本发明公开了一种水泥墙板，由下述重量份成分构成：水泥15‑20、蛭石粉20‑30、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂8‑12、白云石粉10‑20、塑性粘土15‑18、莫来石纤维5‑9。本发明具有以下优点：紧密粘接，成品出现裂缝的机率低；具有良好的耐水耐酸性能，较强的抗裂和抗折强度，不变形、不褪色。其颜色、造型、材质可以根据需要进行设计，具有成本低、环保、符合可持续发展的产业政策等优点。可广泛应用于墙面、地面、家具表面等的装饰。

技术领域
本发明涉及水泥板技术领域，尤其是一种水泥墙板。
背景技术
随着国家经济生活的发展，室内外设计所使用的材料已涉及到钢铁、有色金属、化工、纺织、木材、陶瓷、塑料、玻璃等多种行业。人们对于室内外设计的主题精神的强调与重视，也需要极具个性又成本适中的新型材料来实现。单就墙、地面装饰一项，可选用的材料种类众多，比如陶瓷釉面砖、大理石，花岗岩饰面砖等，但上述材料在装饰效果上难以有新的突破，并且造价偏高。研制造价低廉、性能良好、具有环保的特点，符合国家发展政策的装饰砖材是相当有必要的。专利CN101126271A 公开了一种包括面层和底层的水泥装饰板；但是该水泥装饰板的面层和底层的干缩率差距较大，其成品容易出现裂缝。
水泥砖是指利用粉煤灰、煤渣、煤矸石、尾矿渣、化工渣或者天然砂、海涂泥等(以上原料的一种或数种)作为主要原料，用水泥做凝固剂，不经高温煅烧而制造的一种新型墙体材料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种水泥墙板，组成巧妙合理，性能好。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种水泥墙板，由下述重量份成分构成：水泥15-20、蛭石粉20-30、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂8-12、白云石粉10-20、塑性粘土15-18、莫来石纤维5-9。
进一步地，各成分的重量份为：水泥18、蛭石粉25、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10、白云石粉15、塑性粘土17、莫来石纤维7。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：紧密粘接，成品出现裂缝的机率低；具有良好的耐水耐酸性能，较强的抗裂和抗折强度，不变形、不褪色。其颜色、造型、材质可以根据需要进行设计，具有成本低、环保、符合可持续发展的产业政策等优点。可广泛应用于墙面、地面、家具表面等的装饰。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细描述，本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性，不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
实施例1
一种水泥墙板，由下述重量份成分构成：水泥18、蛭石粉25、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10、白云石粉15、塑性粘土17、莫来石纤维7。
实施例2
一种水泥墙板，由下述重量份成分构成：水泥15、蛭石粉30、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂8、白云石粉20、塑性粘土15、莫来石纤维9。
实施例3
一种水泥墙板，由下述重量份成分构成：水泥20、蛭石粉20、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂12、白云石粉10、塑性粘土18、莫来石纤维5。
上述产品的制作方法为，将各成分按配比进行搅拌混匀，添加适量水制浆，注入模具振平，凝结养护3天，脱模、晾干。
本发明制备得到的水泥墙板具有高耐磨、高防滑的功能。经测试，该产品的各项工艺标准达到要求。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种水泥墙板，其特征在于：由下述重量份成分构成：水泥15-20、蛭石粉20-30、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂8-12、白云石粉10-20、塑性粘土15-18、莫来石纤维5-9。
2.如权利要求1所述水泥墙板，其特征在于：各成分的重量份为：水泥18、蛭石粉25、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂10、白云石粉15、塑性粘土17、莫来石纤维7。
