Abstract

一种高效杀菌净水制备装置,在以管道顺序连接的原水泵、精滤器、活性炭滤器、超滤器、高压泵、反渗透器和净水箱组成的净水装置中,特别在净水箱出口管道上设有加热器,用于循环水加热,以杀灭净水装置中的微生物,保证生产的净水水质。同时在高压泵的进水管道上设置有一套调感器,用于调节反渗透器生产的净水口感。再次在从反渗透器的产水管和浓水管上,分别引接出一回流管,使它们分别回流进入高压泵的进口管道上,与预处理水混合,再经高压泵加压后,进入反渗透器,从而使反渗透器的部分水流在其体内进行循环运行,这样就可有效提高反渗透器的膜面流速,降低了其膜面污染的速率,提高了反渗透器的产水率和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水制备装置,具体涉及一种高效杀菌净水制备装置。
背景技术
目前,在净水制备装置中,其设备使用一段时间后,由于进水中存在一定量的微生物,随着时间的推移,微生物将附着在设备死角上进行繁殖,引起净水出水指标微生物量增大,影响净水水质;而通过药剂消毒,它在净水装置中将有所残留,影响净水水质。
同时在采用反渗透元件的净水装置中,由于受到反渗透元件的对其进水固形物高脱除率影响,其净水纯度很高,因而其口感较差。
再者目前的净水装置,由于受到所用净水元件膜面水流浓差极化的影响,其水回收率的较低,影响水利用率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种克服上述现有净水装置中存在的不足,而提供一种高效杀菌净水制备装置,具体技术方案如下。
一种高效杀菌型净水制备装置,包括用管道以顺序连接的原水泵、精滤器、活性炭过滤器、超滤器、高压泵、反渗透器和净水箱;同时在净水箱出口,设有加热器,用于循环水加热,以杀灭装置中微生物。再者在高压泵入口处设有一套调味器,用于调节反渗透器生产的净水口感。其次在反渗透产水管道和浓水管道上,分别引接出一产水回流管和浓水回流管,使它们分别进入高压泵进水管中。
与现有净水装置比较,本发明具有如下优点:
1)由于在装置中采用了加热器,使其可循环加热水至一定温度,从而有效杀灭净水装置中的微生物。
2)同时在高压泵进水管道上设有一套调味器,用于调节反渗透器所生产的净水口感。
3)再者在反渗透器的产水管道和浓水管道上,分别引接出一产水回流管和浓水回流管,使它们分别进入高压泵进水管中,从而加大了反渗透器膜面流速,有效改善了反渗透膜面浓差极化的产生,提高了净水装置的水利用率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如附图;原水(1)通过管道进入原水泵(2),经原水泵(2)加压后,通过泵出口管,顺序送至精滤器(3)、活性炭滤器(4)和超滤器(5)进行处理,再经高压泵(7)加压,送至反渗透器(8)进行后继处理,产出的净水进入净水箱(9),成外供净水(10)。在本发明 中,在净水箱(9)出口管道上设有加热器(11),它通过管阀件与净水箱(9)及反渗透器(8)的浓水管道和原水泵(2)相连接,用于循环水加热,使其升温,并在净水装置体内循环,达到一定温度,用于杀灭净水装置中的微生物,保证生产的净水水质。同时在高压泵(7)的进水管道上设置有一套调感器(6),用于调节反渗透器(8)生产的净水口感。再次在反渗透器(8)的产水管和浓水管上,分别引接出一产水回流管和一浓水回流管,使它们分别回流进入高压泵(7)的进口管道上,使其与预处理水混合,再经高压泵(7)加压后,通过高压泵(7)出口管道进入反渗透器(8),从而使反渗透器的部分产水和部分浓水在其体内进行循环运行,这样就可有效提高反渗透器(8)的膜面流速,降低了其膜面污染的速率,提高了反渗透器(8)的产水率和使用寿命。

1.一种高效杀菌型净水制备装置,包括用管道以顺序连接的原水泵、精滤器、活性炭过滤器、超滤器、高压泵、反渗透器和净水箱;其特征在于在净水箱出口管道上,设有加热器,用于循环水加热,以杀灭微生物。同时在高压泵入口处设有一套调味器,用于调节反渗透器生产的净水口感。
