Background
With the rapid development of industry and the increase of world population, a great deal of leftovers are generated, and particularly, a great deal of animal and vegetable grease is remained in the leftovers, so that the harm to human beings and the pollution to the environment are more and more important, and the health influence of illegal molecules on human beings is more and more serious due to the fact that illegal molecules obtain 'swill-cooked dirty oil' from the leftovers. On the other hand, countries around the world are facing an increasing shortage of energy. Detailed Description
Referring now to fig. 1, there is shown a partial cross-sectional view of the oil removing apparatus for leftovers according to the present invention. The oil removing device for leftovers comprises a shell 9, wherein the top of the shell is covered with a cover plate 9a, the bottom of the shell is provided with a travelling wheel 9c and supporting legs 9d, the supporting legs 9d can be used for supporting the oil removing device when the oil removing device is in a working state, and the supporting legs 9d can be retracted when the oil removing device needs to be moved to other places after the working is finished, and the oil removing device moves by virtue of the travelling wheel 9 c.
A cylindrical oil removal chamber 1 is arranged in the shell 9, the top of the oil removal chamber 1 is level with the top of the shell, and the oil removal chamber and the top of the shell are jointly sealed by a cover plate 9 a; the motor 3 is arranged at the bottom of the shell and connected with the rotating shaft 8 through a belt transmission mechanism, and is used for driving the rotating shaft 8 to rotate, the rotating shaft 8 vertically upwards passes through the center of the bottom of the oil removal chamber 1 and extends to the top of the oil removal chamber 1, and a bearing is arranged at the position of the rotating shaft 8, which is in contact with the bottom of the oil removal chamber, so that the rotating shaft 8 can rotate relative to the oil removal chamber 1; the dispersing device 2 is arranged on the part of the rotating shaft 8, which is positioned in the oil removal chamber 1 and extends upwards, and when the motor 3 drives the rotating shaft 8 to rotate, the dispersing device 2 arranged on the rotating shaft 8 rotates to stir the leftovers in the oil removal chamber 1, so that the leftovers are dispersed, and the oil in the leftovers is removed conveniently.

The bottom of the oil removal chamber 1 is provided with a discharge opening 5 at one side of a rotating shaft 8, the discharge opening 5 is controlled to be opened and closed by a valve 5a, the valve is opened by electric or manual control, a residue collection container 6a with a filtering hole is arranged below the discharge opening 5 and is used for collecting solid leftovers with grease removed, and when the solid leftovers in the residue collection container 6a are collected to be full, the residue collection container 6a can be pulled out and the collected solid leftovers can be poured out; the water tank 7 is arranged at the bottom of the bracket 9 below the degreasing chamber 1, the slag collecting container 6a is placed on a bottom plate 6b with filtering holes in the water tank 7, the bottom plate 6b is separated from the bottom of the water tank 7 by a certain distance, and water filtered from the slag collecting container 6a flows into the water tank 7 and flows out from a water outlet 7a at the bottom of the water tank 7.
The bottom of the water tank 7 is provided with a water outlet 7a, and a valve 7b is arranged on the water outlet 7 a; the leftovers with the grease removed in the grease removing chamber 1 are discharged into a slag collecting container 6a through a discharge opening 5, wherein solid leftovers are collected in the slag collecting container 6a, and water filtered by the solid leftovers flows into a water tank 7 through a filtering hole on a bottom plate 6b and is discharged through a water outlet 7 a.
As shown in fig. 1, the dispersing device 2 is provided with a disperser 2c positioned at the bottom of the oil removal chamber 1, the disperser 2c consists of a horizontal dispersing blade 21 and a vertical dispersing blade 22 which are arranged on a rotating shaft 8, vertical blades extending downwards vertically are arranged on the horizontal dispersing blade 21, blades 23 extending horizontally towards the chamber wall are arranged on the vertical dispersing blade 22, and when the rotating shaft 8 drives the dispersing device 2 to rotate, the horizontal dispersing blade and the vertical dispersing blade are driven to rotate, so that the accumulated oily leftovers are dispersed, and the grease on the surfaces of the leftovers is separated rapidly and floats upwards along with water.
In addition, a fixing piece which extends horizontally can be arranged on the wall of the degreasing chamber, and the fixing piece and the horizontally extending blade 23 are staggered for a certain distance along the vertical direction so as to be matched with the fixing piece, so that larger fiber residues in leftovers in the degreasing chamber are prevented from agglomerating or winding, and grease removal is prevented.
The disperser 2c may also consist of two vertically dispersing blades 22 (only one vertically dispersing blade 22 is shown in the figure) mounted on the shaft 8 and arranged symmetrically to the shaft, the blades of the two vertically dispersing blades 22 extending towards the chamber wall.
The upper end of the rotating shaft 8 is provided with a brush remover 2a, the position of the brush remover 2a corresponds to the meshed screen plate 10, one end of the brush remover 2a is arranged on the rotating shaft 8, the other end of the brush remover 2a is provided with a brush 24 and is contacted with the meshed screen plate 10 on the inner wall of the degreasing chamber 1 through the brush 24, the brush remover 2a is driven to rotate when the rotating shaft 8 rotates, and the brush 24 on the end of the brush remover 2a brushes out leftovers adhered to the meshed screen plate 10 so as to avoid blocking the meshed screen plate 10.
The dispersing device 2 is also provided with stirring blades 2b which are arranged on the rotating shaft 8 and are positioned below the brush remover 2a, and the stirring blades are driven to rotate through the rotating shaft 8 to stir the leftovers in the degreasing chamber 1.
The side wall of the oil removal chamber 1 is connected with a water injection head 12, the position of the water injection head 12 along the vertical direction is higher than the stirring blade 2b and lower than the brush remover 2a, one end of the water injection head 12 extends into the oil removal chamber 1, the other end of the water injection head is connected with a water inlet interface 14 outside the shell 9 through a water inlet valve 13, the water inlet valve 13 is opened, water with a certain temperature (20-50 ℃ for example) is injected into the oil removal chamber 1 through the water injection head 12, grease contained in leftovers in the oil removal chamber 1 is separated from the leftovers under the stirring action of the dispersing device 2, and the grease gradually floats upwards along with the gradual injection of the water and flows into the oil collection groove 4 through the meshed screen 10 above the oil removal chamber 1.
In addition, a water outlet (not shown in the figure) can be arranged at the lower part of the degreasing chamber, the water outlet can be arranged at the lower part of the chamber wall or the bottom of the degreasing chamber, water is conveniently discharged, and a valve can be arranged at the water outlet to control the opening and closing. When the oil-removed leftovers are discharged through the discharge opening, the valve can be opened firstly to discharge water in the oil removal chamber through the water outlet, and when the water in the oil removal chamber is almost completely discharged, the discharge opening is opened to discharge the oil-removed leftovers.
The following describes the use process of the oil removing device for leftovers in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the cover plate 9a of the casing 9 is opened to pour the leftovers into the degreasing chamber 1 from the top of the degreasing chamber 1, and the height of the leftovers in the degreasing chamber 1 should be lower than the water injection head 12 at this time so as to avoid blocking the water injection head 12.
The motor 3 is started to drive the rotating shaft 8 to rotate, so that the dispersing device 2 in the oil removal chamber 1 is driven to rotate through the rotating shaft 8, meanwhile, water is injected into the oil removal chamber 1 through the water injection head 12, the leftovers and the leftovers are slowly stirred by the dispersing blades of the dispersing device, and meanwhile, larger fiber materials which are wound together are scattered, so that the leftovers and the injected water are uniformly mixed.
Along with the injection of water, grease contained in leftovers gradually floats upwards along with the water until reaching the meshed screen plate 10 above the oil removal chamber 1, and the grease flows into the oil collecting groove 4 after passing through the meshed screen plate 10 and then flows out of the equipment from the oil conveying pipe 4 a.
Due to the continuous injection of water and the continuous rotation of the dispersing device 2, the brush 24 on the end of the brush remover 2a can brush off the leftovers adhered to the meshed net plate 10, so that the meshed net plate 10 is not blocked in the process of grease filtering, and the grease is ensured to smoothly flow out of the oil chamber.
When grease does not float on the surface of the leftovers in the oil removing chamber 1, the water injection is stopped, the dispersing device 2 continues to rotate for a while, the brush 24 on the end of the brush remover 2a brushes off the leftovers adhered to the meshed net plate, and then the motor 3 stops rotating, so that the dispersing device 2 does not stir any more.
At this time, the electric valve 5a is opened, the leftovers with the grease removed in the grease removal chamber 1 are discharged into the residue collection container 6a through the discharge opening 5, the solid leftovers are collected in the residue collection container 6a, the filtered water flows into the water tank 7 through the filtering holes on the bottom plate 6b, the valve 7b is opened, the water in the water tank 7 is discharged through the water outlet 7a, and thus the grease removal work of the leftovers is completed.
Claims (7)
1. An oil removal device for leftovers, comprising:
a housing (9) having a cover plate (9 a) thereon;
the oil distributing chamber (1) is arranged in the shell (9) and used for containing leftovers, and the upper part of the wall of the oil distributing chamber (1) is provided with an opening which is communicated with the inside of the oil distributing chamber (1) and is provided with a net or a plate (10) with holes;
an oil collecting tank (4) arranged outside the upper part of the oil distributing chamber (1), wherein the oil collecting tank (4) is communicated with an opening of a net or a plate (10) with holes;
a rotating shaft (8) vertically arranged in the oil distributing chamber (1), wherein a brush remover (2 a) for brushing off attachments on the net or the plate (10) is arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft (8);
the dispersing device (2C) is arranged at the bottom of the oil distributing chamber (1) and is arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft (8) and used for stirring the piled-up oil-containing leftovers, so that grease on the surfaces of the leftovers is quickly separated and floats upwards along with water, the dispersing device (2C) is provided with horizontal dispersing blades (21) and vertical dispersing blades (22) which are arranged on the rotating shaft (8), the vertical dispersing blades (22) are provided with horizontal blades (23) which extend horizontally to the chamber wall, and the blades (23) are staggered with and separated from fixing sheets (11) on the chamber wall of the oil distributing chamber (1) by a certain distance;

and the collection device is positioned below the discharge opening (5) arranged at the bottom of the oil distributing chamber (1).
