市场未见有抗水不燃瓦楞竹夹板。耐磨抗水抗虫蚁抗弯曲胜瓦楞纸板几倍的不燃瓦楞竹夹板,用水玻璃浸透竹片、波形竹片后,用阻燃塑料粘合组成。水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,能提高竹片的自燃温度;在高温中,水玻璃和竹片反应,生成耐一千五百度高温的坚硬碳化硅,使竹片不燃。水玻璃是弱碱性物质,它使竹片呈弱碱性,令虫蚁不能食,产生抗虫蚁作用,令不燃瓦楞竹夹板寿命过百年。阻燃塑料的阻燃温度近四百度,离开火焰自动熄灭;阻燃塑料用量很少,不能使不燃瓦楞竹夹板燃烧。不燃波形竹片和不燃竹片之间有很大的空间,所以不燃瓦楞竹夹板的重量很轻,扩展竹夹板应用范围。

目前的竹夹板比较重,而且怕水浸泡。未见有瓦楞竹夹板能不燃的报道。
本技术提出一种耐磨抗水抗虫蚁抗弯曲胜瓦楞纸板几倍的不燃瓦楞竹夹板,简称不燃瓦楞竹夹板,属竹夹板领域,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
不燃瓦楞竹夹板,其有益效果是,不燃,抗水,抗虫蚁,抗弯曲,重量轻,扩展竹夹板应用范围。
耐磨抗水抗虫蚁抗弯曲胜瓦楞纸板几倍的不燃瓦楞竹夹板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用不燃竹片,不燃波形竹片组成;其工艺是:将木段开成半毫米厚竹片;用水玻璃浸透竹片,干燥后获得水玻璃竹片;用阻燃塑料熔浆涂加热水玻璃竹片,得不燃竹片(1);用蒸汽加热使不燃竹片变软,将加热变软的不燃竹片放进波形模具内加压,冷却获得不燃波形竹片(2);不燃竹片、不燃波形竹片预热,将不燃竹片、不燃波形竹片相间放满模具,不燃竹片覆盖底面加压,冷却后获得不燃瓦楞竹夹板(3);从而使耐磨抗水抗虫蚁抗弯曲胜瓦楞纸板几倍的不燃瓦楞竹夹板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍不燃瓦楞竹夹板:
竹片受压容易碎裂,用蒸汽加热使竹片变软,就能克服竹片受压容易碎裂的缺点,能用波形模具将竹片压成波形竹片;冷却后波形竹片保持不变形,令我们获得波形竹片。
目前的竹夹板,用水溶性粘合剂粘合竹片做成,所以不耐水浸泡。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,能提高竹片的自燃温度;在高温中,水玻璃和竹片反应,生成耐一千五百度高温的坚硬碳化硅,使竹片不燃,使我们获得不燃瓦楞竹夹板。
阻燃塑料的阻燃温度近四百度,而且离开火焰就会自动熄灭;阻燃塑料只作粘合剂使用,用量很少,不能使瓦楞竹夹板燃烧,使我们获得不燃瓦楞竹夹板。
水玻璃是弱碱性物质,它使竹片呈弱碱性,令虫蚁不能食,产生抗虫蚁作用,令不燃瓦楞竹夹板寿命过百年。
塑料是一种不怕水物质,令水极难入侵竹片;塑料熔浆对竹片有很强粘附力,冷却后就能将竹片,波形竹片粘合成一个牢固整体;塑料熔浆涂在竹片,使竹片受到塑料保护,令水不能进入竹片,使我们获得抗水的瓦楞竹夹板。
瓦楞竹夹板的本质没有受到破坏,能保持竹夹板耐磨抗弯曲的本质,所以不燃瓦楞竹夹板的耐磨抗弯曲胜过瓦楞纸板几倍。
不燃波形竹片和不燃竹片之间有很大的空间,所以不燃瓦楞竹夹板的重量很轻,扩展竹夹板应用范围。

1.耐磨抗水抗虫蚁抗弯曲胜瓦楞纸板几倍的不燃瓦楞竹夹板,其特征是,用不燃竹片,不燃波形竹片组成;其工艺是:将木段开成半毫米厚竹片;用水玻璃浸透竹片,干燥后获得水玻璃竹片;用阻燃塑料熔浆涂水玻璃竹片,得不燃竹片;用蒸汽加热使不燃竹片变软,将加热变软的不燃竹片放进波形模具内加压,冷却获得不燃波形竹片;不燃竹片、不燃波形竹片预热,将不燃竹片、不燃波形竹片相间放满模具,不燃竹片覆盖底面加压,冷却后获得不燃瓦楞竹夹板;从而使耐磨抗水抗虫蚁抗弯曲胜瓦楞纸板几倍的不燃瓦楞竹夹板得以运行。
