本发明公开了一种粉煤粘合剂,所述的粘合剂成份质量百分比配比为:变性淀粉80%‑89%,羧甲基纤维素5%‑10%,可再分散性乳胶粉6%‑10%;本发明用量少、冷热强度高,所生产煤球表面光滑,硬化强度高,成型率高,煤球在运输的过程中不宜破损;燃烧的过程中不会产生烟雾,有害气体及异味,绿色环保,燃烧的充分。

技术领域
本发明属于粉煤加工领域,尤其涉及一种粉煤粘合剂。
背景技术
用粉煤生产煤球或者块煤时,粘合剂是必要的组成部分,粘合剂的性能优劣,决定着煤球成形质量的好坏,目前粘合剂采用沥青或煤焦油等需热熔高、价格高,成型时间长,使用时产生二次污染,增加灰分,而且工艺复杂成本高;目前,使用最广泛的是淀粉,所制成的型煤不防水,易破损。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为解决了现有技术中粉煤粘合剂性能不高,易破碎,成本高等问题,提供一种可生产出的煤球冷热强度高,硬度高,不易破损,成本低且环保的粉煤粘合剂。
本发明一种粉煤粘合剂按照质量配比选用如下:
一种粉煤粘合剂各成份质量百分比配比为:变性淀粉80%-89%,羧甲基纤维素5%-10%,可再分散性乳胶粉6%-10%。
优选的,所述的变性淀粉为木薯预糊化淀粉。
优选的,所述的粉煤粘合剂各组方按质量百分比优选配比为:变性淀粉84%,羧甲基纤维素8%,可再分散性乳胶粉8%。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:用量少、冷热强度高,所生产煤球表面光滑,硬化强度高,成型率高,煤球在运输的过程中不宜破损;燃烧的过程中燃烧充分,煤球不易发生破损,不易粉化,易清理,不会产生烟雾,有害气体及异味,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种粉煤粘合剂各组方质量百分比配比为:变性淀粉89%,羧甲基纤维素5%,可再分散性乳胶粉6%。
实施例2
一种粉煤粘合剂各组方质量百分比配比为:变性淀粉80%,羧甲基纤维素10%,可再分散性乳胶粉10%。
实施例3
本发明一种粉煤粘合剂各组方质量百分比配比为:变性淀粉84%,羧甲基纤维素8%,可再分散性乳胶粉8%。
将变性淀粉,羧甲基纤维素,可再分散性乳胶粉按照一定的比例混合均匀后,在煤球生产的过程中,一吨粉煤加入1-1.2%,然后加适量水搅拌均匀后,将混合物送入压球机中压成球型,然后进入烘干机烘干2个小时后即得成品。

1.一种粉煤粘合剂,其特征在于,所述的粉煤粘合剂各组分按照质量百分比为:变性淀粉80%-89%,羧甲基纤维素5%-10%,可再分散性乳胶粉6%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种粉煤粘合剂,其特征在于,所述的变性淀粉为木薯预糊化淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种粉煤粘合剂,其特征在于,所述的粉煤粘合剂各组方按质量百分比优选配比为:变性淀粉84%,羧甲基纤维素8%,可再分散性乳胶粉8%。
