本发明涉及一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,属太阳能发电技术领域,包括胶条本体、透镜固定槽和齿轮阵列,所述胶条本体上有一个透镜固定槽,所述齿轮阵列均匀分别在透镜固定槽内,该固定胶条直接将透镜安装在固定胶条的透镜固定槽中,避免了透镜直接和硬性固定框的接触,同时通过挤压齿轮阵列,从而有效保护透镜不被损坏以及达到更好的密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,属聚光光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
聚光光伏发电系统主要是利用透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上,从而达到发电的目的。如果透镜直接和金属框或树脂等硬性材料物体框架相接触,在加工制造和运输过程中,会造成透镜边缘的破损甚至透镜的破裂,如果用现有的点硅胶的方式对透镜进行封装,由于点硅胶不均匀,也会在加工过程中由于透镜密封度不好或者为了密封度而用过大压力造成透镜的破裂后果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,该胶条所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,其特征是,它包括胶条本体、透镜固定槽和齿轮阵列,所述胶条本体上有一个透镜固定槽,所述齿轮阵列均匀分别在透镜固定槽内。
所述胶条为方形形状。
所述透镜固定槽的长度和厚度与所固定透镜的长度和厚度一致。
所述齿轮阵列竖向均匀分别在透镜固定槽内。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:该固定胶条直接将透镜安装在固定胶条的透镜固定槽中,避免了透镜直接和硬性固定框的接触,同时通过挤压齿轮阵列,从而有效保护透镜不被损坏以及达到更好的密封效果。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,如图1~2所示,包括胶条本体1、透镜固定槽2和齿轮阵列3,所述胶条本体1上有一个透镜固定槽2,所述齿轮阵列3均匀分别在透镜固定槽2内,透镜固定槽为“U”型形状,所述透镜固定槽的长度和厚度与所固定透镜的长度和厚度一致,当加工过程中放置透镜时,该固定胶条直接将透镜安装在固定胶条的透镜固定槽2中,避免了透镜直接和硬性固定框的接触,同时通过挤压齿轮阵列3,从而有效保护透镜不被损坏以及达到更好的密封效果。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,固定胶条可以为“工”型等形状,固定胶条和框架的连接也可通过螺丝等方式固定,齿轮阵列可以为横向阵列的齿轮,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,其特征是,它包括胶条本体、透镜固定槽和齿轮阵列,所述胶条本体上有一个透镜固定槽,所述齿轮阵列均匀分别在透镜固定槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,其特征是所述胶条为方形形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,其特征是所述透镜固定槽的长度和厚度与所固定透镜的长度和厚度一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带齿轮的聚光光伏透镜固定胶条,其特征是所述齿轮阵列竖向均匀分别在透镜固定槽内。
