Abstract

本发明具体是一种地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法;其特征是:包括在基层墙体上安装外门副框或外窗副框,并用防水砂浆将缝隙填实;安装外门或外窗主框,并用防水密封胶将缝隙封闭,再用防水砂浆覆盖在防水密封胶外侧以对其封闭保护;在基层墙体上施工找平层;在防水砂浆外侧涂刷防水涂料,在防水涂料上施工保温层;在保温层上施工外墙面装饰层,并用防水耐候密封胶将外门或外窗主框与外墙面装饰层之间的倒角封闭。本施工方法采用常见施工用料及通用工具提高外保温墙体外门、窗边的防渗漏效果;解决外门、窗框与建筑墙体间耐候橡胶易老化易开裂的问题,从而解决了外保温墙体外门、窗边渗漏的通病,同时降低因渗漏后期维修的成本。

一种地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑外墙的施工领域,具体是一种地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的地上外保温墙体外门、窗边防渗漏是通过用防水耐候密封胶将外(门)窗框与外墙面装饰层之间缝隙进行封闭从而达到防渗漏效果。因此当防水耐候密封胶老化后就容易发生门、窗边的渗漏现象,最终导致返修,增加了最终施工成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够避免外门、窗边因胶条老化而产生渗漏现象的防渗漏施工方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,包括
步骤1、在基层墙体上安装外门副框或外窗副框,并用防水砂浆将基层墙体与外门副框或外窗副框之间的缝隙填实;
步骤2、在外门副框或外窗副框上安装外门或外窗主框,并用防水密封胶将外门副框或外窗副框与外门或外窗主框之间的缝隙封闭,再用防水砂浆覆盖在防水密封胶外侧以对其封闭保护;
步骤3、在基层墙体上施工找平层;
步骤4、在防水砂浆外侧涂刷防水涂料,防水涂料涂刷至门窗洞口阳角处;
步骤5、在防水涂料上施工保温层,保温层在外门或外窗主框边做倒角处理;
步骤6、 在保温层上施工外墙面装饰层,并用防水耐候密封胶将外门或外窗主框与外墙面装饰层之间的倒角封闭。
所述地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,防水涂料为柔性防水涂料,涂刷厚度为1.2mm~1.5mm。
所述地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,保温层在外门或外窗主框边做倒角为α,则30°≤α≤45°。
所述地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,保温层在外门或外窗主框边做倒角α,倒角起始点与外门或外窗主框边距离为L,则15mm≤L≤20mm。
本施工方法采用常见施工用料及通用工具提高外保温墙体外门、窗边的防渗漏效果;解决外门、窗框与建筑墙体间耐候橡胶易老化易开裂的问题,从而解决了外保温墙体外门、窗边渗漏的通病,同时降低因渗漏后期维修的成本。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,包括:
步骤1、在基层墙体1上安装外门窗副框10,并用防水砂浆30将基层墙体1与外(门)窗副框10之间的缝隙填实;
步骤2、在外(门)窗副框10上安装外门)窗主框20,用防水密封胶40将外(门)窗副框10与外(门)窗主框20之间的缝隙封闭,再用防水砂浆5将该处的防水密封胶7封闭保护;
步骤3、在基层墙体1施工找平层2;
步骤4、在防水砂浆5外侧涂刷防水涂料6,防水涂料6涂刷至门窗洞口阳角处;
步骤5、在防水涂料6上施工保温层3,保温层3在外(门)窗主框20边做倒角处理;
步骤6、在保温层3上施工外墙面装饰层4,并用防水耐候密封胶7将外(门)窗主框20与外墙面装饰层4之间的倒角封闭。
上述施工方法中,
防水涂料6为柔性防水涂料,涂刷厚度宜为1.2mm~1.5mm。
保温层3在外(门)窗主框20边做倒角为α,则30°≤α≤45°。
保温层3在外(门)窗主框20边做倒角,倒角起始点与外(门)窗主框(20)边距离为L,则15mm≤L≤20mm。

Claims (4)

1.一种地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,其特征是:包括
步骤1、在基层墙体上安装外门副框或外窗副框,并用防水砂浆将基层墙体与外门副框或外窗副框之间的缝隙填实;
步骤2、在外门副框或外窗副框上安装外门或外窗主框,并用防水密封胶将外门副框或外窗副框与外门或外窗主框之间的缝隙封闭,再用防水砂浆覆盖在防水密封胶外侧以对其封闭保护;
步骤3、在基层墙体上施工找平层;
步骤4、在防水砂浆外侧涂刷防水涂料,防水涂料涂刷至门窗洞口阳角处;
步骤5、在防水涂料上施工保温层,保温层在外门或外窗主框边做倒角处理;
步骤6、 在保温层上施工外墙面装饰层,并用防水耐候密封胶将外门或外窗主框与外墙面装饰层之间的倒角封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,其特征是:防水涂料为柔性防水涂料,涂刷厚度为1.2mm~1.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,其特征是:保温层在外门或外窗主框边做倒角为α,则30°≤α≤45°。
4.根据权利要求1所述地上外保温墙体的外门、窗边的防渗漏施工方法,其特征是:保温层在外门或外窗主框边做倒角α,倒角起始点与外门或外窗主框边距离为L,则15mm≤L≤20mm。
