本发明涉及一种聚光光伏组件底板,属太阳能发电技术领域,包括底板、高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器模块安装孔阵列、对位柱和固定螺丝孔阵列,所述底板上有高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器安装孔阵列、对位柱和固定螺丝孔阵列。该底板直接固定在聚光光伏组件的底座上,能有效保证通过透镜将太阳光线汇聚成的焦斑完全作用到聚光光伏电池芯片上。

本发明涉及一种聚光光伏组件底板,属聚光光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
聚光光伏发电系统主要是利用透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上,从而达到发电的目的。如果聚光光伏组件底板不平整,每个小透镜到对应聚光光伏电池芯片的焦距就不一致,即通过透镜将太阳光线汇聚到聚光光伏电池芯片上的焦斑就不一样,这样就会严重影响该聚光光伏组件的转换效率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚光光伏组件底板,该底板所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种聚光光伏组件底板,其特征是,它包括底板、高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器模块安装孔阵列、对位柱和固定螺丝孔阵列,所述底板上有高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器安装孔阵列、对位柱和固定螺丝孔阵列。
所述底盖板为平整金属板。
所述高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器模块安装孔阵列中的安装孔比高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器模块大。
所述对位柱为盲孔。
所述固定螺丝孔阵列中的螺丝孔为通孔。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:该底板直接固定在聚光光伏组件的底座上,能有效保证通过透镜将太阳光线汇聚成的焦斑完全作用到聚光光伏电池芯片上。

一种聚光光伏组件底板,如图1所示,包括底板1、高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器模块安装孔阵列2、对位柱3和固定螺丝孔阵列4,所述底板1上有高倍聚光光伏光电转换接收器安装孔阵列2、对位柱3和固定螺丝孔阵列4,所述对位柱3为盲孔,这样就能保证该底板直接固定在聚光光伏组件的底座上,能有效保证通过透镜将太阳光线汇聚成的焦斑完全作用到聚光光伏电池芯片上。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,定位柱可以为任何形状,螺丝孔也可以为带螺纹的螺丝孔,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
