Abstract

本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,特别是一种应用于FPC柔性线路板压合的三层阻胶离型膜,与现有技术对比,该三层阻胶离型膜以热塑性弹性体(TPE)为中间材料,在热塑性弹性体(TPE)外层再增加聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),通过聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)的结合制造出来的三层阻胶离型膜除了具有良好的耐温性、填充性和分离性外,还具好良好的经济性能,可以大大的降低制造成本,可能完全替代现有技术中的这种阻胶离型膜。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,特别是一种应用于FPC柔性线路板压合的三层阻胶离型膜。
背景技术
在FPC柔性线路板压合中,都要用到大量的离型膜,现有技术中的这种离型膜均采用TPX材料制成的,虽然TPX制成的离型膜具有良好的耐温性、填充性和分离性,但是其存在着成本高、经济性能差等缺点,本领域技术人员迫切需要经济性能更好的材料用于替代TPX材料制成的离型膜。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中阻胶离型膜所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种经济性能良好的三层阻胶离型膜。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的三层阻胶离型膜采用三层复合挤出结构设计,外层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),中间层为热塑性弹性体(TPE),内层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的三层阻胶离型膜以热塑性弹性体(TPE)为中间材料,在热塑性弹性体(TPE)外层再增加聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),通过聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)的结合制造出来的三层阻胶离型膜除了具有良好的耐温性、填充性和分离性外,还具好良好的经济性能,可以大大的降低制造成本,可能完全替代现有技术中的这种阻胶离型膜。
具体实施方式
本发明的三层阻胶离型膜是以聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和热塑性弹性体(TPE)共挤出工艺,通过多层复合技术,制作出具有良好的耐温性、填充性、分离性和经济性能的阻胶离型膜,主要用于FPC柔性线路板压合阻胶用。其采用三层复合挤出结构设计,通过挤出吹塑法制造出阻胶离型膜。
外层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),中间层为热塑性弹性体(TPE),内层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)。通过聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)的结合以替代现有技术中的TPX离型膜,其制造出来的三层阻胶离型膜具有良好的耐温性、填充性和分离性,可以有效的提高FPC柔性线路板的合格率。同时,又具好良好的经济性能,可以大大的降低制造成本,提高其性价比,用于替代现有技术中的TPX离型膜。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的三层阻胶离型膜以热塑性弹性体(TPE)为中间材料,在热塑性弹性体(TPE)外层再增加聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),通过聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)与热塑性弹性体(TPE)的结合制造出来的三层阻胶离型膜除了具有良好的耐温性、填充性和分离性外,还具好良好的经济性能,可以大大的降低制造成本,可能完全替代现有技术中的这种阻胶离型膜。

1.三层阻胶离型膜,其特征在于:采用三层复合挤出结构设计,外层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),中间层为热塑性弹性体(TPE),内层为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)。
