技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐用门吸杆。
背景技术
目前,门的使用和安装已成为家庭装修的重要组成部分,和人们的生活息息相关,当人们在开门时用力过大,长此以往,就会出现门对墙体造成损坏,而且门自身与墙体撞击后也会出现损坏,为此,通常会在门后的墙体上加装门吸,现有的门吸只是由一根顶杆固定在墙体上,从而防止门直接与墙体接触,从而减少墙体的损坏,但这种门吸不具有缓冲作用,当人们在开门时用力过大,还是会造成门与顶杆产生碰撞,从而会造成门的损坏,而且顶杆是固定式的不具有缓冲作用,因此无法满足现有的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐用门吸杆,用于解决上述背景中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐用门吸杆,包括卡壳和吸头体,所述吸头体右端连接有一杆轴,所述吸头体的外表设置有橡胶防撞套,所述橡胶防撞套包覆在所述吸头体的左半部分,所述橡胶防撞套与所述吸头体胶合固定,所述杆轴通过伸拉结构与所述卡壳相连,所述杆轴的右端中心位置设有缓冲轴,所述卡壳的内部设有用于安置所述缓冲轴的缓冲空间,所述卡壳的内部在位于缓冲空间的右边设有压气空间,所述压气空间和所述缓冲空间的左边部之间设有相互连通两者的通行腔体,所述通行腔体在位于缓冲空间的左边部设置一组弹出头,所述压气空间内设有压力塞,所述压力塞右端固定有一连通杆,所述连通杆的右端连接一浮动块,所述浮动块右端设有操作槽,所述浮动块的外侧通过接合结构与所述卡壳内部配合连接。
进一步地,所述缓冲轴包括直行部和设置在直行部右端的倾斜部,所述直行部的左端与所述杆轴的右端中心固连。
进一步地,所述伸拉结构包括设置于所述卡壳内的凹入结构和设置于所述杆轴外侧面的凸出结构,所述凹入结构和所述凸出结构相互啮合。
进一步地,所述弹出头包括月形凸块和直板部,所述月形凸块处于所述缓冲空间内,所述直板部处于所述通行腔体内。
进一步地,所述连通杆的右端与设置在所述浮动块中的轴承连接。
进一步地,所述吸头体到达所述弹出头的距离小于所述缓冲轴和所述杆轴加起来的总长度。
进一步地,所述接合结构包括所述浮动块外侧的外螺纹以及与所述外螺纹相配合且设置在所述卡壳内部的内螺纹。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.开门力度较小时,通过门与吸头体的接触,吸头体推动杆轴向右移动,卡壳通过弹出头对缓冲轴的限位作用实现与杆轴的连接,整体连接结构简单可靠;当开门力度过大,使得门与吸头体撞击触发的力度大于位于压气空间内部的空气压力时,缓冲轴的倾斜部挤压弹出头而使其退回到通行腔体中,使壳体与杆轴之间发生错位,使缓冲轴挤压进缓冲空间内,由此可以产生一定的缓冲作用来减缓冲击力,避免门与门吸的猛烈撞击导致门的损坏,也避免了力度过大使得门吸对墙体造成损坏。
2.由于采用了空气对弹出头提供压力,可通过调节浮动块的拧入深度来控制压气空间内部的空气压力,能够根据实际需要灵活地调节所需的空气压力,相应地能够满足不同开门力度时发生错位的要求,且压气空间内部的压缩介质为空气,成本非常低廉,并且空气也不存在泄漏和污染环境的隐患,安全性高;
3.由于弹出头为可动部件,发生撞击并产生错位后,弹出头缩回到通行腔体中,弹出头和缓冲轴本身都不会产生明显的损坏,之后只需把缓冲轴向外拉出,即可恢复弹出头对缓冲轴的限位作用,因此在撞击发生后可无需更换该装置,具有可重复使用的优点,节约使用成本。

请参阅图1-4所示,本发明的一种耐用门吸杆,包括卡壳1和吸头体8,所述吸头体8右端连接有一杆轴2,所述吸头体8的外表设置有橡胶防撞套18,所述橡胶防撞套18包覆在所述吸头体8的左半部分,所述橡胶防撞套18与所述吸头体8胶合固定,通过设置的所述橡胶防撞套18用以防止开门时,门与所述吸头体8长时间的接触而使得所述吸头体8的表面产生磨损,所述杆轴2通过伸拉结构3与所述卡壳1相连,所述杆轴2的右端中心位置设有缓冲轴4,所述卡壳1的内部设有用于安置所述缓冲轴4的缓冲空间5,所述卡壳1的内部在位于缓冲空间5的右边设有压气空间9,所述压气空间9和所述缓冲空间5的左边部之间设有相互连通两者的通行腔体6,所述通行腔体6在位于缓冲空间5的左边部设置一组弹出头7,所述压气空间9内设有压力塞11,所述压力塞11右端固定有一连通杆12,所述连通杆12的右端连接一浮动块13,所述浮动块13右端设有操作槽14, 使用时,通过扳手插入到操作槽14中,进行拧动;所述浮动块13的外侧通过接合结构10与所述卡壳1内部配合连接。
其中,所述缓冲轴4包括直行部和设置在直行部右端的倾斜部,所述直行部的左端与所述杆轴2的右端中心固连。
其中,所述伸拉结构3包括设置于所述卡壳1内的凹入结构和设置于所述杆轴2外侧面的凸出结构,所述凹入结构和所述凸出结构相互啮合。
其中,所述弹出头7包括月形凸块和直板部,所述月形凸块处于所述缓冲空间5内,所述直板部处于所述通行腔体6内。
其中,所述连通杆12的右端与设置在所述浮动块13中的轴承连接,所述浮动块13只会带动连通杆12移动,但不会使得连通杆12旋转。
其中,所述吸头体8到达所述弹出头7的距离小于所述缓冲轴4和所述杆轴2加起来的总长度,这样才能使得本装置正常工作。
其中,所述接合结构10包括所述浮动块13外侧的外螺纹以及与所述外螺纹相配合且设置在所述卡壳1内部的内螺纹,从而使得浮动块13通过螺纹之间的受力发生位移,从而增大压气空间9内部的空气压力。
本发明在工作中,将该装置组装在门吸的相应部位以固定在墙体上,使用扳手深入到操作槽14中,拧动浮动块13,使得浮动块13带动压力塞11上移,压缩空气。而由于连通杆12的右端与所述浮动块13之间为轴承连接,所以浮动块13只会带动连通杆12移动,但不会使得连通杆12转动,由于压气空间9内部的空气被挤压,使得弹出头7的月形凸块位于缓冲空间5内而弹出头7的直板部在空气压力的作用下紧紧贴在卡壳1位于通行腔体6左端位置处,当人们开门用力过大时,由于先被挤压的部件是吸头体8,吸头体8传递力给杆轴2,所以杆轴2向右位移,由于碰撞带来的力度大于此时的空气压力,使得缓冲轴4挤压弹出头7,并且使得弹出头7被压入通行腔体6中,从而使得卡壳1和杆轴2之间发生错位现象,由此可以产生一定的缓冲作用,避免门与门吸的猛烈撞击导致门的损坏,也避免了力度过大使得门吸对墙体造成损坏,此外,定期需要对压气空间9内部的空气进行矫正,利用上述原理,重新对空气压力进行控制。

1.一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:包括卡壳(1)和吸头体(8),所述吸头体(8)右端连接有一杆轴(2),所述吸头体(8)的外表设置有橡胶防撞套(18),所述橡胶防撞套(18)包覆在所述吸头体(8)的左半部分,所述橡胶防撞套(18)与所述吸头体(8)胶合固定,所述杆轴(2)通过伸拉结构(3)与所述卡壳(1)相连,所述杆轴(2)的右端中心位置设有缓冲轴(4),所述卡壳(1)的内部设有用于安置所述缓冲轴(4)的缓冲空间(5),所述卡壳(1)的内部在位于缓冲空间(5)的右边设有压气空间(9),所述压气空间(9)和所述缓冲空间(5)的左边部之间设有相互连通两者的通行腔体(6),所述通行腔体(6)在位于缓冲空间(5)的左边部设置一组弹出头(7),所述压气空间(9)内设有压力塞(11),所述压力塞(11)右端固定有一连通杆(12),所述连通杆(12)的右端连接一浮动块(13),所述浮动块(13)右端设有操作槽(14),所述浮动块(13)的外侧通过接合结构(10)与所述卡壳(1)内部配合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:所述缓冲轴(4)包括直行部和设置在直行部右端的倾斜部,所述直行部的左端与所述杆轴(2)的右端中心固连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:所述伸拉结构(3)包括设置于所述卡壳(1)内的凹入结构和设置于所述杆轴(2)外侧面的凸出结构,所述凹入结构和所述凸出结构相互啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:所述弹出头(7)包括月形凸块和直板部,所述月形凸块处于所述缓冲空间(5)内,所述直板部处于所述通行腔体(6)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:所述连通杆(12)的右端与设置在所述浮动块(13)中的轴承连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:所述吸头体(8)到达所述弹出头(7)的距离小于所述缓冲轴(4)和所述杆轴(2)加起来的总长度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐用门吸杆,其特征在于:所述接合结构(10)包括所述浮动块(13)外侧的外螺纹以及与所述外螺纹相配合且设置在所述卡壳(1)内部的内螺纹。
