Abstract

本发明涉及一种水泥混凝土或沥青道路、路面标线的环保型热熔路面标线涂料。所述涂料包括以下重量百分比组份:间戊二烯树脂14‑17%;钛白粉18‑25%;EVA0.2‑0.5%;聚乙烯蜡0.6‑1.2%;玻璃微珠18‑26%;重晶石粉35‑45%;重体碳酸钙20‑30%;高岭土0.2‑0.5%;硅藻土0.3‑0.6%;氢化蓖麻油8‑15%;环保溶剂10‑16%。本发明以精炼改性,氢化蓖麻油、环氧脂肪酸甲脂代替二辛脂、二丁脂等,通过试验明显改善涂料的一些不良现象,使涂料的性能更稳定、更节约、更绿色环保。

一种环保型热熔标线涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泥混凝土或沥青道路、路面标线的环保型热熔路面标线涂料。
背景技术
道路标线涂料是一种安全的标记,也是一种“特殊的语音”交通安全管理部门利用道路标线涂料区划车辆行驶车道,渠化交通,从而达到加强交通安全管理,减少车辆及人身事故和美化城市道路的目的。因此,对道路标线涂料的性能有比一般涂料的特殊的较高要求。如施工快干性、夜视性等。同时,道路涂料本身质量的好坏至关重要,直接影响到交通安全管理。
我国使用的道路标线有热熔型、常温剂型、振荡型等。随着环境保护及对标线的多项指标要求,低成本的热熔型标线涂料成了国内道路的首选涂料。热熔标线涂料中通常添加普通级增塑剂来调整。传统的热熔标线涂料一般采用二辛脂、二丁脂等作为增塑剂,对自然环境有不良的危害。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种施工便捷、无污染、效果鲜明和醒目的环保热熔标线涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种环保型热熔标线涂料,包括以下重量百分比组份:
间戊二烯树脂14-17%;钛白粉18-25%;EVA0.2-0.5%;聚乙烯蜡0.6-1.2%;玻璃微珠18-26%;重晶石粉35-45%;重体碳酸钙20-30%;高岭土0.2-0.5%;硅藻土0.3-0.6%;氢化蓖麻油8-15%;环保溶剂10-16%。
进一步的,所述氢化蓖麻油是植物蓖麻子经螺旋榨油机直接压榨或采用预榨浸出所得的蓖麻油而成。
进一步的,所述环保溶剂选用环氧脂肪酸甲脂,环氧脂肪酸甲脂是无毒、无味的聚氯乙烯增塑剂,对光和热有良好的稳定作用。
一种如上所述的环保型热熔标线涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1).将树脂和重体碳酸钙按照配比的量倒入混合釜;
(2).依次按照配比量加入其余所需原料;
(3).将步骤(1)和步骤(2)的原料均匀搅拌15分钟-20分钟;
(4).停机,计量包装即可。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本发明以精炼改性,氢化蓖麻油、环氧脂肪酸甲脂代替二辛脂、二丁脂等,通过试验明显改善涂料的一些不良现象,使涂料的性能更稳定、更节约、更绿色环保。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步说明,以助于理解本发明的内容。
实例1:
一种环保型热熔标线涂料,包括以下重量百分比组份:
间戊二烯树脂14%,钛白粉2.5%,EVA0.5%,聚乙烯蜡0.4%,玻璃微珠19%,重晶石粉25%,重体碳酸钙36%,高岭土0.3%,硅藻土0.2%,氢化蓖麻油0.8%,环氧脂肪酸甲脂1.6%。
实例2:
一种环保型热熔标线涂料,包括以下重量百分比组份:间戊二烯树脂15%,钛白粉2.5%,EVA0.5%,聚乙烯蜡0.8%,玻璃微珠26%,重晶石粉22%,重体碳酸钙31%,高岭土0.2%,硅藻土0.3%,氢化蓖麻油0.9%,环氧脂肪酸甲脂1%。
将产品进行性能检测,结果如下:
涂料制备方法如下:
1、将树脂和重体碳酸钙按照配比的量倒入混合釜。
2、依次按照配比量加入钛白粉、聚乙烯蜡、玻璃微珠、氢化蓖麻油等。
3、将步骤1和步骤2的原料均匀搅拌15分钟-20分钟。
4、停机,计量包装即可。
通过上述不难看出,环保型热熔涂料的优点是:
鲜明的确认效果与夜间反光性能;确保施工干燥迅速有较强的附着力;经久的耐磨性、经济性和更加绿色环保的新型涂料。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种环保型热熔标线涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比组份:间戊二烯树脂14-17%;钛白粉18-25%;EVA0.2-0.5%;聚乙烯蜡0.6-1.2%;玻璃微珠18-26%;重晶石粉35-45%;重体碳酸钙20-30%;高岭土0.2-0.5%;硅藻土0.3-0.6%;氢化蓖麻油8-15%;环保溶剂10-16%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型热熔标线涂料,其特征在于,所述氢化蓖麻油是植物蓖麻子经螺旋榨油机直接压榨或采用预榨浸出所得的蓖麻油而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型热熔标线涂料,其特征在于,所述环保溶剂选用环氧脂肪酸甲脂。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任意所述的环保型热熔标线涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1).将树脂和重体碳酸钙按照配比的量倒入混合釜;
(2).依次按照配比量加入其余所需原料;
(3).将步骤(1)和步骤(2)的原料均匀搅拌15分钟-20分钟;
(4).停机,计量包装即可。
