本发明公开一种肥料混合装置,包括支撑架、设置在支撑架上的驱动机构、速度调节机构和混合桶,所述驱动机构的转轴和速度调节机构的输入轴通过传送带连接,所述速度调节机构的输出轴与混合桶的混合转轴连接,所述混合桶的上部设装料口,下部设有卸料口,所述混合转轴上设有螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的两端各同轴设有叶式旋转桨。本发明操作简单,能够将不同种类的肥料进行高效均匀地混合,适应于大规模农业机械化施肥。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合装置,特别是涉及一种肥料混合装置。
背景技术
目前,在中国农业生产中,越来越趋向于高机械化、农场式作业,需要在大面积农作物同一施肥时,预先对各种肥料进行混合,因为可能施肥时需要不同类型的肥料进行混合,例如颗粒肥和有机肥和混合,往往混合不够均匀,影响农作物施肥的肥效,而且混合效率低,不能满足机械化高效的要求。因此需要研发一种操作方便、混合均匀、效率高的能够满足不同肥料之间混合的肥料混合装置。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种操作方便,混合快速高效,适用于大量不同种类肥料搅拌均匀的肥料混合装置。
一种肥料混合装置,包括支撑架、设置在支撑架上的驱动机构、速度调节机构和混合桶,所述驱动机构的转轴和速度调节机构的输入轴通过传送带连接,所述速度调节机构的输出轴与混合桶的混合转轴连接,所述混合桶的上部设装料口,下部设有卸料口,所述混合转轴上设有螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的两端各同轴设有叶式旋转桨。
进一步地,所述叶式旋转桨包括翻料杆,所述翻料杆的中间设有与混合转轴紧密配合的轴孔,所述翻料杆的两端还设有翻料桨,所述翻料桨一端通过固定座与翻料杆固定连接,另一端固定有翻料片。
进一步地,所述翻料杆两端分别设有两根或者两根以上翻料桨。
进一步地,所述翻料桨与翻料杆成90o角。
进一步地,所述叶式旋转桨包括固定于混合转轴上的搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片为扇形或者三角形。
本发明的有益效果:本发明操方便,效率高,能够高效率地将不同种类的肥料有机肥和颗粒肥进行充分混合均匀,适应于大规模农业机械施肥。

一种肥料混合装置,包括支撑架A1、设置在支撑架上的驱动机构A2、速度调节机构A4和混合桶A6,所述驱动机构A2的转轴和速度调节机构A4的输入轴通过传送带A3连接,所述速度调节机构A4的输出轴与混合桶A6的混合转轴A5连接,所述混合桶A6的上部设装料口A7,下部设有卸料口A10,所述混合转轴A5上设有螺旋桨A8,所述螺旋桨A8的两端各同轴设有叶式旋转桨A9。
所述叶式旋转桨A9包括翻料杆A91,所述翻料杆A91的中间设有与混合转轴A5紧密配合的轴孔A95,所述翻料杆A91的两端还分别设有一根翻料桨A92,所述翻料桨A92一端通过固定座A94与翻料杆A91固定连接,另一端固定有翻料片A93。所述翻料桨A92与翻料杆A91成90o角。
总之,本发明操作简单、快速高效,能够将不同种类肥料混合均匀,满足农田大规模机械化施肥的高效要求。

1.一种肥料混合装置,其特征在于:包括支撑架、设置在支撑架上的驱动机构、速度调节机构和混合桶,所述驱动机构的转轴和速度调节机构的输入轴通过传送带连接,所述速度调节机构的输出轴与混合桶的混合转轴连接,所述混合桶的上部设装料口,下部设有卸料口,所述混合转轴上设有螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的两端各同轴设有叶式旋转桨。
2.如权利要求1所述的肥料混合装置,其特征在于:所述叶式旋转桨包括翻料杆,所述翻料杆的中间设有与混合转轴紧密配合的轴孔,所述翻料杆的两端还设有翻料桨,所述翻料桨一端通过固定座与翻料杆固定连接,另一端固定有翻料片。
3.如权利要求2所述的肥料混合装置,其特征在于:所述翻料杆两端分别设有两根或者两根以上翻料桨。
4.如权利要求2所述的肥料混合装置,其特征在于:所述翻料桨与翻料杆成90o角。
5.如权利要求1所述的肥料混合装置,其特征在于:所述叶式旋转桨包括固定于混合转轴为中心的搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片为扇形或者三角形。
