稻草麦草容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏;市场未见铝玻板复合草板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝玻板复合草板,简称铝玻板复合草板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
铝玻板复合草板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝玻板复合草板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用铝玻板,不燃草板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;铝玻板盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温玻璃网布通过铝熔浆,除去多余的铝熔浆,获得铝熔浆包裹玻璃网布板,得到铝玻板(1);可将铝玻板点焊成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,送窑炉烧制,令浅盆各边熔粘,冷却后获得铝玻板盆(1);铝玻板空心体制作,可再用铝玻板点焊成空心体,空心体扁平,三侧面密封;送窑炉烧制,令空心体各边熔粘,冷却后获得铝玻板空心体(1);不燃草厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进铝玻板盆内,取合适的铝玻板,从铝玻板盆的低边推进铝玻板盆,将不燃草厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得铝玻板复合草板(3),或者,不燃草厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进铝玻板空心体,取合适的铝玻板封密侧面,获得铝玻板复合草板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的铝玻板复合草板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍铝玻板复合草板:
不燃草板制作,将稻草或麦草除杂整理,用水玻璃浸透稻草或麦草,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃草板;用耐高温粘合剂将多块不燃草板粘合成厚板后干燥,粘合时各层不燃草板可纵横错开相间排列,获得不燃草厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使稻草或麦草千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的草板质坚似木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使草板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令铝玻板复合草板寿命超百年;将铝玻板做成盆或空心体,是为了使铝玻板能紧紧地将不燃草厚板锁住,产生铝玻板紧紧包裹不燃草厚板的作用,使铝玻板复合草板的效果更好;各层不燃草板纵横错开相间排列,能加强铝玻板复合草板的抗弯曲性能;不燃草厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;铝玻板复合草板,以稻草或麦草为主,不燃草板厚度可超十几公分,铝玻板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为不燃草板的防水作用;铝只作为粘结玻璃网布使用,其用量不多,所以铝玻板,实际上是玻璃网布板;草板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,铝玻板复合草板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
