本发明涉及一种聚光光伏组件专用胶条，属聚光光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
聚光光伏发电系统主要是利用透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上，从而达到发电的目的。如果透镜直接和金属框相接触，在加工制造和运输过程中，会造成透镜边缘的破损甚至透镜的破裂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚光光伏组件专用胶条，该胶条所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：一种聚光光伏组件胶条，其特征是，它包括胶条和双面胶，所述双面胶的一面粘贴在胶条的一个面上。
所述胶条为方形形状。
所述双面胶为强力胶，厚度为0.1~5毫米之间。
本发明的优点和积极效果是：该专用胶条直接固定在聚光光伏组件顶板的胶条固定槽中，能有效保护透镜不被损坏。

一种聚光光伏组件专用胶条，如图1所示，包括胶条1和双面胶2，所述双面胶2的一面粘贴在胶条1的一个面上，所述双面胶2为强力胶，厚度为0.1~5毫米之间，所述胶条1为方形形状，该专用胶条安装在聚光光伏顶板的胶条固定槽中，当加工过程中放置透镜时，能有效缓冲透镜和顶板的直接碰撞，从而达到保护透镜的目的。
本发明中，作为变行实施例，胶条可以为任何形状，胶条和顶板的连接也可通过螺丝等方式固定，故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏组件专用胶条，其特征是所述双面胶为强力胶，厚度为0.1~5毫米之间。
