Abstract
The invention relates to a steel rail number spraying device taking an orbit measurement trolley as a carrier, which comprises the orbit measurement trolley and a number spraying machine, wherein the number spraying device comprises a base plate, a guide shaft, a bent beam and a number spraying head, wherein the guide shaft is supported on the base plate by a front shaft seat and a rear shaft seat, the bent beam is fixed on the guide shaft, the number spraying head is fixed at the bottom end of the bent beam, the guide shaft is provided with two annular grooves, an axial through groove communicated with the two annular grooves, a stop pin connected with the axial through groove, a central blind hole at one end, a mandrel in the blind hole, an anti-rotation mechanism only allowing the two to move axially between the mandrel and the wall of the blind hole, and a protection mechanism for avoiding obstacles of the number spraying head, which is formed by a plane scroll spring. The invention has the outstanding advantages of novel structure and capability of overcoming the defect of manual number spraying.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to steel rail maintenance equipment, and particularly relates to a steel rail number spraying device taking a rail measuring trolley as a carrier.
Background
According to regulations, common rails and long rail rails are numbered sequentially, and at present, the rail is numbered on the left rail web by adopting bushing spray painting and manual operation, so that the practical problems of low operation efficiency and high labor intensity exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a steel rail number spraying device taking a rail measuring trolley as a carrier, which aims to solve the technical problems of low operation efficiency and high labor intensity in the process of spraying paint by a bushing and carrying out steel rail numbering by a manual operation mode.

The invention has the beneficial effects and advantages that: the rail number spraying device is the result of combining the existing rail measurement trolley with an intelligent number spraying machine, not only expands the function of the rail measurement trolley, but also realizes mechanization of rail number spraying. The number spraying head of the number spraying device is fixed on the guide shaft through the bent beam, the distance between the working face of the number spraying head and the number spraying part of the steel rail can be adjusted in a micro-scale manner through the bent beam positioning bolt, and the number spraying head can finish the number spraying operation according to the instruction of the controller. In order to avoid collision between the number spraying head and the obstacle, the device is provided with two protection structures for the number spraying head, one is that when the number spraying head runs along with the track measurement trolley and the feeler lever or the number spraying head clamping block encounters smaller obstruction, the bent beam and the guide shaft are stressed and rotate clockwise under the action of the plane spiral spring, the clockwise rotation can enable the feeler lever or the number spraying head clamping block to avoid the obstacle so that the track measurement trolley continues to run, then the bent beam and the like return by self weight, and the design value of the rotation angle of the bent beam and the guide shaft can be selected within the range of 5-15 degrees. Another protection structure for the number spraying head is that when the number spraying head moves along with the track measuring trolley, the feeler lever or the number spraying head clamping block encounters a larger obstruction, namely, under the condition that the rotation angles of the bent beam and the guide shaft are in the range of 5-15 degrees and can not avoid obstacles, the resistance force of the feeler lever or the number spraying head clamping block forces the guide shaft to axially move, the axial movement of the guide shaft enables the head of the stop pin to enter the annular groove of the guide shaft, the resilience moment of the stored plane scroll spring enables the guide shaft and drives the bent beam, the number spraying head and the like to rotate clockwise through the mandrel and the steel ball, and as a result, the bent beam, the number spraying head and the like are enabled to turn over to the upper part of the track measuring trolley to be protected. The guide shaft and the like are reset by manual operation, and the pretightening force of the plane spring is overcome to the initial position. The axial slot between the guide shaft and the mandrel and the arrangement of the steel balls only allow axial displacement between the guide shaft and the mandrel and cannot generate relative rotation. The invention has the outstanding advantages of novel structure, capability of overcoming the defect of manual number spraying and remarkable effect.

The invention will be further described with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the rail number spraying device is an embodiment, a baseplate 12 is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of a rail measuring trolley 1 along the advancing direction (see arrow P in fig. 2), a guide shaft 10 supported by a front shaft seat 11 and a rear shaft seat 14 is arranged on the baseplate, the axis of the guide shaft is perpendicular to the wheel shaft of a trolley wheel 3 of the rail measuring trolley, and the rail measuring trolley is further provided with a trolley side wheel 2 connected to the inner side of the rail top of the rail.
The guide shaft 10 is fixed with a bent beam 8 facing the left side of the forward direction of the rail measuring trolley, the bent beam is provided with a supporting seat 13 fixed to the guide shaft 10, and the bent beam 8 is provided with a bent beam positioning bolt 9 which enables the inclined angle of the bent beam to be adjustable and is jointed with the side surface of the base plate 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the radial through hole 10-3 at the rear end of the guide shaft 10 is used for installing the support seat of the bent beam and the positioning screw of the guide shaft, and the spare radial through hole 10-4 at the front end of the guide shaft 10 acts the same as the radial through hole 10-3 and is used when changing the position of the support seat of the bent beam.
The bottom end of the bent beam is provided with two butted clamping blocks 7 for clamping and fixing the number spraying head 5, and the working part of the number spraying head 5 corresponds to the number spraying part outside the steel rail 4. The bottom surfaces of the two clamping blocks 7 are fixedly provided with a protection bottom plate 7-1, one side of the protection bottom plate, which is opposite to the advancing direction of the track measuring trolley, is fixedly provided with a feeler lever 6, and the end head of the feeler lever 6 is positioned at the front side of the working part of the number spraying head 5.
The guide shaft 10 is provided with two annular grooves 10-1 corresponding to the front shaft seat 11, the guide shaft between the two annular grooves is provided with an axial through groove 10-2 communicated with the two annular grooves, the front shaft seat 11 is fixedly provided with a stop pin 19 embedded in the axial through groove, a space allowing the guide shaft 10 to rotate clockwise by 5-15 degrees is arranged between the head of the stop pin 19 and one side wall of the axial through groove 10-2, and the two annular grooves 10-1 of the guide shaft 10 during left and right movement can be respectively engaged with the head of the stop pin 19.
The guide shaft 10 is provided with a central blind hole at one end corresponding to the rear shaft seat 14, a mandrel 15 is arranged in the central blind hole, the mandrel is provided with a shaft bracket 16 fixed on the base plate 12, an axial semicircular slot 10-5 in the central blind hole corresponds to a mandrel axial semicircular slot 15-1 of the mandrel, steel balls 18 are arranged in a hole slot formed by butt joint of the two axial semicircular slots, and a plane spiral spring 17 which enables the mandrel 15 to rotate clockwise and store energy is arranged between the mandrel 15 and the shaft bracket 16.
In general, when the trolley travels, the feeler lever or the nozzle head clamping block is blocked greatly, the resistance forces the guide shaft 10 of fig. 3 to move axially to the right, and the head of the stop pin 19 is engaged with the left annular groove of the two annular grooves 10-1, but the trolley may shake back and forth when the feeler lever or the nozzle head clamping block is blocked greatly, and at this time, the head of the stop pin 19 is engaged with the right annular groove of the two annular grooves 10-1 in fig. 3. No matter which of the two annular grooves 10-1 is engaged with the head of the stop pin 19, the resilience moment of the stored energy plane scroll spring makes the guide shaft and drive the bent beam, the spray head and the like to rotate clockwise through the mandrel and the steel balls, so that the bent beam, the spray head and the like are turned over to the upper part of the track measurement trolley to be protected.
The number spraying head 5 in the embodiment of fig. 1 is a part of a number spraying machine, and a controller, an ink box and the like of the number spraying machine are arranged on the track measurement trolley 1, so that the number spraying machine can be of any type suitable for the device.

Rail number spraying device taking rail measuring trolley as carrier, comprising rail measuring trolley and number spraying machine, and characterized in that: the upper surface of the track measurement trolley is provided with a substrate along the left side of the advancing direction of the track measurement trolley, the substrate is provided with a guide shaft supported by a front shaft seat and a rear shaft seat, the axis of the guide shaft is vertical to the axis of the track measurement trolley, a bent beam facing the left side of the advancing direction of the track measurement trolley is fixed on the guide shaft, a spray head is fixed at the bottom end of the bent beam, a working part of the spray head corresponds to the spray part on the outer side of a steel rail, the guide shaft is provided with two annular grooves corresponding to the front shaft seat, the guide shaft between the two annular grooves is provided with an axial through groove communicated with the two annular grooves, the front shaft seat is fixed with a stop pin embedded in the axial through groove, a space allowing the guide shaft to rotate clockwise by 5-15 degrees is arranged between the head of the stop pin and one side wall of the axial through groove, the two annular grooves of the guide shaft are respectively connected with the head of the stop pin when moving left and right, a central blind hole is arranged at one end of the guide shaft corresponding to the rear shaft seat, a mandrel is arranged in the central blind hole, the mandrel is arranged on the central blind hole, the mandrel is fixed on the substrate, the mandrel is provided with a corresponding axial semicircular groove, the central shaft is arranged in the central hole, the central hole is in the corresponding to the central semicircular groove, the central shaft groove is in the position formed by butting the two axial semicircular grooves, the two annular grooves are communicated with the corresponding grooves, and steel balls are arranged between the mandrel and the spindle and the rotating in the central spring;
