本发明公开一种蚕丝被生产工艺,属于纺织品加工领域,对原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧,得到蚕丝棉,然后将蚕丝绵开松成片,根据被厚度在梳棉机上一次成型,采用绗缝机绗缝的方法固定被胎,煮茧后还包括低温等离子体处理和蚕丝棉柔软处理。所述低温等离子体处理包括:先将煮茧后的蚕丝线在90℃烘箱中烘干20min,在40℃的等离子体设备中处理2‑5min。本发明工艺包括对原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧、等离子体处理以及蚕丝棉的柔软处理等步骤,生产的蚕丝被蓬松柔软,提高了蚕丝蛋白的稳定性,延长了蚕丝被的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于蚕丝被加工领域,具体是一种蚕丝被生产工艺。
背景技术
蚕丝是自然界中集轻、柔、细为一体的天然纤维,素有“人体第二肌肤”的美称,其主要成分是动物蛋白,含有许多人体必需的氨基酸,其成分和构造与人类的皮肤极为接近。以蚕丝棉作为填充物的蚕丝被具有贴身保暖、蓬松轻柔、清爽透气、保健滋养等品质及优点。目前绿色环保健康的蚕丝被已被越来越多的人所接受,但由于蚕丝棉的生产成本较高,以致蚕丝被市场鱼龙混珠,真假难辨。
专利号为93109930.7的中国专利公开了“一种蚕丝被的生产方法”,采取簇具的改革,把原来适合蚕儿营茧的簇具改变成不能营茧只能吐丝的平面模具,制成一张张平面茧,然后通过初练液、脱胶液、精练液、柔软液等膨松处理,将它们叠成1-4层(根据蚕丝被的重量)套上被套及包装即成产品。上述方法中,采用精练工艺去除大部分丝胶,浪费了蚕丝原料中性能优良的丝胶蛋白,造成环境污染,但长期使用还是不能摆脱蚕丝的板结发黄现象,给消费者带来极大的不便。
公开号为CN103005932A的发明专利公开一种利用丝胶蛋白的蚕丝被生产方法,在真空渗透和煮茧的过程中均添加生丝柔软剂,在一粒缲形成丝片后采用红外光或热风及时烘干丝片,丝胶固胶前丝片含胶率为15-26%,采用交联剂使丝胶固着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蚕丝被生产工艺。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蚕丝被生产工艺,对原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧,得到蚕丝棉,然后将蚕丝绵开松成片,根据被厚度在梳棉机上一次成型,采用绗缝机绗缝的方法固定被胎,其特征在于,煮茧后还包括低温等离子体处理和蚕丝棉柔软处理。
所述低温等离子体处理包括:先将煮茧后的蚕丝线在90℃烘箱中烘干20mi n,在40℃的等离子体设备中处理2-5mi n。
所述等离子体处理条件为:真空度80Pa,功率50W。
所述蚕丝棉柔软处理包括:
(1)预处理:将等离子体处理后的蚕丝棉在20℃的去离子水中清洗三次,80℃条件下烘干10mi n;
(2)配制柔软剂:按重量份配比称取壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-4份、改性聚硅氧烷5-8份、二甲基硅油10-15份,搅拌均匀,然后加入双辛烷基甲基叔胺1-5份、去离子水52-65份,搅拌均匀;
(3)浸泡柔软:将预处理后的蚕丝棉加入柔软剂中浸泡,浴比为1:20-26,温度35℃,浸泡20-30mi n后干燥。
所述步骤(3)干燥为热风干燥或红外干燥。
本发明的有益效果:本发明工艺包括对原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧、等离子体处理以及蚕丝棉的柔软处理等步骤,生产的蚕丝被蓬松柔软,提高了蚕丝蛋白的稳定性,延长了蚕丝被的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
1、原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧,得到蚕丝棉,然后将蚕丝绵开松成片,根据被厚度在梳棉机上一次成型,采用绗缝机绗缝的方法固定被胎;
2、将煮茧后的蚕丝线在90℃烘箱中烘干20mi n,在40℃的等离子体设备中处理2mi n;等离子体处理条件为:真空度80Pa,功率50W。
3、先将等离子体处理后的蚕丝棉在20℃的去离子水中清洗三次,80℃条件下烘干10mi n;然后按重量份配比称取壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、改性聚硅氧烷6.5份、二甲基硅油13份,搅拌均匀,然后加入双辛烷基甲基叔胺3份、去离子水58份,搅拌均匀;最后将预处理后的蚕丝棉加入柔软剂中浸泡,浴比为1:23,温度35℃,浸泡25mi n后热风干燥或红外干燥。
实施例2
1、原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧,得到蚕丝棉,然后将蚕丝绵开松成片,根据被厚度在梳棉机上一次成型,采用绗缝机绗缝的方法固定被胎;
2、将煮茧后的蚕丝线在90℃烘箱中烘干20mi n,在40℃的等离子体设备中处理5mi n;等离子体处理条件为:真空度80Pa,功率50W。
3、先将等离子体处理后的蚕丝棉在20℃的去离子水中清洗三次,80℃条件下烘干10mi n;然后按重量份配比称取壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份、改性聚硅氧烷8份、二甲基硅油10份,搅拌均匀,然后加入双辛烷基甲基叔胺1份、去离子水52份,搅拌均匀;最后将预处理后的蚕丝棉加入柔软剂中浸泡,浴比为1:20,温度35℃,浸泡20mi n后热风干燥或红外干燥。
实施例3
1、原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧,得到蚕丝棉,然后将蚕丝绵开松成片,根据被厚度在梳棉机上一次成型,采用绗缝机绗缝的方法固定被胎;
2、将煮茧后的蚕丝线在90℃烘箱中烘干20mi n,在40℃的等离子体设备中处理3mi n;等离子体处理条件为:真空度80Pa,功率50W。
3、先将等离子体处理后的蚕丝棉在20℃的去离子水中清洗三次,80℃条件下烘干10mi n;然后按重量份配比称取壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、改性聚硅氧烷5份、二甲基硅油15份,搅拌均匀,然后加入双辛烷基甲基叔胺5份、去离子水65份,搅拌均匀;最后将预处理后的蚕丝棉加入柔软剂中浸泡,浴比为1:26,温度35℃,浸泡30mi n后热风干燥或红外干燥。

1.一种蚕丝被生产工艺,对原料茧依次进行真空渗透、煮茧,得到蚕丝棉,然后将蚕丝绵开松成片,根据被厚度在梳棉机上一次成型,采用绗缝机绗缝的方法固定被胎,其特征在于,煮茧后还包括低温等离子体处理和蚕丝棉柔软处理;
所述低温等离子体处理包括:先将煮茧后的蚕丝线在90℃烘箱中烘干20min,在40℃的等离子体设备中处理2-5min;所述等离子体处理条件为:真空度80Pa,功率50W;
所述蚕丝棉柔软处理包括:
(1)预处理:将等离子体处理后的蚕丝棉在20℃的去离子水中清洗三次,80℃条件下烘干10min;
