本发明提供一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,包括:一透光屏、一处理器和一图像传感器,所述透光屏固集成于一车灯投射单元内并连接所述处理器,所述处理器连接所述图像传感器。本发明的一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其遮光图形不受遮光板形状、数量和空间的限制,并能形成动态变化的遮光图形,具有结构简单、成本低、空间需求低和遮光图形多样灵活可变的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车领域,尤其涉及一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构。
背景技术
目前现有的车辆灯具投射单元中的遮光板通常以金属材料加工而成,其遮光图形是固定的。如果为了适应不同照明光型的需求,需要配置多块遮光板,并通过旋转电机或其他机构来实现遮光板的切换,从而使得遮光调节机构的结构非常复杂,并具有较高的成本。同时,遮光板数量受到空间的限制,当需要有多种照明光型时,无法充分满足可调节光型数量的需求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其遮光图形不受遮光板形状、数量和空间的限制,并能形成动态变化的遮光图形,具有结构简单、成本低、空间需求低和遮光图形多样灵活可变的优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,包括:一透光屏、一处理器和一图像传感器,所述透光屏固集成于一车灯投射单元内并连接所述处理器,所述处理器连接所述图像传感器。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述透光屏包括多个矩阵分布或按一预设图形排布的显示单元。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述透光屏包括两透光板、设置于两所述透光板之间的显示材料层和一显示控制单元。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述显示材料层与两所述透光板配合形成多个所述显示单元。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述显示材料层为液晶材料层。
本发明的进一步改进在于,还包括一速度传感器,所述速度传感器连接所述处理器。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述速度传感器包括车速传感器和/或角度传感器。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述图像传感器采用车载摄像头。
本发明的进一步改进在于,还包括一LED光源,所述LED光源固定于所述车灯投射单元并位于所述透光屏和所述车灯投射单元配合形成的空间内。
本发明由于采用了以上技术方案,使其具有以下有益效果:
用透光屏替代常规的固定形状的金属板,通过透光屏和处理器的配合,可根据实际需要随时调整遮光图形的形状和透光度,无需另外添加外部机械调节设备,即可实现对遮光图像的灵活控制,具有结构简单、成本低、所占空间小的优点。图像传感器用于获取车辆外部道路情况信息,图像传感器、处理器和透光屏的配合,实现了可根据车辆外部道路和车辆情况自动改变透光屏的遮光图形,避免驾驶过程中造成对方驾驶员的眩目,增强了车辆驾驶的安全性。透光屏包括多个矩阵分布或按一预设图形排布的显示单元,使得透光屏可根据需要产生所需的遮光图形。速度传感器用于获取车辆的行驶状态信息,速度传感器、处理器和透光屏的配合,实现了透光屏可根据车辆的行驶状态自动改变遮光图形。遮光图形的切换由处理器控制,比传统机械式切换机构响应速度快得多。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图1,给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述,使能更好地理解本发明的功能、特点。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例的一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,包括:一透光屏1、一处理器2、一图像传感器3、一速度传感器4和一LED光源5;其中透光屏1固集成于一车灯投射单元6内,处理器2连接透光屏1、图像传感器3和速度传感器4,LED光源5固定于车灯投射单元6并位于透光屏1和车灯投射单元6配合形成的空间内。
用透光屏1替代常规的固定形状的金属板,通过透光屏1和处理器2的配合,可根据实际需要随时调整遮光图形的形状和透光度,无需另外添加外部机械调节设备,即可实现对遮光图像的灵活控制,具有结构简单、成本低、所占空间小的优点。图像传感器3用于获取车辆外部道路情况信息,图像传感器、处理器2和透光屏1的配合,实现了可根据车辆外部道路和车辆情况自动改变透光屏1的遮光图形,避免驾驶过程中造成对方驾驶员的眩目,增强了车辆驾驶的安全性。速度传感器4用于获取车辆的行驶状态信息,速度传感器4、处理器2和透光屏1的配合,实现了透光屏1可根据车辆的行驶状态自动改变遮光图形。
本实施例中,透光屏1包括多个矩阵分布或按一预设图形排布的显示单元(图中未示),使得透光屏1可根据需要产生所需的各种遮光图形,当呈矩阵分布时矩阵划分越密,则产生的图形约精确。
透光屏1包括两透光板、设置于两透光板之间的显示材料层和一显示控制单元,本实施例中透光板采用高透光玻璃,减少光通过时的损失。显示材料层与两透光板配合形成多个显示单元。显示材料层为液晶材料层。
本实施例中,图像传感器3采用车载摄像头。车载摄像头实时采集图像,可识别道路上的车辆,通过处理器2控制透光屏1形成适合当前路况的遮光图形或遮光区域,避免造成对方驾驶员眩目的情况发生,提高了驾驶过程的安全性。速度传感器4包括车速传感器和安装于方向盘的角度传感器,用于获得车辆的驾驶状态信息,从而使得处理器2能够判断需要形成什么样的光型,比如可根据实际情况形成城市中的近光,高速时的远光,转弯时的弯道照明等,实现了自动化的车辆情景照明调节,使得用户的驾驶更为便捷。

1.一种应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,包括:一透光屏、一处理器和一图像传感器,所述透光屏固集成于一车灯投射单元内并连接所述处理器,所述处理器连接所述图像传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,所述透光屏包括多个矩阵分布或按一预设图形排布的显示单元。
3.根据权利要求2所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,所述透光屏包括两透光板、设置于两所述透光板之间的显示材料层和一显示控制单元。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,所述显示材料层与两所述透光板配合形成多个所述显示单元。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,所述显示材料层为液晶材料层。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,还包括一速度传感器,所述速度传感器连接所述处理器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,所述速度传感器包括车速传感器和/或角度传感器。
8.根据权利要求6所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,所述图像传感器采用车载摄像头。
9.根据权利要求6所述的应用于汽灯投射单元的智能遮光机构,其特征在于,还包括一LED光源,所述LED光源固定于所述车灯投射单元并位于所述透光屏和所述车灯投射单元配合形成的空间内。
