Abstract

本发明公开了一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,由阳离子表面活性剂、脂肪胺或芳香胺、氧化铵类表面活性剂、乙醇及水组成;阳离子表面活性剂所占比例为30‑50%,脂肪胺或芳香胺所占比例为1‑9%,氧化铵类表面活性剂所占比例为5‑15%,乙醇所占比例为5‑20%,其余为水。

技术领域
本发明涉及变粘酸领域,确切地说是一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸。
背景技术
酸化过程中,由于地层的非均质性,酸液会优先进入渗透率高的储层,而更需要改造的低渗储层酸化不到,从而影响酸化效果。变粘酸会随着酸液的消耗粘度逐渐变大,从而使酸液发生转相,达到均质酸化的目的。目前常用的变粘酸体系有表面活性剂类和聚合物类。相对于聚合物类,表面活性剂类变粘酸遇地层油水可破胶,对底层伤害小等优势。而对于不含有油水的地层,如天然气井、煤层气井等,表面活性剂变粘酸就很难破胶,难返排,对底层造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,其特征在于:由阳离子表面活性剂、脂肪胺或芳香胺、氧化铵类表面活性剂、乙醇及水组成;阳离子表面活性剂所占比例为30-50%,脂肪胺或芳香胺所占比例为1-9%,氧化铵类表面活性剂所占比例为5-15%,乙醇所占比例为5-20%,其余为水。
所述的一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,其特征在于:阳离子表面活性剂指的是十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二羟乙基甲基氯化铵以及芥基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵、芥基二羟乙基甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种;脂肪胺或芳香胺指的是癸胺、十二胺、十六胺、十八胺、苯胺、邻苯二胺中的一种或几种;氧化铵类表面活性剂包括十二烷基三甲基氧化铵、十六烷基三甲基氧化铵、牛脂基三甲基氧化铵中的一种或几种。
所述一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
将阳离子表面活性剂、乙醇加入四口瓶中,搅拌分散均匀,升温至58-62℃,
加入脂肪胺或芳香胺,搅拌溶解成透明溶液,缓慢加水后,继续搅拌溶解成透明液体,既得产品。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明制备的表面活性剂变粘酸随着酸液的消耗,溶液中离子浓度的增加,表面活性剂自组装形成蠕虫装胶束使酸液粘度增加。酸液消耗完毕时,由于溶液中的离子浓度进一步增加,表面活性剂又从蠕虫状胶束转变为球状胶束,溶液粘度降低,利于返排,不伤害地层。

具体实施方式
实施例1:将40g十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、10g十六烷基三甲基氧化铵、15g乙醇加入四口瓶中,搅拌分散均匀,升温至60度,加入5g十二胺,搅拌溶解成透明溶液,缓慢加入30g水,继续搅拌溶解成透明液体。
将实施例1配制的产品溶解于盐酸溶液中,盐酸浓度为20%,产品浓度为6%,逐渐加入碳酸钙粉末,测量在不同酸消耗浓度下酸液的粘度。结果如图1随着盐酸消耗,酸液粘度变化示意图,90℃,100s-1.
从图1中可以看出,随着酸液的消耗,酸液粘度逐渐增大,在酸消耗掉10%时粘度最大,随着酸液进一步消耗,酸液粘度开始变小,到酸液完全消耗时,粘度为5mPa.s,已破胶,利于返排。
实施例2:将45g十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、10g十二烷基三甲基氧化铵、15g乙醇加入四口瓶中,搅拌分散均匀,升温至60度,加入5g苯胺,搅拌溶解成透明溶液,缓慢加入25g水,继续搅拌溶解成透明液体。

1.一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,其特征在于:由阳离子表面活性剂、脂肪胺或芳香胺、氧化铵类表面活性剂、乙醇及水组成;阳离子表面活性剂所占比例为30-50%,脂肪胺或芳香胺所占比例为1-9%,氧化铵类表面活性剂所占比例为5-15%,乙醇所占比例为5-20%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,其特征在于:阳离子表面活性剂指的是十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基二羟乙基甲基氯化铵以及芥基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵、芥基二羟乙基甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种;脂肪胺或芳香胺指的是癸胺、十二胺、十六胺、十八胺、苯胺、邻苯二胺中的一种或几种;氧化铵类表面活性剂包括十二烷基三甲基氧化铵、十六烷基三甲基氧化铵、牛脂基三甲基氧化铵中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1中所述一种自破胶用表面活性剂变粘酸,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
将阳离子表面活性剂、乙醇加入四口瓶中,搅拌分散均匀,升温至58-62℃,
加入脂肪胺或芳香胺,搅拌溶解成透明溶液,缓慢加水后,继续搅拌溶解成透明液体,既得产品。
