本发明涉及一种半金属基刹车片的制备方法,属于刹车片制备技术领域。本发明以天然沸石为原料,经季铵盐溶液浸泡冷冻后,研磨粉碎并煅烧,再煅烧后立即浸入碳酸氢钙溶液中沉积一层碳酸钙,得自制耐磨剂,再用蓖麻油对酚醛树脂交联改性作为粘粘剂,和其他材料复配后,经热压、磨削和喷涂,即得半金属刹车片。本发明制备的半金属基刹车片不易生锈,且降低了刹车噪音,刹车噪音为27~32dB;且摩擦系数稳定,摩擦系数为0.31~0.33。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种半金属基刹车片的制备方法,属于刹车片制备技术领域。
背景技术
轿车的制动系统是由刹车油泵、刹车钳、刹车片、刹车盘等四大部分组成的,刹车片性能的好坏直接关系着汽车运行的可靠性、稳定性和安全性。该轿车刹车片由钢背、摩擦材料和附件组成,该摩擦材料粘结在钢背上,轿车刹车片通过刹车钳安装在轿车上。
半金属刹车片摩擦材料的配方主要是由钢纤维作为骨架材料,酚醛树脂作为粘合剂,铁粉作为耐磨剂,再加入各种功能性填料的多元复合材料组成。由于半金属摩擦材料中大量加入金属材料,因此其比重与导热性明显增大,对对偶的攻击性增强,容易生锈、出现低频噪音等。高比重,必将增加整车重量,增大行车成本。导热性能的增大,必将削弱刹车片在高温使用状况下的抗剪强度,引发制动危险。另外,过高导热性能也会迅速将车辆在频繁制动中产生的大量热能传到制动阀,使液压制动管内产生气泡与气阻,从而严重影响车辆制动时的安全性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前常见半金属摩擦材料多以铁粉为耐磨剂,且需要大量加入金属材料,导致其比重与导热性明显增大,易出现生锈和低频噪音的问题,本发明以天然沸石为原料,经季铵盐溶液浸泡冷冻后,研磨粉碎并煅烧,之后立即浸入碳酸氢钙溶液中沉积一层碳酸钙,得自制耐磨剂,再用蓖麻油对酚醛树脂交联改性作为粘粘剂,和其他材料复配后,经热压、磨削和喷涂,即得刹车片。本发明以低导热系数的沸石为原料,经季铵盐和冰劈作用复合改性拓宽其孔径,增加孔隙中空气量,进一步提高沸石的隔热性,再利用碳酸氢钙受热分解在沸石表面沉积一层碳酸钙来提高其耐磨性,制得耐磨剂,经蓖麻油改性后的酚醛树脂可以改善刹车片中各种填料的界面结合状况,有效避免热分解和热衰退现象,提高了刹车片的耐磨性和机械性能,另外自制耐磨剂代替了传统的铁粉耐磨剂,减少了金属材料的使用,并且其本身隔热性强,多孔结构又避免了噪声的产生,有效解决了容易生锈和出现低频噪音的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)称取800~900g天然沸石浸入其体积8~10倍的质量浓度为10%十二烷基三甲基氯化铵溶液中,放入超声振荡仪中以200~300W功率振荡浸渍过夜后过滤得到滤渣,立即将滤渣装入烧杯并放入冰箱,在-20~-15℃下冷冻10~12h;
(2)将冷冻后的滤渣取出放入研钵中研磨20~30min后过200目筛,将过筛后的滤渣粉末放入马弗炉中,加热升温至200~300℃保温煅烧40~60min,煅烧结束后立即取出,得到高温滤渣,并立即倒入其体积5~7倍质量浓度为15%碳酸氢钙溶液中,搅拌反应15~20min后转入布氏漏斗,依次用无水乙醇和去离子水抽滤洗涤3~5次,得到滤渣,将其自然晾干后即得自制耐磨剂,备用;
(3)按质量比为1:4,将蓖麻油和酚醛树脂混合后装入带有搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,再向烧瓶中加入酚醛树脂质量1~2%的邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和3~5%的LTaq酶,将烧瓶移入70~80℃的水浴锅中,以300~400r/min转速搅拌交联改性1~2h后,得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
(4)按重量份数计,称取30~40份上述蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、20~35份备用的自制耐磨剂、20~30份钢纤维、1~2份聚四氟乙烯、2~4份卡拉胶、3~5份硫酸钡依次倒入混料机中在70~80℃下混料30~40min得混合料;
(5)将上述混合料注入刹车片模具中,用热压机以8~10MPa压力和140~160℃的温度热压3~5min后拆模,得到刹车片粗品,将刹车片粗品用圆盘磨磨削处理至刹车片平行度至0.01~0.02mm,最后再通过静电喷涂设备以300~400r/min转速在160~170℃下喷涂处理20~30min,待其自然恢复至室温并干燥,即得半金属基刹车片。
本发明制备的半金属基刹车片摩擦系数为0.31~0.33,剪切强度达到6.75KN/cm2以上,硬度达到88H以上,刹车噪音为27~32dB。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备的半金属基刹车片不易生锈,且降低了刹车噪音,刹车噪音为27~32dB;
(2)本发明制备的半金属基刹车片摩擦系数稳定,摩擦系数为0.31~0.33;
(3)本发明工艺简单,所需原材料成本低。
具体实施方式

首先称取800g天然沸石浸入其体积8倍的质量浓度为10%十二烷基三甲基氯化铵溶液中,放入超声振荡仪中以200W功率振荡浸渍过夜后过滤得到滤渣,立即将滤渣装入烧杯并放入冰箱,在-20℃下冷冻10h;将冷冻后的滤渣取出放入研钵中研磨20min后过200目筛,将过筛后的滤渣粉末放入马弗炉中,加热升温至200℃保温煅烧40min,煅烧结束后立即取出,得到高温滤渣,并立即倒入其体积5倍质量浓度为15%碳酸氢钙溶液中,搅拌反应15min后转入布氏漏斗,依次用无水乙醇和去离子水抽滤洗涤3次,得到滤渣,将其自然晾干后即得自制耐磨剂,备用;再按质量比为1:4,将蓖麻油和酚醛树脂混合后装入带有搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,再向烧瓶中加入酚醛树脂质量1%的邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和3%的LTaq酶,将烧瓶移入70℃的水浴锅中,以300r/min转速搅拌交联改性1h后,得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;接着按重量份数计,称取30份上述蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、20份备用的自制耐磨剂、20份钢纤维、1份聚四氟乙烯、2份卡拉胶、3份硫酸钡依次倒入混料机中在70℃下混料30min得混合料;最后将上述混合料注入刹车片模具中,用热压机以8MPa压力和140℃的温度热压3min后拆模,得到刹车片粗品,将刹车片粗品用圆盘磨磨削处理至刹车片平行度至0.01mm,最后再通过静电喷涂设备以300r/min转速在160℃下喷涂处理20min,待其自然恢复至室温并干燥,即得半金属基刹车片。经检测,本发明制备的半金属基刹车片摩擦系数为0.31,剪切强度达到6.78KN/cm2,硬度达到88.6H,刹车噪音为27dB。
实例3
首先称取850g天然沸石浸入其体积9倍的质量浓度为10%十二烷基三甲基氯化铵溶液中,放入超声振荡仪中以250W功率振荡浸渍过夜后过滤得到滤渣,立即将滤渣装入烧杯并放入冰箱,在-17℃下冷冻11h;将冷冻后的滤渣取出放入研钵中研磨25min后过200目筛,将过筛后的滤渣粉末放入马弗炉中,加热升温至250℃保温煅烧50min,煅烧结束后立即取出,得到高温滤渣,并立即倒入其体积6倍质量浓度为15%碳酸氢钙溶液中,搅拌反应17min后转入布氏漏斗,依次用无水乙醇和去离子水抽滤洗涤4次,得到滤渣,将其自然晾干后即得自制耐磨剂,备用;再按质量比为1:4,将蓖麻油和酚醛树脂混合后装入带有搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,再向烧瓶中加入酚醛树脂质量1%的邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和4%的LTaq酶,将烧瓶移入75℃的水浴锅中,以350r/min转速搅拌交联改性1h后,得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;接着按重量份数计,称取35份上述蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、30份备用的自制耐磨剂、25份钢纤维、1份聚四氟乙烯、3份卡拉胶、4份硫酸钡依次倒入混料机中在75℃下混料35min得混合料;最后将上述混合料注入刹车片模具中,用热压机以9MPa压力和150℃的温度热压4min后拆模,得到刹车片粗品,将刹车片粗品用圆盘磨磨削处理至刹车片平行度至0.01mm,最后再通过静电喷涂设备以350r/min转速在165℃下喷涂处理25min,待其自然恢复至室温并干燥,即得半金属基刹车片。经检测,本发明制备的半金属基刹车片摩擦系数为0.32,剪切强度达到6.85KN/cm2,硬度达到89.6H以上,刹车噪音为30dB。
Claims (1)
1.一种半金属基刹车片的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)称取800~900g天然沸石浸入其体积8~10倍的质量浓度为10%十二烷基三甲基氯化铵溶液中,放入超声振荡仪中以200~300W功率振荡浸渍过夜后过滤得到滤渣,立即将滤渣装入烧杯并放入冰箱,在-20~-15℃下冷冻10~12h;
(2)将冷冻后的滤渣取出放入研钵中研磨20~30min后过200目筛,将过筛后的滤渣粉末放入马弗炉中,加热升温至200~300℃保温煅烧40~60min,煅烧结束后立即取出,得到高温滤渣,并立即倒入其体积5~7倍质量浓度为15%碳酸氢钙溶液中,搅拌反应15~20min后转入布氏漏斗,依次用无水乙醇和去离子水抽滤洗涤3~5次,得到滤渣,将其自然晾干后即得自制耐磨剂,备用;
(3)按质量比为1:4,将蓖麻油和酚醛树脂混合后装入带有搅拌器和温度计的三口烧瓶中,再向烧瓶中加入酚醛树脂质量1~2%的邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯和3~5%的LTaq酶,将烧瓶移入70~80℃的水浴锅中,以300~400r/min转速搅拌交联改性1~2h后,得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
(4)按重量份数计,称取30~40份上述蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、20~35份备用的自制耐磨剂、20~30份钢纤维、1~2份聚四氟乙烯、2~4份卡拉胶、3~5份硫酸钡依次倒入混料机中在70~80℃下混料30~40min得混合料;
(5)将上述混合料注入刹车片模具中,用热压机以8~10MPa压力和140~160℃的温度热压3~5min后拆模,得到刹车片粗品,将刹车片粗品用圆盘磨磨削处理至刹车片平行度至0.01~0.02mm,最后再通过静电喷涂设备以300~400r/min转速在160~170℃下喷涂处理20~30min,待其自然恢复至室温并干燥,即得半金属基刹车片。
