目前太阳能光伏电池只有单一的发电功能,没有其他作用。而包括CD、CD-ROM、VCD、DVD、等光碟等也都只是一种音频、视频或数据的载体,一旦碟片内容不需要或表面刮花都是直接废弃,每年报废的光碟对环境也是种危害。本发明将薄膜太阳能光伏电池与光碟合为一体,即使光碟的内容失去原有价值后,还具有永久的发电价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能光伏领域和音乐、视频、电脑数据载体领域。
背景技术
目前太阳能光伏电池只有单一的发电功能,没有其他作用。而包括CD、CD-ROM、VCD、DVD、等光碟等也都只是一种音频、视频或数据的载体,一旦碟片内容不需要或表面刮花都是直接废弃,每年报废的光碟对环境也是种危害。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:将薄膜太阳能光伏电池与CD、CD-ROM、VCD、DVD等光碟合为一体,即使光碟的内容失去原有价值后,还具有永久的发电价值。
本发明解决问题采用的技术方案是:太阳能光伏碟片,包括环形聚碳酸酯的基板、记录层、反射层、保护层等,其中基板之上为记录层,记录层之上为反射层,反射层之上为保护层;其中保护层采用薄膜太阳能光伏电池材料,常用薄膜太阳电池材料有非晶硅、CuInSe2 (CIS)、铜铟硒化物(CIGS)、和碲化镉(CdTe)等;太阳能光伏碟片的厚度与现有光碟厚度一样,为1.2毫米。
进一步,所述太阳能光伏光碟片的外形采用方形、多变形。
进一步,所述碟片中心指孔透明区表面有金属正、负电极,且与薄膜太阳能光伏电池的正负输出极相连,相连的导线在光碟基板内;金属电极采用金属膜片,融合在碟片内,与光碟片外表处于同一平面。
本发明的创新在于:将薄膜太阳能光伏电池与CD、CD-ROM、VCD、DVD等光碟合为一体,由于目前薄膜太阳能光伏电池的光电转换率可以达到16-30%,价格也日益下降,折合到一张光碟上的成本,也只有几十元,要低于一些高质量的CD音乐碟片的售价,让大多数消费者有购买单张太阳能光伏光碟的经济能力,一旦累计消费一定数量的碟片,可以让消费者轻松搭建家庭(小型)太阳能光伏发电站,降低其初投资,加速薄膜光伏电池的推广。同时太阳能光伏电池碟片的制造技术门槛较高,可有效打击盗版光碟,让正版厂家乐意推广此技术。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
参照图1、图2和图3,本实施例提供的包括环形聚碳酸酯的基板13、记录层14、反射层12、碟片一侧的保护层采用薄膜太阳能光伏电池材料11,在靠近中心孔2,无记录层14和反射层12的环形基板区域的表面设有正电极3和负电极4;
当光碟用于数据读写时,薄膜太阳能光伏电池材料11充当光碟的保护层;当光碟用于发电时,只需要将阳光照在薄膜电池面,通过正电极3和负电极4就可以获得直流电源。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,太阳能光伏光碟片采用的是方形、多边形,由于上述实施例2中的结构通过文字说明是普通人均可以理解的,所以再未用另外的附图来表示。

1.太阳能光伏光碟片,包括环形基板、记录层、反射层、保护层,其中基板之上为记录层,记录层之上为反射层,反射层之上为保护层,其特征在于碟片一侧的保护层采用薄膜太阳能光伏电池材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池片,其特征在于,碟片的外形采用方形、多变形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池片,其特征在于,碟片中心指孔透明区表面有金属正负电极,且与薄膜太阳能光伏电池的正负输出极相连。
