一种以调节免疫功能来治疗类风湿的抗风湿胶囊，由盐酸左旋咪唑和猪胆粉按比例混合均匀后装入胶囊内所得。猪胆粉有效地控制了患者对盐酸左旋咪唑的胃肠道副反应和过敏反应，而且两者复配有协同增效作用。本发明经五万六千余例临床验证，疗效确切，安全可靠，无副作用。

一种以调节免疫功能来治疗类风湿的抗风湿胶囊
本发明涉及一种药物组合物，确切地说是一种以调节免疫功能来治疗类风湿的抗风湿胶囊。
类风湿疾病是世界性的疑难病症。申请人在抗类风湿疾病领域进行了数拾年的潜心研究和探索。曾研制出镇痛剂和利尿剂的复方胶囊，对类风湿引起的红、肿、热、痛具有镇痛解热、消肿祛红的显著疗效，并申请了发明专利，申请号为96112697.3。还研制出利用猪胆粉拮抗磷酸氧喹的副作用、同时又有协同增效作用的抗风湿胶囊，对早期类风湿炎症和骨变有显著的控制作用。还研制出纯中药的和微量营养元素的抗风湿胶囊，在临床上都取得了抗类风湿的明显疗效，这些抗风湿胶囊都申请了发明专利。
本发明为类风湿病患者所提供的胶囊，旨在通过调节免疫功能达到治疗效果。
本发明亦采取中西药结合，取盐酸左旋咪唑和猪胆粉按13∶7的比例(质量比)混合均匀后装入胶囊内即得抗风湿胶囊。
类风湿是自身免疫性疾病。盐酸左旋咪唑系免疫调节剂，临床用于治疗类风湿，通过调节患者的免疫功能达到改善症状、控制病情发展的治疗目的。但盐酸左旋咪唑对胃肠道有刺激作用，大多数患者均有胃肠道不适的副反应，严重者会恶心、呕吐、少数还会出现皮疹。本发明选用猪胆粉与之配伍，一道服用，使患者对盐酸左旋咪唑的胃肠道副反应、过敏反应得到了有效的控制。此外猪胆粉本身亦有促进钙盐吸收、乳化脂肪、抑菌消炎、抗过敏、健胃等积极作用，两者匹配有协同增效作用。本发明经五万六千余例临床验证，疗效确切，安全可靠，无副作用。
实施例：
取盐酸左旋咪唑1300克，猪胆粉700克，混合均匀后装入10000粒胶囊内即得抗风湿胶囊。每粒胶囊内含200毫克混合药粉。日服一次，每次一粒，连服两周后停五日。三个月为一疗程。肝功能异常及肾功能减退者慎用。
为适应胶囊的机械化包装，可加入辅料药用淀粉一道混合均匀。辅料加入量据所选胶囊型号的容积充满为准。每粒内的有效成分不变。

1、一种以调节免疫功能来治疗类风湿的抗风湿胶囊，由中西药复配而成，其特征在于：每粒胶囊内含200毫克由盐酸左旋咪唑和猪胆粉按13∶7的比例复配后的混合药粉。
