稻谷壳或麦壳容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏;市场未见钢瓷板复合谷壳板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的钢瓷板复合谷壳板,简称钢瓷板复合谷壳板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
钢瓷板复合谷壳板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的钢瓷板复合谷壳板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用钢瓷板,不燃谷壳板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;钢瓷板盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温陶瓷网布通过钢铁熔浆,除去多余的钢铁熔浆,获得钢铁熔浆包裹陶瓷网布板,得到钢瓷板(1);可将钢瓷板点焊成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,送窑炉烧制,令浅盆各边熔粘,冷却后获得钢瓷板盆(1);钢瓷板空心体制作,可再用钢瓷板点焊成空心体,空心体扁平,三侧面密封;送窑炉烧制,令空心体各边熔粘,冷却后获得钢瓷板空心体(1);不燃谷壳厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进钢瓷板盆内,取合适的钢瓷板,从钢瓷板盆的低边推进钢瓷板盆,将不燃谷壳厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得钢瓷板复合谷壳板(3),或者,不燃谷壳厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进钢瓷板空心体,取合适的钢瓷板封密侧面,获得钢瓷板复合谷壳板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的钢瓷板复合谷壳板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍钢瓷板复合谷壳板:
不燃谷壳板制作,将稻谷壳或麦壳用水玻璃浸透,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃谷壳;用耐高温粘合剂将不燃谷壳,粘合整理成不燃谷壳板后干燥,不燃谷壳板可适当加压,可用耐高温粘合剂将不燃谷壳板粘成厚板。
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使谷壳千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的谷壳板质坚似木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使谷壳板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令钢瓷板复合谷壳板寿命超百年;将钢瓷板做成浅盆或空心体,是为了使钢瓷板能紧紧地将不燃谷壳厚板锁住,产生钢瓷板紧紧包裹不燃谷壳厚板的作用,使钢瓷板复合谷壳板的效果更好;对不燃谷壳板适当加压,能使谷壳板密实,提高谷壳板的抗弯曲能力;谷壳厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;钢瓷板复合谷壳板,以谷壳为主,谷壳板厚度可超十几公分,而钢瓷板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为谷壳板的防水作用;钢铁只是作为粘结陶瓷网布使用,其用量不多,所以钢瓷板,实际上是陶瓷网布板;不燃谷壳厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,钢瓷板复合谷壳板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
