本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是关于一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂77‑95份、脂肪酸甘油酯15‑29份、3,4‑环氧环乙基甲酸‑3,4‑环氧环乙基甲酯22‑26份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯25‑28份、2‑甲基‑1‑(4‑甲硫基苯基)‑2‑吗啉基‑1‑丙酮2‑5份、2,4,6‑三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1‑2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4‑7份、二氧化硅粉12‑16份、硬脂酸钠3‑6份、硬脂酸锌2‑4份、白炭黑6‑11份。本发明采用橡胶改性环氧丙烯酸脂,改性后具有橡胶黏度高、高弹性的特点,多组分协同使涂料附着力强,不起皮,具有固化快,光亮度高的特点,不需添加流平剂即有良好流平性。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是关于一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料。
背景技术
光固化UV涂料产品可适用于多种基材表面:纸张、木器、石材、皮革、陶瓷、金属、玻璃、塑料、混凝土等,特别对一些热敏感材质尤其适用。光固化技术是一种高效、环境、节能、优质的材料表面处理技术,它是利用紫外光引发具有化学活性液态材料快速聚合交联,瞬间固化成固体材料,它基本不含挥发性溶剂(VOC),因此不会造成空气污染和对人体的危害及火灾的危险性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速固化、富有弹性、耐磨性好的涂料。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案具体如下:
一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂77-95份、脂肪酸甘油酯15-29份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯22-26份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯25-28份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮2-5份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1-2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4-7份、二氧化硅粉12-16份、硬脂酸钠3-6份、硬脂酸锌2-4份、白炭黑6-11份。
优选的,所述紫外光固化耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂90份、脂肪酸甘油酯19份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯26份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮3.5份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、二氧化硅粉15份、硬脂酸钠4份、硬脂酸锌3份、白炭黑8份。
优选的,所述改性环氧丙烯酸脂为橡胶改性环氧丙烯酸脂,在-15℃黏度为15000-20000mPa.s,在28-35℃黏度为35000-50000mPa.s,分子量在20000-25000。
优选的,所述二氧化硅粉粒度为500-600目。
优选的,所述白炭黑粒度为500-800目。
本发明有益效果,本发明采用橡胶改性环氧丙烯酸脂,橡胶可以采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁晴橡胶等,改性后具有橡胶黏度高、高弹性的特点,添加二氧化硅提高了涂料的硬度,具有更好的耐磨性,多组分协同使涂料附着力强,不起皮,具有固化快,光亮度高的特点,不需添加流平剂即有良好流平性,白炭黑不仅可以使涂料硬度进一步提高,还可以增强表面抗污性。

实施例1
一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂77份、脂肪酸甘油酯15份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯22份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯25份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮2份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4份、二氧化硅粉12份、硬脂酸钠3份、硬脂酸锌2份、白炭黑6份。
实施例2
一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂90份、脂肪酸甘油酯19份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯26份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮3.5份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、二氧化硅粉15份、硬脂酸钠4份、硬脂酸锌3份、白炭黑8份。
实施例3
一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂95份、脂肪酸甘油酯29份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯26份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯28份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮5份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷7份、二氧化硅粉16份、硬脂酸钠6份、硬脂酸锌4份、白炭黑11份。

1.一种紫外光固化耐磨涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂77-95份、脂肪酸甘油酯15-29份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯22-26份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯25-28份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮2-5份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1-2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷4-7份、二氧化硅粉12-16份、硬脂酸钠3-6份、硬脂酸锌2-4份、白炭黑6-11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述紫外光固化耐磨涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:改性环氧丙烯酸脂90份、脂肪酸甘油酯19份、3,4-环氧环乙基甲酸-3,4-环氧环乙基甲酯25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯26份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮3.5份、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦1.5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、二氧化硅粉15份、硬脂酸钠4份、硬脂酸锌3份、白炭黑8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述紫外光固化耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述改性环氧丙烯酸脂为橡胶改性环氧丙烯酸脂,在-15℃黏度为15000-20000mPa·s,在28-35℃黏度为35000-50000mPa·s,分子量在20000-25000。
4.根据权利要求1所述紫外光固化耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅粉粒度为500-600目。
5.根据权利要求1所述紫外光固化耐磨涂料,其特征在于,所述白炭黑粒度为500-800目。
