本发明公开一种喷雾器喷杆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括喷杆本体,清除喷杆本体表面杂物后;成品喷杆本体酸洗、水洗,酸洗采用盐酸溶液酸洗,采用水来配制盐酸制成;溶液处理,钢管进入溶剂槽内,把吊带放松到钢管全部浸入溶剂内,钢管两端不冒气泡为止,再吊起钢管的一侧上下振动,吊起钢管控净溶液后进入烘干台架;烘干,把钢管表面的水份烘干;热镀锌,钢管采用齿盘全浸式半自动镀锌方式拨入、压下、螺旋、拔出、提升,完成热镀锌过程;冷却,引出后采用压缩空气进行外吹,或通过引上装置送到内吹机旁完成内吹及下钢管把热镀锌管移进冷却水槽;进行药化、清洗、打磨即可完工。

技术领域
本发明属于农业工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种喷雾器喷杆的制备方法。
背景技术
农作物在生长过程中,由于各种原因会产生病害和虫害,农用喷雾器应用而生,但是现有的喷雾器存在好多问题,如喷杆放置时间较长后金属制品的特征容易生锈,需要使用者更换喷杆,技术人员对此进行了改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种喷雾器喷杆的制备方法,具有防锈性能好,质量稳定的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种喷雾器喷杆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括喷杆本体,清除喷杆本体表面杂物后;成品喷杆本体酸洗、水洗,酸洗采用盐酸溶液酸洗,采用水来配制盐酸制成;溶液处理,钢管进入溶剂槽内,把吊带放松到钢管全部浸入溶剂内,钢管两端不冒气泡为止,再吊起钢管的一侧上下振动,吊起钢管控净溶液后进入烘干台架;烘干,把钢管表面的水份烘干;热镀锌,钢管采用齿盘全浸式半自动镀锌方式拨入、压下、螺旋、拔出、提升,完成热镀锌过程;冷却,引出后采用压缩空气进行外吹,或通过引上装置送到内吹机旁完成内吹及下钢管把热镀锌管移进冷却水槽;进行药化、清洗、打磨后即可完工。
进一步,第二步中,盐酸溶液含量为浓度19~21%。
进一步,第三步中,吊装钢管时两根吊带要离开端头1.2-1.4米,防止吊弯钢管,造成镀锌管内漏;在往酸槽下管时,钢管要倾斜15°,先下自己站立的一端,防止喷酸伤人。
进一步,第四步中,烘干炕温度为80℃~180℃,钢管的干燥时间为3~5分钟。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的好处在于,工艺熟练,步骤合理,使钢构件表面附着锌层,从而起到防腐的目的,避免了钢管漏镀,产品质量好,不易生锈。

溶液处理,钢管进入溶剂槽内,把吊带放松到钢管全部浸入溶剂内,钢管两端不冒气泡为止,再吊起钢管的一侧上下振动,吊起钢管控净溶液后进入烘干台架;第三步中,吊装钢管时两根吊带要离开端头1.2-1.4米,防止吊弯钢管,造成镀锌管内漏;在往酸槽下管时,钢管要倾斜15°,先下自己站立的一端,防止喷酸伤人。
