Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的制备方法:先将基体剂、助熔剂、乳浊剂和密着剂加入到SiO2溶胶中进行搅拌得到混合液,将所述混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再将所述挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行烘干和烧结得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道;其中,相对于100重量份的SiO2溶胶,基体剂的含量大于30重量份且小于等于36重量份,助熔剂的含量为12‑18重量份,乳浊剂的含量为3‑6重量份,密着剂的含量为2‑5重量份。通过该制备方法制得的防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道能够有效地防止却水中的水垢堆积、滞留,具有良好的防水垢性能,进而避免了打印的模具受到污染而不合格。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及3D打印工件,具体涉及一种防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,3D打印机也随之应运而生,3D打印能直接从计算机图形数据中生成任何形状的模具,从而极大地缩短了产品的生产周期,提高了生产率。由于3D打印机打印模具成型时的工作温度较高,随之生产出的模具需要经过冷却水冷道进行冷却、输出。
而3D打印机的冷却水冷道内腔形状不规则、尺寸长,而且冷道中的冷却水的温度会因模具的输送而升高且所打印模具的材料具有多样性。因此,导致3D打印机的冷却水冷道内容易堆积水垢、产生锈蚀,进而致使打印的模具不合格。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道及其制备方法,该防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,能够保证所打印模具的合格率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的制备方法:先将基体剂、助熔剂、乳浊剂和密着剂加入到SiO2溶胶中进行搅拌得到混合液,将混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再述挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行烘干和烧结得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道;
其中,相对于100重量份的SiO2溶胶,基体剂的含量大于30重量份且小于等于36重量份,助熔剂的含量为12-18重量份,乳浊剂的含量为3-6重量份,密着剂的含量为2-5重量份。
本发明中,为了提高防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的防水垢性能,优选地,基体剂的颗粒尺寸为10-35μm,且基体剂选自氧化硅、氧化锆或氧化钛中的一种或多种。
本发明中,助熔剂可以在宽的范围内选择,都是为了提高制得的防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的防水垢性能,优选地,助熔剂选自氧化钠、氧化钾和氧化硼中的一种或多种。
本发明中,乳浊剂是为了提高制备过程中混合液对防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的表面遮盖力且进一步提高防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的防水垢性能,优选地,乳浊剂选自氧化锑、氧化锆和氧化锶中的一种或多种。
本发明中,密着剂可以提高所制得的防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的表面光滑度,优选地,密着剂选自氧化钴、氧化镍、氧化铜和氧化钼中的一种或多种。
本发明中,SiO2溶胶作为溶剂,为了进一步提高制备过程中混合液在冷却水冷道内的渗透效果进而提高防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的制备效率、提高3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的防水垢性能,优选地,SiO2溶胶的乳液颗粒尺寸为800-1000nm。
本发明中,为了使制得混合液的各物料之间混合均匀以提高防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的制备效率,优选地,搅拌的转速为1200-2000rpm,时间为0.5-1h。
本发明中,为了提高防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的制备效率,对挂有混合液的3D打印工件的冷却水冷道进行烘干,但是为了避免温度过高导致冷道表面鼓泡,优选地,烘干的温度为45-50℃,时间为5-6h。
本发明中,为了提高制得的防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的质量,优选地,烧结的温度为750-850℃,时间为1-2h。
本发明还提供了一种防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道,该防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道由上述的制备方法制备而成。
通过上述技术方案,本发明将基体剂、助熔剂、乳浊剂和密着剂加入到SiO2溶胶中进行搅拌得到混合液,将混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再将挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行烘干和烧结得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道。通过该方法制得的防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道能够有效地防止冷却水中的水垢堆积、滞留,具有良好的防水垢性能,进而避免了打印的模具受到污染而不合格。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
在25℃下,将30kg的氧化硅(颗粒尺寸为15μm),12kg的氧化钠,3kg的氧化锑和2kg的氧化钴加入到100kg的SiO2溶胶(乳液的颗粒尺寸为800nm)中,选择转速为1200rpm进行搅拌0.5h得到混合液;将得到的混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再将所述挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行45℃烘干6h、750℃烧结2h得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道A1。
实施例2
在25℃下,将32kg的氧化锆(颗粒尺寸为25μm),15kg的氧化钾,4kg的氧化锆和3kg的氧化镍加入到100kg的SiO2溶胶(乳液的颗粒尺寸为900nm)中选择转速为1500rpm进行搅拌0.8h得到混合液;将得到的混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再将所述挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行48℃烘干5.5h、800℃烧结1.5h得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道A2。
实施例3
在25℃下,将20kg氧化锆(颗粒尺寸为25μm)、15kg氧化钛(颗粒尺寸为35μm))、15kg氧化钾、3kg氧化硼、3kg氧化锆、3kg氧化锶、2kg氧化铜和3kg氧化钼加入到100kg的SiO2溶胶(乳液的颗粒尺寸为1000nm)中,选择转速为2000rpm进行搅拌1.0h得到混合液;将得到的混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再将所述挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行50℃烘干5h、850℃烧结1h得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道A3。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法制得防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道B1,不同的是,不同的是所加入的氧化硅质量为15kg。
对比例2
按照实施例1的方法制得防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道B2,不同的是所加入的氧化硅质量为45kg。

将等质量的碳酸钙粉末分散到同体积的水中得到悬浊液,将悬浊液灌入到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道A1-A3以及B1-B5中,7天后,用相同体积的水冲洗防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道A1-A3以及B1-B5,观察3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中水垢的残留量,结果见表1。

1.一种防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:先将基体剂、助熔剂、乳浊剂和密着剂加入到SiO2溶胶中进行搅拌得到混合液,将所述混合液灌入到3D打印工件的冷却水冷道中得到挂有混合液的3D打印工件;再将所述挂有混合液的3D打印工件先后依次进行烘干和烧结得到防水垢3D打印工件的冷却水冷道;
其中,相对于100重量份的SiO2溶胶,基体剂的含量大于30重量份且小于等于36重量份,助熔剂的含量为12-18重量份,乳浊剂的含量为3-6重量份,密着剂的含量为2-5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,所述基体剂的颗粒尺寸为10-35μm,所述基体剂选自氧化硅、氧化锆或氧化钛中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其中,所述助熔剂选自氧化钠、氧化钾和氧化硼中的一种或多种。
