本发明所述一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，包括以下成分：α‑乙炔酮，十四酸异丙酯，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯，十三酸，葡萄柚种子提取物，碳酸氢钠，聚甘油‑3‑癸酸酯，蔗糖椰子酸酯，蓖麻油酸锌，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯，异噻唑啉酮，水溶性植物香精，吐温80，丙二醇，植物甘油，去离子水，专门为纺织品，无毒，无色，无刺激，无腐蚀性，稳定性好，安全可靠，其具有广谱抗菌和高效除臭功能，便于使用，尤其对于特种制服，例如环卫工人制服，医护人员制服以及搬尸工制服使用后除臭抗菌效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除臭喷剂，具体地说，涉及一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂。
背景技术
在很多特殊工作环境与场合的人群，例如环卫工人，搬尸工以及医护人员他们的服装都会吸附外界恶劣环境的臭气，以致身体感官不适，甚至其释放出来的臭气会对周围人群造成一定影响。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点，提供了一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，其除臭抗菌效果好，使用简单，便于人们使用。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，包括以下成分：α-乙炔酮，十四酸异丙酯，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯，十三酸，葡萄柚种子提取物，碳酸氢钠，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯，蔗糖椰子酸酯，蓖麻油酸锌，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯，异噻唑啉酮，水溶性植物香精，吐温80，丙二醇，植物甘油，去离子水。
进一步，所述α-乙炔酮结构通式所示为R-(CO)k-C≡C-(A)-(C≡C)m-(CO)n-R1其中，R和R1代表一种直链或支化烷基链；A代表-(CH2)x基团，x是一个可从0到6的整数；k,m和n均为0或1的整数。
进一步，所述α-乙炔酮0.5～1.0％，十四酸异丙酯0.1～0.5％，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.1～0.5％，十三酸0.3～0.6％，葡萄柚种子提取物0.1～2％，碳酸氢钠0.05～0.2％，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯0.1～0.2％，蔗糖椰子酸酯0.1～0.7％，蓖麻油酸锌0.15～0.30％，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯0.1～0.2％，异噻唑啉酮0.05-0.1％，水溶性植物香精0.1～0.5％，吐温800.5～1.0％，丙二醇0.3～0.6％，植物甘油0.1～0.2％，去离子水95-97％。
进一步，所述α-乙炔酮0.7％，十四酸异丙酯0.2％，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.2％，十三酸0.4％，葡萄柚种子提取物0.1％，碳酸氢钠0.1％，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯0.15％，蔗糖椰子酸酯0.5％，蓖麻油酸锌0.2％，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯0.1％，异噻唑啉酮0.08％，水溶性植物香精0.15％，吐温80 0.6％，丙二醇0.4％，植物甘油0.12％，去离子水96％。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明所述一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，专门为纺织品，例如服装，鞋袜，地毯等家居纺织品以及特种制服设计的抗菌除臭喷剂，无毒，无色，无刺激，无腐蚀性，稳定性好，安全可靠，其具有广谱抗菌和高效除臭功能，便于使用，尤其对于特种制服，例如环卫工人制服，医护人员制服以及搬尸工制服使用后除臭抗菌效果显著。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所述一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，α-乙炔酮0.7％，十四酸异丙酯0.2％，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.2％，十三酸0.4％，葡萄柚种子提取物0.1％，碳酸氢钠0.1％，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯0.15％，蔗糖椰子酸酯0.5％，蓖麻油酸锌0.2％，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯0.1％，异噻唑啉酮0.08％，水溶性植物香精0.15％，吐温80 0.6％，丙二醇0.4％，植物甘油0.12％，去离子水96％。
α-乙炔酮结构通式所示为R-(CO)k-C≡C-(A)-(C≡C)m-(CO)n-R1
其中，R和R1代表一种直链或支化烷基链；A代表-(CH2)x基团，x是一个可从0到6的整数；k,m和n均为0或1的整数。
蓖麻油酸锌，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯具有吸臭除臭功能，异噻唑啉酮具有光谱抗菌功能，植物香精具有掩盖臭气功能，以上材料经过化学乳化溶解并适当配比后得到所需抗菌除臭喷剂。
十四酸异丙酯(分子式:C17H34O2)作为保湿剂，渗透剂。
乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(分子式:C20H34O8)作为空气清新剂、除臭剂。
十三酸(分子式:C13H26O2)一种合成杀虫剂原料，也可以作为合成化妆品合成香料的原料。
葡萄柚种子提取物的制取是通过将葡萄柚籽和果肉转变成一种酸性液体。葡萄柚种子提取物被认为是一种天然的除臭活性组分，并具有抗菌性质。
碳酸氢钠为除臭物质，并具有抗菌特性。
聚甘油-3-癸酸酯(分子式:C16H32O6)作为乳化剂，具有优良的渗入性，如渗入到化妆品和除臭剂中。
蔗糖椰子酸酯可作为乳化剂、软化剂、和润肤剂。
蓖麻油酸锌(分子式：C36H66O6Zn):正式名：12-羟基-9-十八烯酸锌盐，商品名：蓖麻油酸锌，用作为有效除臭成分之一，他具有的最大的优点是经皮肤、口及呼吸道的吸收毒性低，使用安全可靠。
甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯(分子式：C16H30O2)：正式名：十二烷基甲基丙烯酸酯；商品名：甲基丙烯酸月桂酯；用于除臭。
异噻唑啉酮(2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物):商品名：卡松；可作为杀菌剂。
水溶性植物香精(柠檬，香菜，茉莉):作为天然香料，具有清新空气、抑菌杀菌的作用、等等。
主要溶剂为：
a.吐温80(Tween 80):
b.丙二醇(Propylene glycol):
c.植物甘油
d.去离子水。
以上材料经过化学乳化溶解并适当配比后得到所需抗菌除臭喷剂，具体技术如下：
首先将有效活性成分之一蓖麻油酸锌用溶剂丙二醇充分溶解为30％的蓖麻油酸锌透明淡黄色溶液(1)。
再将有效活性成分之二甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯用溶剂吐温80和蒸馏水充分溶解为1％的甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯蓝光透明水溶液(2)。
将上述溶液(1)，(2)，异噻唑啉酮，植物香精、其他成分以及蒸馏水混合均匀，即可。
除臭率：
除氨气率为100％。(国际检测单位：ITS)

Claims (3)

1.一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，其特征在于，由以下成分组成：α-乙炔酮，十四酸异丙酯，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯，十三酸，葡萄柚种子提取物，碳酸氢钠，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯，蔗糖椰子酸酯，蓖麻油酸锌，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯，异噻唑啉酮，水溶性植物香精，吐温80，丙二醇，植物甘油，去离子水；
以上材料经过化学乳化溶解并适当配比后得到抗菌除臭喷剂，具体技术如下：
首先将蓖麻油酸锌用溶剂丙二醇充分溶解为30％的蓖麻油酸锌透明淡黄色溶液(1)；
再将甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯用溶剂吐温80和去离子水充分溶解为1％的甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯蓝光透明水溶液(2)；
将上述溶液(1)、(2)，异噻唑啉酮、水溶性植物香精及其他成分混合均匀，即可；
所述α-乙炔酮0.5～1.0％，十四酸异丙酯0.1～0.5％，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.1～0.5％，十三酸0.3～0.6％，葡萄柚种子提取物0.1～2％，碳酸氢钠0.05～0.2％，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯0.1～0.2％，蔗糖椰子酸酯0.1～0.7％，蓖麻油酸锌0.15～0.30％，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯0.1～0.2％，异噻唑啉酮0.05-0.1％，水溶性植物香精0.1～0.5％，吐温80 0.5～1.0％，丙二醇0.3～0.6％，植物甘油0.1～0.2％，去离子水95-97％。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，其特征在于，所述α-乙炔酮结构通式所示为R-(CO)k-C≡C-(A)-(C≡C)m-(CO)n-R1
其中，R和R1代表一种直链或支化烷基链；A代表-(CH2)x基团，x是一个从0到6的整数；k,m和n均为0或1的整数，k和n不同时为0。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于纺织品的抗菌除臭喷剂，其特征在于，所述α-乙炔酮0.7％，十四酸异丙酯0.2％，乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯0.2％，十三酸0.4％，葡萄柚种子提取物0.1％，碳酸氢钠0.1％，聚甘油-3-癸酸酯0.15％，蔗糖椰子酸酯0.5％，蓖麻油酸锌0.2％，甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯0.1％，异噻唑啉酮0.08％，水溶性植物香精0.15％，吐温80 0.6％，丙二醇0.4％，植物甘油0.12％，去离子水96％。
