它还以其多样的价键形式和空间结构处在化学理论发展中及其与其他学科的相互渗透中,而成为众多学科的交叉点。随着新兴技术的蓬勃发展,人们对在物理、化学和生物等方面具有特殊功能配合物的研究日趋白热化。配合物因其在结构方面的多样新颖性和其在医药、光电、催化等领域的潜在应用性而成为近年来人们研究的热点。其目的是希望配体与金属离子能够在分子水平上进行自组装,并可以通过适当的手段对配合物的结构进行调控,以期得到结构新颖、性能特殊的金属-有机配体聚合物。
氨力农作为一种双吡啶类衍生物,其相关药物在医药领域占据重要位置,是一种既非强心甙,又非儿茶酚胺的新型正性肌力作用药物,具有正性肌力和直接扩张血管作用,国外对其研究得较为广泛和深入。目前,氨力农的应用绝大多数停留在医药领域,而对于氨力农同金属离子配位形成超分子化合物的研究较少。因此探究乳清酸与金属离子所形成的新型化合物的结构和性能具有潜在的应用前景。本发明采用镉盐和氨力农作为原料,制备了一种新的镉氨力农配合物,该配合物作为一种蓝色荧光材料具有潜在的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种制备简单、发光效率高的镉氨力农荧光材料及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述问题而采取的技术方案为:一种镉氨力农荧光材料,其特征在于该荧光材料是一种镉配合物,其分子式为C20H16N6O2Cd,为正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数α=β=γ=90°,镉离子为六配位变形八面体配位模式,其中氧原子和一个氮原子来自同一个氨力农配体分子,另外四个氮原子分别来自四个不同的氨力农配体分子,如图1所示;镉配合物的结构单元由一个金属镉离子、两个脱去一个质子H+的氨力农配体组成,如图2所示;镉配合物的最大发射波长为443nm(激发波长为350nm),如图3所示。
进一步的,本发明还提供了上述镉氨力农荧光材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将镉盐、氨力农配体按摩尔比1:1~3的比例混合,置于有25mL聚四氟乙烯内衬的高压反应釜中,并加蒸馏水10~20mL,密封反应釜;镉离子的浓度为0.025~0.05mmol/mL;
(2)将反应釜置于60~150℃恒温烘箱中加热24~72h后,自然冷却至室温,静置,缓慢挥发溶剂水2~5天,过滤除去溶剂水,得块状晶体,即为镉氨力农荧光材料。
优选地,所述氨力农配体的名称是5-氨基-3,4’-二吡啶-6(1H)-酮,结构式为:
优选地,所述镉盐为硝酸镉、氯化镉、硫酸镉和乙酸镉中的一种或几种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明将具有含氮共轭环的氨力农和与镉离子螯合配位,制得一种镉氨力农荧光材料,该荧光材料具有准确的空间结构和准确的分子式;氨力农具有不对称的几何结构,使合成的配合物具有独特的物化性质,同时,该荧光材料含有丰富光学活性和独特配位构型的Cd(II)离子,有利于电子跃迁和能量传递,具有独特的光电活性,显示出独特的蓝色荧光发射性能,在光电材料等领域具有潜在的应用价值。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
将Cd(NO3)2(0.5mmol,0.118g),氨力农(0.5mmol,0.094g)放入具有25mL聚四氟乙烯内衬的反应釜中,然后加入10mL蒸馏水,在60℃的恒温烘箱中加热72h,取出自然冷却至室温,静置,缓慢挥发溶剂水5天,过滤除去溶剂水,所得晶体即为镉氨力农荧光材料。
实施例2
将CdSO4(0.5mmol,0.1042g),氨力农(1.5mmol,0.280g)放入具有25mL聚四氟乙烯内衬的反应釜中,然后加入20mL蒸馏水,在150℃的恒温烘箱中加热24h,取出自然冷却至室温,静置,缓慢挥发溶剂水2天,过滤除去溶剂水,所得晶体即为镉氨力农荧光材料。
实施例3
将CdCl2(0.5mmol,0.092g),氨力农(1.0mmol,0.187g)放入具有25mL聚四氟乙烯内衬的反应釜中,然后加入15mL蒸馏水,在120℃的恒温烘箱中加热48h,取出自然冷却至室温,静置,缓慢挥发溶剂水4天,过滤除去溶剂水,所得晶体即为镉氨力农荧光材料。
实施例4
将Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O(0.5mmol,0.115g),氨力农(1.0mmol,0.187g)放入具有25mL聚四氟乙烯内衬的反应釜中,然后加入15mL蒸馏水,在90℃的恒温烘箱中加热60h,取出自然冷却至室温,静置,缓慢挥发溶剂水3天,过滤除去溶剂水,所得晶体即为镉氨力农荧光材料。
上述实施例中制得的镉氨力农荧光材料,经测定该荧光材料具有明确的空间结构和准确的分子式,其分子式为C20H16N6O2Cd;该荧光材料的发射波长为443nm(激发波长为350nm),如图3所示。

Claims (3)

1.一种镉氨力农荧光材料,其特征在于该荧光材料是一种镉配合物,其分子式为C20H16N6O2Cd,为正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数 α=β=γ=90°,镉离子为六配位变形八面体配位模式,其中氧原子和一个氮原子来自同一个氨力农配体分子,另外四个氮原子分别来自四个不同的氨力农配体分子,镉配合物的结构单元由一个金属镉离子、两个脱去一个质子H+的氨力农配体组成。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的一种镉氨力农荧光材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将镉盐、氨力农配体按摩尔比1:1~3的比例混合,置于有25mL聚四氟乙烯内衬的高压反应釜中,并加蒸馏水10~20mL,密封反应釜;镉离子的浓度为0.025~0.05mmol/mL;
(2)将反应釜置于60~150℃恒温烘箱中加热24~72h后,自然冷却至室温,静置,缓慢挥发溶剂水2~5天,过滤除去溶剂水,得块状晶体,即为镉氨力农荧光材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种镉氨力农荧光材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述氨力农配体的名称是5-氨基-3,4’-二吡啶-6(1H)-酮,结构式为:
所述镉盐为硝酸镉、氯化镉、硫酸镉和乙酸镉中的一种或几种。
