Abstract

本发明提供一种汽车排气歧管用橡胶密封罩,由三元乙丙橡胶40%、氯丁橡胶41%、白碳黑4%、羟基硅油4%、纳米氧化锌4%、防老剂2%、硬脂酸2%、德卡林碱0.5%和N‑叔丁基‑2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2.5%制成。橡胶密封罩采用橡胶材质制成,具有良好的扯断强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度、回弹性、耐臭氧、耐污染及粘接性、气味小等优点,较之传统塑料材质的密封罩,其具备的高强度结构性能也可以满足排气歧管的需求。

汽车排气歧管用橡胶密封罩
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车工业技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车排气歧管用橡胶密封罩。
背景技术
汽车排气歧管是与发动机气缸相连,将各缸的排气集中起来导入排气总管,且带有分歧的管路。为了减小排气的阻力,提高发动机的输出功率,通常使各缸的排气尽量分开,每缸一个分支,或者两缸一个分支,并使每个分支尽量加长以减少不同管内的气体相互影响。
现有的汽车排气歧管在排气时可能会由于过多的堆积废渣,可能会出现排气不畅的问题。因此,有必要提供一种汽车排气歧管,以解决上述问题。
目前,在部分排气歧管中会用到密封罩结构,传统的密封罩为塑料材质,强度较差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车排气歧管,以解决目前的汽车排气歧管在排气时可能会由于过多的堆积废渣,可能会出现排气不畅的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种橡胶密封罩及其成型方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车排气歧管,包括:两个出气管、三通管、五通管和四个进气管;所述两个出气管与所述三通管的两个端口连通;所述四个进气管与所述五通管的四个端口连通;所述三通管剩余的一个端口与所述五通管剩余的一个端口连通;所述两个出气管中的一个出气管与所述四个进气管中的一个进气管之间连通有水管;所述三通管与所述五通管外部设有橡胶密封罩。
所述两个出气管与所述三通管的两个端口的连接处、所述四个进气管与所述五通管的四个端口的连接处均设有密封环。
所述三通管剩余的一个端口与所述五通管剩余的一个端口通过法兰连通。
橡胶密封罩,由三元乙丙橡胶40%、氯丁橡胶41%、白碳黑4%、羟基硅油4%、纳米氧化锌4%、防老剂2%、硬脂酸2%、德卡林碱0.5%和N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2.5%制成。
橡胶密封罩的成型方法,步骤如下:
(1)按配方要求称取原料,然后通过密炼机合成橡胶,气压调节至0.5Mpa,温度保持在110℃,混炼时间为500秒;
(2)将检测合格的合成橡胶通过开炼机进行刹条,将其注射入硫化设备中的模具内,加压150Kgf/cm2,升温至150℃,进行时间为150秒的硫化处理;
(3)将硫化处理过的产品进行修边、检验、入库,即得橡胶密封罩。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的汽车排气歧管,包括:两个出气管、三通管、五通管和四个进气管;所述两个出气管与所述三通管的两个端口连通;所述四个进气管与所述五通管的四个端口连通;所述三通管剩余的一个端口与所述五通管剩余的一个端口连通;所述两个出气管中的一个出气管与所述四个进气管中的一个进气管之间连通有水管;所述三通管与所述五通管外部设有橡胶密封罩;可避免汽车排气歧管在排气时由于过多的堆积废渣,出现排气不畅的问题,并且可利用发动机排出的废气所产生的高温,将热能转换成为动能,为汽车发动机补充部分动力。
2)、橡胶密封罩采用橡胶材质制成,具有良好的扯断强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度、回弹性、耐臭氧、耐污染及粘接性、气味小等优点,较之传统塑料材质的密封罩,其具备的高强度结构性能也可以满足排气歧管的需求。
3)、橡胶密封罩的成型方法,通过合理选择橡胶组分,使制得的橡胶密封罩能够满足排气歧管的特殊应用需求。同时,成型方法比较简单,操作过程较为简便。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种汽车排气歧管,包括:两个出气管10、三通管1、五通管3和四个进气管30。
具体地,两个出气管10与三通管1的两个端口连通,四个进气管30与五通管3的四个端口连通,三通管1剩余的一个端口与五通管3剩余的一个端口连通;两个出气管10中的一个出气管10与四个进气管30中的一个进气管30之间连通有水管6;三通管1与五通管3外部设有橡胶密封罩7,两个出气管10与三通管1的两个端口的连接处、四个进气管30与五通管3的四个端口的连接处均设有密封环5,三通管1剩余的一个端口与五通管3剩余的一个端口通过法兰4连通,该汽车排气歧管通过设计两个出气管10作为分流结构,有效解决了排气不畅的问题。此外,可将水管6与外设的进水管路相连接,当汽车发动后,会产生高温废气,由于水的沸点是 100℃,而废气的温度能够达到 500℃以上,这样即可使水管6内的水沸腾而产生蒸汽,蒸汽可排入蒸汽机内,使蒸汽机产生动能,这样即可减少汽车发动机的燃油量。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明的汽车排气歧管,可避免汽车排气歧管在排气时由于过多的堆积废渣,出现排气不畅的问题,并且可利用发动机排出的废气所产生的高温,将热能转换成为动能,为 汽车发动机补充部分动力。
实施例2
橡胶密封罩,由三元乙丙橡胶40%、氯丁橡胶41%、白碳黑4%、羟基硅油4%、纳米氧化锌4%、防老剂2%、硬脂酸2%、德卡林碱0.5%和N-叔丁基-2苯并噻唑次磺酰胺2.5%制成。
实施例3
橡胶密封罩的成型方法,步骤如下:
(1)按配方要求称取原料,然后通过密炼机合成橡胶,气压调节至0.5Mpa,温度保持在110℃,混炼时间为500秒;
