本发明公开了一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线,包括导线和导线外覆盖的涂层,所述涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10‑12、二甲基甘油15‑20、乙二醇45‑55、二甲苯22‑25、对苯二甲酸二甲酯13‑15、碳酸镁10‑15、偏苯三酸酐15‑17、丙烯酸酯40‑50、硼砂4‑6、高岭土5‑8。本发明的有益效果是:耐温等级可以达到190℃往上,满足变压器漆包线对耐高温性的要求,同时解决掉了表面针眼多的问题,提高了抗腐蚀性。

一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种变压器用材技术领域,尤其是一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线。
背景技术
高频变压器漆包线主要采用的铜包铝线,铜包铝线外面覆盖有涂层,传统的涂层易出现表面针眼多,颜色不均表面粗糙,柔韧性差的特点,难以满足不同环境的需求同时,同时因为长期浸泡在变压器油以及变压器中高温环境下,传统的变压器漆包线的涂层很容易被腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线,包括导线和导线外覆盖的涂层,所述涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10-12、二甲基甘油15-20、乙二醇45-55、二甲苯22-25、对苯二甲酸二甲酯13-15、碳酸镁10-15、偏苯三酸酐15-17、丙烯酸酯40-50、硼砂4-6、高岭土5-8;
所述漆包线的制作工艺步骤如下:1)制备涂层:
步骤1、将乙二醇、环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯按组分置入反应釜中,加热至熔融状态后进行搅拌,同时加入硼砂和高岭土并逐步升温至170℃,保持4-5个小时;
步骤2、加入碳酸镁、偏苯三酸酐、对本二甲苯二甲酯、二甲基甘油按组分添加至反应釜,并升温至200℃,并保持1-2小时;
步骤3、加入剩余物料并降温至120℃,搅拌并保持2-3小时;
步骤4、冷却至50-60℃,过滤得到液态涂层;
2)制作漆包线:对导线进行二次退火后,将涂层至少均匀涂覆导线5-8次。
本发明的有益效果是:耐温等级可以达到190℃往上,满足变压器漆包线对耐高温性的要求,同时解决掉了表面针眼多的问题,提高了抗腐蚀性。

下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。
实施例1
一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线,包括导线和导线外覆盖的涂层,所述涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂12、二甲基甘油20、乙二醇55、二甲苯25、对苯二甲酸二甲酯15、碳酸镁15、偏苯三酸酐17、丙烯酸酯50、硼砂6、高岭土8;
所述漆包线的制作工艺步骤如下:1)制备涂层:
步骤1、将乙二醇、环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯按组分置入反应釜中,加热至熔融状态后进行搅拌,同时加入硼砂和高岭土并逐步升温至170℃,保持5个小时;
步骤2、加入碳酸镁、偏苯三酸酐、对本二甲苯二甲酯、二甲基甘油按组分添加至反应釜,并升温至200℃,并保持2小时;
步骤3、加入剩余物料并降温至120℃,搅拌并保持3小时;
步骤4、冷却至60℃,过滤得到液态涂层;
2)制作漆包线:对导线进行二次退火后,将涂层至少均匀涂覆导线8次。
耐温等级可以达到190℃往上,满足铜包铝电磁线对耐高温性的要求,同时解决掉了表面针眼多的问题,提高了抗腐蚀性。
实施例2
一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线,包括导线和导线外覆盖的涂层,所述涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10、二甲基甘油15、乙二醇45、二甲苯22、对苯二甲酸二甲酯13、碳酸镁10、偏苯三酸酐15、丙烯酸酯40、硼砂4、高岭土5;
所述漆包线的制作工艺步骤如下:1)制备涂层:
步骤1、将乙二醇、环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯按组分置入反应釜中,加热至熔融状态后进行搅拌,同时加入硼砂和高岭土并逐步升温至170℃,保持4个小时;
步骤2、加入碳酸镁、偏苯三酸酐、对本二甲苯二甲酯、二甲基甘油按组分添加至反应釜,并升温至200℃,并保持1小时;
步骤3、加入剩余物料并降温至120℃,搅拌并保持2小时;
步骤4、冷却至50℃,过滤得到液态涂层;
2)制作漆包线:对导线进行二次退火后,将涂层至少均匀涂覆导线5次。
实施例3
一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线,包括导线和导线外覆盖的涂层,所述涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂11、二甲基甘油17、乙二醇50、二甲苯24、对苯二甲酸二甲酯14、碳酸镁14、偏苯三酸酐16、丙烯酸酯45、硼砂5、高岭土7;
所述漆包线的制作工艺步骤如下:1)制备涂层:
步骤1、将乙二醇、环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯按组分置入反应釜中,加热至熔融状态后进行搅拌,同时加入硼砂和高岭土并逐步升温至170℃,保持4-5个小时;
步骤2、加入碳酸镁、偏苯三酸酐、对本二甲苯二甲酯、二甲基甘油按组分添加至反应釜,并升温至200℃,并保持1.5小时;
步骤3、加入剩余物料并降温至120℃,搅拌并保持2.5小时;
步骤4、冷却至55℃,过滤得到液态涂层;
2)制作漆包线:对导线进行二次退火后,将涂层至少均匀涂覆导线7次。

1.一种防腐蚀耐高温的高频变压器漆包线,包括导线和导线外覆盖的涂层,其特征在于:所述涂层由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10-12、二甲基甘油15-20、乙二醇45-55、二甲苯22-25、对苯二甲酸二甲酯13-15、碳酸镁10-15、偏苯三酸酐15-17、丙烯酸酯40-50、硼砂4-6、高岭土5-8;
所述漆包线的制作工艺步骤如下:1)制备涂层:
步骤1、将乙二醇、环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯按组分置入反应釜中,加热至熔融状态后进行搅拌,同时加入硼砂和高岭土并逐步升温至170℃,保持4-5个小时;
