Abstract

本发明涉及一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫及其制作方法,其中,弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫包括由上至下依次结合成一体的平剪维罗绒织物层、开孔发泡聚氨酯层和针刺聚酯纤维毡层。本发明的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,集保暖、弹性、透气和吸湿等多种功能于一体,可以满足冬季户外活动的穿着需要;而且鞋垫的各层之间结合牢靠,抗踩压,不分层,不起球,适用于部队、武警公安等冬季训练强度大的鞋中穿用。本发明的工艺成熟,产品质量一致性高,适宜于大批量生产。

Description

一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋垫及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫及其制作方法。
背景技术
传统的发泡鞋垫一般由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚氨酯发泡材料复合一层鞋垫布组成。这种鞋垫虽然有一定的弹性,但透气性能不好,吸湿性也很差,更不具备保暖作用。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫及其制作方法,鞋垫兼具有弹性、保暖、透气和吸湿的功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,其特征在于,该鞋垫包括由上至下依次结合成一体的平剪维罗绒织物层、开孔发泡聚氨酯层和针刺聚酯纤维毡层。
所述平剪维罗绒织物、开孔发泡聚氨酯和针刺聚酯纤维毡通过压合、冷压成型,并通过缝制和锁边,得到所述弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫。
所述平剪维罗绒织物层由55.6dtex的涤纶长丝针织起绒制成;所述平剪维罗绒织物层的质量为200~300g/m2,绒毛长度为1.5~2.5mm。
所述开孔发泡聚氨酯层的密度为0.15~0.25g/cm3,邵氏A硬度为25~35,厚度为4~6mm。
所述针刺聚酯纤维毡层的厚度为1.8~2.2mm,质量为350~450g/m2
一种如上述任一项所述的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在开孔发泡聚氨酯层的两面点状刷乳胶,将平剪维罗绒织物层和针刺聚酯纤维毡层分别贴合在开孔发泡聚氨酯层的两面,得到鞋垫半成品;
2)将鞋垫半成品放入烘箱中烘烤一段时间后取出,放入鞋垫模具中冷压成型;
3)将冷压成型的鞋垫半成品静置一段时间,然后用鞋垫刀具冲裁出鞋垫形状,最后锁边,得到本发明的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫。
本发明由于采取以上技术方案,具有以下优点:1.本发明的鞋垫,集保暖、弹性、透气和吸湿等多种功能于一体,可以满足冬季户外活动的穿着需要;2.本发明的鞋垫的各层之间结合牢靠,抗踩压,不分层,不起球,适用于部队、武警公安等冬季训练强度大的鞋中穿用;3.本发明的工艺成熟,产品质量一致性高,适宜于大批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的描述。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提供的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫100,其包括由上至下依次结合成一体的平剪维罗绒织物层1、开孔发泡聚氨酯层2和针刺聚酯纤维毡层3。
上述实施例中,平剪维罗绒织物1、开孔发泡聚氨酯2和针刺聚酯纤维毡3通过压合、冷压成型,并通过缝制和锁边,从而得到本发明的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫100。
上述实施例中,平剪维罗绒织物层1由55.6dtex涤纶长丝针织起绒制成;平剪维罗绒织物层1的质量为200~300g/m2,绒毛长度为1.5~2.5mm。其中,dtex是分特克斯的符号,简称分特,是指10000米长纱线在公定回潮率下重量的克数。
上述实施例中,开孔发泡聚氨酯层2的密度为0.15~0.25g/cm3,邵氏A硬度为25~35,厚度为4~6mm。
上述实施例中,针刺聚酯纤维毡层3的厚度为1.8~2.2mm,质量为350~450g/m2
本发明的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在开孔发泡聚氨酯层2的两面点状刷乳胶,将平剪维罗绒织物层1和针刺聚酯纤维毡层3分别贴合在开孔发泡聚氨酯层2的两面,得到鞋垫半成品;
2)将鞋垫半成品放入烘箱中烘烤一段时间后取出,放入鞋垫模具中冷压成型;
3)将冷压成型的鞋垫半成品静置一段时间,然后用鞋垫刀具冲裁出鞋垫形状,最后锁边,得到本发明的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫。
上述实施例中,乳胶为环保型乙烯-乙酸酯共聚物。
上述实施例中,烘箱的温度为180~190℃,烘烤时间为55~65s。
上述实施例中,冷压成型的压力为150kg,时间为55~65s。
上述实施例中,锁边针码密度为4针/20mm~6针/20mm,锁边距边为4~6mm。
上述各实施例仅用于说明本发明,其中各部件的结构、连接方式等都是可以有所变化的,凡是在本发明技术方案的基础上进行的等同变换和改进,均不应排除在本发明的保护范围之外。

Claims (6)

1.一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,其特征在于,该鞋垫包括由上至下依次结合成一体的平剪维罗绒织物层、开孔发泡聚氨酯层和针刺聚酯纤维毡层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,其特征在于,所述平剪维罗绒织物、开孔发泡聚氨酯和针刺聚酯纤维毡通过压合、冷压成型,并通过缝制和锁边,得到所述弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,其特征在于,所述平剪维罗绒织物层由55.6dtex的涤纶长丝针织起绒制成;所述平剪维罗绒织物层的质量为200~300g/m2,绒毛长度为1.5~2.5mm。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,其特征在于,所述开孔发泡聚氨酯层的密度为0.15~0.25g/cm3,邵氏A硬度为25~35,厚度为4~6mm。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫,其特征在于,所述针刺聚酯纤维毡层的厚度为1.8~2.2mm,质量为350~450g/m2
6.一种如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在开孔发泡聚氨酯层的两面点状刷乳胶,将平剪维罗绒织物层和针刺聚酯纤维毡层分别贴合在开孔发泡聚氨酯层的两面,得到鞋垫半成品;
2)将鞋垫半成品放入烘箱中烘烤一段时间后取出,放入鞋垫模具中冷压成型;
3)将冷压成型的鞋垫半成品静置一段时间,然后用鞋垫刀具冲裁出鞋垫形状,最后锁边,得到本发明的弹性保暖透气吸湿鞋垫。
