木夹板、竹夹板易燃烧,是家庭火灾主因。抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板,用耐高温阻燃粘合剂粘合硅酸钠薄竹片制成;其自燃温度比原竹、木片高几百度,在烈火中不会燃烧,高温只能使它反应成为碳化硅硬块;挡火竹夹板放在电炉上几小时,只能将它烧成电炉一样大的硬黑圈,黑圈外仍是完好无损的挡火竹夹板;用挡火竹夹板做家具及进行装修,能阻止邻居发生的火警影响到本宅,而保本宅平安;挡火竹夹板质地更硬,呈弱碱性,虫蚁不食,令家具寿命几百年。薄竹片弹性比薄木片好几倍,令挡火竹夹板的抗冲击力比木夹板强很多,质地也比木夹板硬,使挡火竹夹板的实用性比木夹板竹夹板更好,投入市场后,会很快占领木夹板竹夹板市场。

用目前市场的夹板是木夹板、竹夹板都易燃烧,是家庭产生火灾的主要原因。不能燃烧的竹夹板市场未见。
竹子生长快,竹质坚韧,弹性好,竹段能开成几十公分宽的薄竹片,是做竹夹板的好材料。
本技术提出的抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板,简称挡火竹夹板,能解决木夹板、竹夹板的易燃烧问题。
抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板,其有益效果是,挡火竹夹板的实用性比木夹板、竹夹板更好,为生活提供多一种选择。
抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用本技术的耐高温阻燃粘合剂或用其它耐高温阻燃粘合剂,将多块硅酸钠薄竹片粘合制成;挡火竹夹板采用木夹板工艺制作,先将竹子开成竹段后用水浸泡几天;将竹段开成薄竹片,薄竹片可以达到几十公分宽;将干燥的薄竹片放进硅酸钠液内浸透,取出干燥成为硅酸钠薄竹片(1);用硅酸钠液和淀粉加热制作成耐高温阻燃粘合剂(2);将多块干燥的硅酸钠薄竹片排放好,涂上耐高温阻燃粘合剂,令耐高温阻燃粘合剂进入硅酸钠薄竹片间隙,各块硅酸钠薄竹片推至紧贴;又排放好第二层硅酸钠薄竹片,并涂上耐高温阻燃粘合剂,令耐高温阻燃粘合剂进入硅酸钠薄竹片间隙,各块硅酸钠薄竹片推至紧贴;再排放好第三层硅酸钠薄竹片,并涂上耐高温阻燃粘合剂,令耐高温阻燃粘合剂进入硅酸钠薄竹片间隙,各块硅酸钠薄竹片推至紧贴;硅酸钠薄竹片的排放直至挡火竹夹板的设计厚度;各层硅酸钠薄竹片成90度角错开排放;各层硅酸钠薄竹片压实后送干燥房干燥,干燥后获得的挡火竹夹板(3)底面用机械磨平滑,从而使抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板得以运行。如图1
现结合原理介绍挡火竹夹板。
硅酸钠是耐高温化学阻燃剂,薄竹片经硅酸钠液浸透后,其自燃温度比原薄竹片的自燃温度提高几百度。取用薄竹片是节约浸透时间。硅酸钠薄竹片在烈火中不会燃烧,高温只能使它产生化学反应,成为能耐2000度高温碳化硅硬块;本技术的耐高温阻燃粘合剂同理;用挡火竹夹板做家具以及进行装修,就算其它原因引起火警,由于挡火竹夹板做的家具以及进行的装修,其自燃温度提高几百度,使它不会燃烧,当其它物品烧完后,火焰就会熄灭。例如,挡火竹夹板放在电炉上几个小时,电炉只能将挡火竹夹板烧成电炉一样大的硬黑圈,硬黑圈外仍是完好无损的挡火竹夹板。所以,当邻居发生火警,引起红红高温烈火,将邻居财物烧清光,也不会影响到本宅,保本宅平安。另外,硅酸钠液使竹片变成弱碱性,虫蚁不敢食,质地比原竹木更硬,令家具寿命几百年;薄竹片弹性比薄木片好几倍,令挡火竹夹板的抗冲击力比木夹板强很多,质地也比木夹板硬,使挡火竹夹板的实用性比木夹板更好;千度不燃使挡火竹夹板的用途比竹夹板更好;竹段用水浸泡几天,能将竹子水溶性营养物质浸出,减少虫蚁咬食竹夹板,增加使用时间;各层薄竹片成90度角错开排放,能加强挡火竹夹板的牢固性和坚硬度;机械磨平滑挡火竹夹板底面,避免挡火竹夹板底面的竹毛刺伤人。
由上述可知,本技术的挡火竹夹板投入市场,会很快占领目前见火就燃烧的木夹板、竹夹板市场。

1.抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板,其特征是,用本技术的耐高温阻燃粘合剂或用其它耐高温阻燃粘合剂,将多块硅酸钠薄竹片粘合制成;挡火竹夹板采用木夹板工艺制作,先将竹子开成竹段后用水浸泡几天;将竹段开成薄竹片,薄竹片可以达到几十公分宽;将干燥的薄竹片放进硅酸钠液内浸透,取出干燥成为硅酸钠薄竹片;用硅酸钠液和淀粉加热制作成耐高温阻燃粘合剂;将多块干燥的硅酸钠薄竹片排放好,涂上耐高温阻燃粘合剂,令耐高温阻燃粘合剂进入硅酸钠薄竹片间隙,各块硅酸钠薄竹片推至紧贴;又排放好第二层硅酸钠薄竹片,并涂上耐高温阻燃粘合剂,令耐高温阻燃粘合剂进入硅酸钠薄竹片间隙,各块硅酸钠薄竹片推至紧贴;再排放好第三层硅酸钠薄竹片,并涂上耐高温阻燃粘合剂,令耐高温阻燃粘合剂进入硅酸钠薄竹片间隙,各块硅酸钠薄竹片推至紧贴;硅酸钠薄竹片的排放直至挡火竹夹板的设计厚度;各层硅酸钠薄竹片成90度角错开排放;各层硅酸钠薄竹片压实后送干燥房干燥,干燥后获得的挡火竹夹板底面用机械磨平滑,从而使抗冲击力比木夹板强质地更硬千度不燃的挡火竹夹板得以运行。
