现在的不锈钢复合板用泡沫塑料填充,存在怕火和强度低,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生气体将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。瓷棉板复合树枝板,用瓷棉板,不燃树枝板做成;水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使树枝千度不燃;不燃树枝板为弱碱性使虫蚁不食,真菌不生长;不燃树枝板有许多空心孔,具有很好的保温隔音性能;水玻璃使树枝板硬化,树枝板燥干后质坚胜木,坚硬耐用;瓷棉板不会生锈;这些,使瓷棉板复合树枝板寿命超百年。树枝板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,瓷棉板复合树枝板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。综上所述,瓷棉板复合树枝板是搭建厂房简易房的最好建筑材料。

树枝容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。市场未见瓷棉板复合树枝板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的瓷棉板复合树枝板,简称瓷棉板复合树枝板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
瓷棉板复合树枝板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的瓷棉板复合树枝板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用瓷棉板,不燃树枝板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;瓷棉板盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温石棉网布通过陶瓷泥浆,除去多余的陶瓷泥浆,获得陶瓷泥浆包裹石棉网布板;可将陶瓷泥浆包裹石棉网布板做成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,获得陶瓷泥浆包裹石棉网布板浅盆;陶瓷泥浆包裹的石棉网布板、陶瓷泥浆包裹的石棉网布板浅盆干燥后送窑炉烧制,获得瓷棉板(1)、瓷棉板盆(1);瓷棉板空心体制作,空心体扁平,三侧面密封,陶瓷泥浆包裹石棉网布板空心体,干燥后送窑炉烧制,获得瓷棉板空心体(1);不燃树枝厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进瓷棉板盆内,取合适的瓷棉板,从瓷棉板盆的低边推进瓷棉盆,将不燃树枝厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得瓷棉板复合树枝板(3),或者,不燃树枝厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进瓷棉板空心体,取合适的瓷棉板封密侧面,获得瓷棉板复合树枝板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的瓷棉板复合树枝板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍瓷棉板复合不燃树枝板:
不燃树枝板制作,将树枝整理成直枝后压成细碎条,用水玻璃浸透细碎树枝条,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃树枝;用耐高温粘合剂将不燃树枝,粘合整理成不燃树枝板后干燥;可用耐高温粘合剂涂不燃树枝板,各层不燃树枝板可纵横相间错开排放粘成不燃树枝厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使树枝千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的树枝板质坚胜木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使树枝板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令瓷棉板复合树枝板寿命超百年;将瓷棉板做成浅盆或空心体,是为了使瓷棉板能紧紧地将不燃树枝厚板锁住,产生瓷棉板紧紧包裹不燃树枝厚板的作用,使瓷棉板复合树枝板的效果更好;将树枝整理成直枝后压成细碎条,一方面使水玻璃更快浸透树枝,另一方面是使不燃树枝厚板有更多的空心孔,增加不燃树枝厚板的保温隔音性能;瓷棉板复合不燃树枝板,以树枝为主,树枝板厚度可超十几公分,而瓷棉板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为树枝板的防水作用;陶瓷泥只是作为粘结石棉网布使用,其用量不多,所以瓷棉板,实际上是石棉网布板;不燃树枝厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,瓷棉板复合树枝板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
综上所述,瓷棉板复合树枝板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。
