Abstract

本发明涉及一种船舶减摇助推装置,在船体两侧分别设有隔层,隔层为上端封闭、下端开口的中空结构,隔层在船体两侧形成半封闭的空间;在隔层内设置有若干个与船体表面相垂直的间隔的横向隔板,在相邻的两个横向隔板之间还设有与船体外侧壁倾斜设置的间隔的斜隔板,在横向隔板上设有排水孔;隔层中部设有若干个气囊,气囊固定在船体侧壁上并连接充气装置,隔层下部设有若干浮筒,浮筒通过弹簧部件与隔层连接;隔层顶壁设有排气通道,在排气通道上设有阀门;隔板两端分别通过弹性部件与隔层内侧壁和船体外侧壁连接。本发明的船舶减摇助推装置,在船体两侧分别设有隔层,调节船体平衡,借助气囊及浮筒,使船舶运行平稳,在风大浪高时可安全航行。

一种船舶减摇助推装置
技术领域
本发明涉及船舶装置技术领域,具体涉及一种船舶减摇助推装置。
背景技术
船舶横摇对船舶的安全性影响较大,船舶某一舷侧在波浪力作用下向对侧摇摆一定角度,船舶随之离开原来平衡位置绕船舶纵轴转动。现有技术中各种减摇装置发生于船舶在波浪对船舶横向作用力作用下开始向对侧横倾运动后,这些减摇装置或主动或被动地阻止船舶继续横摇。与海船相比,内河船舶的稳性设计要求较低,如果遇到风力大的情况可能会翻船。种情况在几乎所有的内河航运客船中都存在,该事件可能会给整个内航航运客船的生产安全标准带来重大影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种船舶减摇助推装置,使船舶运行平稳,在风大浪高时可安全航行。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种船舶减摇助推装置,在船体两侧分别设有隔层,所述的隔层为上端封闭、下端开口的中空结构,隔层在船体两侧形成半封闭的空间;在隔层内设置有若干个与船体表面相垂直的间隔的横向隔板,在相邻的两个横向隔板之间还设有与船体外侧壁倾斜设置的间隔的斜隔板,在横向隔板上设有排水孔;所述的隔层中部设有若干个气囊,所述的气囊固定在船体侧壁上并连接充气装置,所述的隔层下部设有若干浮筒,所述的浮筒通过弹簧部件与隔层连接;所述的隔层顶壁设有排气通道,在所述的排气通道上设有阀门;隔板两端分别通过弹性部件与隔层内侧壁和船体外侧壁连接;所述的斜隔板与船体外侧壁的夹角为30°至60°;在船体两侧的隔层内的空气通过船体后端中部的空气管道连通。
所述的气囊包括圆筒形的囊体和包裹囊体的由韧性材料制成的气囊袋,所述囊体设有多个横向并列的气室,多个气室均设有充气口和放气口。
所述的气囊上下相连,所述的浮筒设于隔层内气囊的下端。
所述充气装置包括高压空气瓶和依次连接的减压阀、压力继电器和电磁充气阀,所述高压空气瓶通过充气管连接所述气囊,所述减压阀连接高压空气瓶,所述电磁充气阀连接所述充气口。
所述的气囊通过联接装置固定在船体侧壁,所述的联接装置包括依次连接的联接盘、气囊支架和承载桩,所述联接盘连接所述气囊,所述承载桩通过在船舷上,所述气囊支架和承载桩通过固定销固定连接。
所述的隔层上端高于船舷的高度,所述的斜隔板与船体外侧壁的夹角为45°。
所述弹性部件为螺旋压缩弹簧,所述的气囊为防水材料尼龙橡胶制成。
所述的隔层两侧壁面呈弧形。
本发明的船舶减摇助推装置,在船体两侧分别设有隔层,调节船体平衡,,借助气囊及浮筒,使船舶运行平稳,在风大浪高时可安全航行。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种船舶减摇助推装置,在船体1两侧分别设有隔层2,所述的隔层2为上端封闭、下端开口的中空结构,隔层2在船体1两侧形成半封闭的空间;在隔层内设置有若干个与船体表面相垂直的间隔的横向隔板3,在相邻的两个横向隔板之间还设有与船体外侧壁倾斜设置的间隔的斜隔板4,在横向隔板3上设有排水孔5。所述的隔层2内设横向隔板3和斜隔板4,结构稳固。
所述的隔层中部设有若干个气囊6,所述的气囊6固定在船体侧壁上并连接充气装置,所述的隔层下部设有若干浮筒7,所述的浮筒7通过弹簧部件8与隔层连接;所述的隔层顶壁设有排气通道9,在所述的排气通道9上设有阀门;隔板两端分别通过弹性部件10与隔层内侧壁和船体外侧壁连接;所述的斜隔板4与船体外侧壁的夹角为30°至60°;在船体两侧的隔层内的空气通过船体后端中部的空气管道11连通。
所述的气囊6包括圆筒形的囊体12和包裹囊体的由韧性材料制成的气囊袋13,所述囊体6设有多个横向并列的气室,多个气室均设有充气口和放气口。所述的气囊6上下相连,所述的浮筒7设于隔层内气囊的下端。所述的气囊与浮筒联动控制船体的平衡,气囊可充放气,调节灵活。船舶可通过浮筒及气囊借助风浪助推。
所述充气装置包括高压空气瓶14和依次连接的减压阀15、压力继电器16和电磁充气阀17,所述高压空气瓶14通过充气管连接所述气囊,所述减压阀15连接高压空气瓶14,所述电磁充气阀17连接所述充气口。
所述的气囊6通过联接装置18固定在船体侧壁,所述的联接装置包括依次连接的联接盘、气囊支架和承载桩,所述联接盘连接所述气囊,所述承载桩通过在船舷上,所述气囊支架和承载桩通过固定销固定连接。
所述的隔层上端高于船舷的高度,所述的斜隔板与船体外侧壁的夹角为45°。所述弹性部件10为螺旋压缩弹簧,所述的气囊6为防水材料尼龙橡胶制成。所述的隔层2两侧壁面呈弧形,缓冲波浪的拍打。

1.一种船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:在船体两侧分别设有隔层,所述的隔层为上端封闭、下端开口的中空结构,隔层在船体两侧形成半封闭的空间;在隔层内设置有若干个与船体表面相垂直的间隔的横向隔板,在相邻的两个横向隔板之间还设有与船体外侧壁倾斜设置的间隔的斜隔板,在横向隔板上设有排水孔;所述的隔层中部设有若干个气囊,所述的气囊固定在船体侧壁上并连接充气装置,所述的隔层下部设有若干浮筒,所述的浮筒通过弹簧部件与隔层连接;所述的隔层顶壁设有排气通道,在所述的排气通道上设有阀门;隔板两端分别通过弹性部件与隔层内侧壁和船体外侧壁连接;所述的斜隔板与船体外侧壁的夹角为30°至60°;在船体两侧的隔层内的空气通过船体后端中部的空气管道连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:所述的气囊包括圆筒形的囊体和包裹囊体的由韧性材料制成的气囊袋,所述囊体设有多个横向并列的气室,多个气室均设有充气口和放气口。
3.如权利要求1所述的船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:所述的气囊上下相连,所述的浮筒设于隔层内气囊的下端。
4.如权利要求2所述的船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:所述充气装置包括高压空气瓶和依次连接的减压阀、压力继电器和电磁充气阀,所述高压空气瓶通过充气管连接所述气囊,所述减压阀连接高压空气瓶,所述电磁充气阀连接所述充气口。
5.如权利要求1所述的船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:所述的气囊通过联接装置固定在船体侧壁,所述的联接装置包括依次连接的联接盘、气囊支架和承载桩,所述联接盘连接所述气囊,所述承载桩通过在船舷上,所述气囊支架和承载桩通过固定销固定连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:所述的隔层上端高于船舷的高度,所述的斜隔板与船体外侧壁的夹角为45°。
7.如权利要求1所述的船舶减摇助推装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件为螺旋压缩弹簧,所述的气囊为防水材料尼龙橡胶制成。
