Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种胆管取石球囊。一种胆管取石球囊,包括导管体,导管体一端设有可充气的主气囊,主气囊一侧设有可充气的副气囊。本发明通过在主气囊一侧增加副气囊,副气囊充气后使主气囊以一定角度弯曲,可以更圆滑顺畅的通过胆管夹角或部分阻塞的胆管,并在取石过程中,弯曲的气囊可以对部分与胆管壁结合紧密的结石进行轻柔的搔刮,较现有的取石气囊有更好的灵活性,可以更全面细致的进行胆道的探查及取石操作。经过发明人多次试验,发现并不是弯曲角度越大越好,当主气囊向外侧弯曲成60°角的弧度时,不仅可以容易通过胆管,而且可以根据胆管夹角或部分阻塞的形状,可以灵活控制,既可以完整的取石,又可以尽最大限度的减小对胆管壁的摩擦。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种胆管取石球囊。
背景技术
目前胆道取石球囊是先沿导丝将未充气的球囊送入胆道,使球囊部分越过有结石的目的胆管,然后充气形成类圆形的球囊充盈胆管,再沿导丝将充气的球囊拉出目的胆管。在球囊退出胆管时可一并将结石带出。该类取石球囊因球囊形状的局限性,在退出胆道时,如遇到交角较小的交汇处,球囊受限于形状,难以通过并将结石完整带出。
受限于胆管的生理结构,国内市面上常见的取石球囊设计大多无法完全满足各种情况胆管的取石需要,在取石球囊的设计上,通过增加副球囊,使主球囊能够弯曲成一定角度以越过夹角较小的胆管,并将处于胆管夹角处的结石带出,以满足各种情况下胆管的取石需要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种的胆管取石球囊,解决现有技术存在的球囊导管充气后无法弯曲以通过夹角的胆管,无法满足部分胆管的取石需要。
一种胆管取石球囊,包括导管体,导管体一端设有可充气的主气囊,主气囊一侧设有可充气的副气囊。
优选的,所述的副气囊体积小于主气囊。
优选的,充气后副气囊可以使主气囊向外侧弯曲形成60°的弧度。
优选的,主气囊和副气囊的充气管设在导管体内,充气管的气门设在导管体另一端开口处。
优选的,所述主气囊和副气囊是相通的,通过一个充气管进行充气。
优选的,所述主气囊和副气囊是相互独立的,分别通过主充气管和副充气管进行充气,相应的设有主气门和副气门进行控制。
优选的,导管体另一端开口处还设有导丝入口。
优选的,所述的导管体为长50cm的中空导管。
优选的,所述主气囊及副气囊未充气时平滑的附于导管体。
优选的,所述主气囊尾部设有气囊空腔。
本发明通过在主气囊一侧增加副气囊,副气囊充气后使主气囊以一定角度弯曲,可以更圆滑顺畅的通过胆管夹角或部分阻塞的胆管,并在取石过程中,弯曲的气囊可以对部分与胆管壁结合紧密的结石进行轻柔的搔刮,较现有的取石气囊有更好的灵活性,可以更全面细致的进行胆道的探查及取石操作。经过发明人多次试验,发现并不是弯曲角度越大越好,当主气囊向外侧弯曲成60°角的弧度时,不仅可以容易通过胆管,而且可以根据胆管夹角或部分阻塞的形状,可以灵活控制,既可以完整的取石,又可以尽最大限度的减小对胆管壁的摩擦。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种胆管取石球囊,包括导管体1,连接导管体1一端连接有主气囊5,主气囊5的一侧设有副气囊6,主气囊5和副气囊6未充气时平滑的附于导管体1上(优选的,另一实施方式,所述主气囊5尾部设有气囊空腔,便于二次搔刮)。
导管体1内设有主气囊5和副气囊6的充气管(主气囊5和副气囊6的充气管可以是分别独立的,也可以是共用一个充气管同时充气),充气管的充气口(主气囊充气口3和副气囊充气口4)位于导管体1的另一端,导管体1的另一端也是导丝入口2。
使用时,通过充气管的充气口(主气囊充气口3和副气囊充气口4)向主气囊5和副气囊6充气(可以同时充气,也可以先对主气囊5充气再对副气囊6充气)位于主气囊5一侧的副气囊6使主气囊5向外弯曲形成60°的弧度,再沿导丝将充气的气囊拉出目的胆管。可以更圆滑顺畅的通过胆管夹角或部分阻塞的胆管,并在取石过程中,弯曲的气囊可以对部分与胆管壁结合紧密的结石进行轻柔的搔刮,更全面细致的进行胆道的探查及取石操作。
Claims (5)
1.一种胆管取石球囊,包括导管体,导管体一端设有可充气的主气囊,其特征在于:主气囊一侧设有可充气的副气囊;所述的副气囊体积小于主气囊;充气后副气囊可以使主气囊向外侧弯曲形成60°的弧度;所述主气囊和副气囊是相互独立的,分别通过主充气管和副充气管进行充气,相应的设有主气门和副气门进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胆管取石球囊,其特征在于:主气囊和副气囊的充气管设在导管体内,充气管的气门设在导管体另一端开口处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的胆管取石球囊,其特征在于:导管体另一端开口处还设有导丝入口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胆管取石球囊,其特征在于:所述的导管体为长50cm 的中空导管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胆管取石球囊,其特征在于:所述主气囊及副气囊未充气时平滑的附于导管体。
