Abstract
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体涉及一种防弹玻璃。包括内层玻璃、1‑3层中间层玻璃和外层玻璃,各层玻璃之间部分或全部设有聚碳酸酯板,各层玻璃和聚碳酸酯板之间采用PVB胶片层或聚氨酯胶层粘结,内层玻璃的厚度为5‑7mm,中间层玻璃的厚度为3‑5mm,外层玻璃的厚度为4‑6mm,聚碳酸酯板的厚度为2‑5mm,PVB胶片层或聚氨酯胶层的厚度为0.5‑2mm。易于制备、防弹能力较强,当各层玻璃采用夹丝玻璃后,能够具有较强抗撞能力使该防弹玻璃的防弹能力较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃技术领域,具体涉及一种防弹玻璃。
背景技术
安全玻璃通常用在一些重要设施,如银行大门、贵重物品陈列柜、监狱和教养所的门窗等。这些部位有可能遭到持各式各样凶器的群匪连续袭击。而高强度安全玻璃能在一段时间内抵御穿透,为其他装置作出反应赢得足够的时间。防弹玻璃作为一种特殊的安全玻璃,在满足观察要求的同时能在一定距离内抵御枪弹射击而不被穿透,最大限度保护人身安全,具有较大的抗冲击强度及透光性好、耐热、耐寒等特点。防弹玻璃是由玻璃(或有机玻璃)和优质工程塑料经过特殊加工得到的一种复合型材料。目前防弹玻璃基本上都是在普通的玻璃层中夹上有机材料层经过层压而得到的。通过该过程形成的防弹玻璃类似普通玻璃但比普通玻璃更厚重,其厚度在7mm到100mm之间。当子弹射击在防弹玻璃上时,子弹会将外层的玻璃击穿,但聚碳酸酯玻璃材料层能够吸收子弹的能量,从而阻止子弹穿透玻璃内层。目前为了提高防弹玻璃的防弹性能,一般采用增加玻璃厚度及夹层层数的方法,而由此带来玻璃构件总厚度及重量过大的弊端,给安装和使用带来不便,同时增加了生产和使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决目前的防弹玻璃单位厚度的抗冲击强度不高的问题,提供一种防弹玻璃。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防弹玻璃,包括内层玻璃、1-3层中间层玻璃和外层玻璃,各层玻璃之间部分或全部设有聚碳酸酯板,各层玻璃和聚碳酸酯板之间采用PVB胶片层或聚氨酯胶层粘结,内层玻璃的厚度为5-7mm,中间层玻璃的厚度为3-5mm,外层玻璃的厚度为4-6mm,聚碳酸酯板的厚度为2-5mm,PVB胶片层或聚氨酯胶层的厚度为0.5-2mm。
作为优选方案,所述外层玻璃外镀有二氧化钛膜。
作为优选方案,所述二氧化钛膜的厚度为0.06-0.15μm。
作为优选方案,所述中间层玻璃为2层。
作为优选方案,所述聚碳酸酯板的厚度为2-3mm。
作为优选方案,所述内层玻璃、中间层玻璃和外层玻璃为夹丝玻璃。
作为优选方案,所述内层玻璃、中间层玻璃和外层玻璃为浮法玻璃。
作为优选方案,所述PVB胶片层包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛70-75份,聚乙炔3-5份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为4-5份,丙烯酸环己酯为6-7份,氟铝酸钾0.5-1份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3-0.5份,二异丙基乙醇胺1-1.5份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3-4份,辅助助剂3份。
作为优选方案,所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素10-13份,钛酸酯偶联剂20-25份,铝酸钙3-5份、偏硼酸钠1-2份,环氧氯丙烷5-8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1-2份而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果是:易于制备、防弹能力较强,当各层玻璃采用夹丝玻璃后,能够具有较强抗撞能力使该防弹玻璃的防弹能力较高。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述说明。
实施例1:
一种防弹玻璃,如图1所示,包括内层玻璃1、1层中间层玻璃2和外层玻璃3,各层玻璃之间部分或全部设有聚碳酸酯板4,即包括至少一层的聚碳酸酯板4,各层玻璃和聚碳酸酯板4之间采用PVB胶片层5或聚氨酯胶层6粘结,各层玻璃部分或全部为夹丝玻璃,且均为浮法玻璃。
内层玻璃1的厚度为5mm,中间层玻璃2的厚度为4mm,外层玻璃3的厚度为6mm,聚碳酸酯板4的厚度为2mm,PVB胶片层5或聚氨酯胶层6的厚度为1mm,聚碳酸酯板4的厚度为3mm。
实施例2:
一种防弹玻璃,如图2所示,包括内层玻璃1、2层中间层玻璃2和外层玻璃3,各层玻璃之间部分或全部设有聚碳酸酯板4,即包括至少一层的聚碳酸酯板4,各层玻璃和聚碳酸酯板4之间采用PVB胶片层5或聚氨酯胶层6粘结,各层玻璃部分或全部为夹丝玻璃,且均为浮法玻璃。
内层玻璃1的厚度为6mm,中间层玻璃2的厚度为5mm,外层玻璃3的厚度为4mm,聚碳酸酯板4的厚度为3mm,PVB胶片层5或聚氨酯胶层6的厚度为2mm,聚碳酸酯板4的厚度为2mm。在外层玻璃3外镀有二氧化钛膜7,二氧化钛膜7的厚度为0.15μm。
实施例3:
一种防弹玻璃,如图3所示,包括内层玻璃1、3层中间层玻璃2和外层玻璃3,各层玻璃之间部分或全部设有聚碳酸酯板4,即包括至少一层的聚碳酸酯板4,各层玻璃和聚碳酸酯板4之间采用PVB胶片层5或聚氨酯胶层6粘结,各层玻璃部分或全部为夹丝玻璃,且均为浮法玻璃。
内层玻璃1的厚度为7mm,中间层玻璃2的厚度为3mm,外层玻璃3的厚度为5mm,聚碳酸酯板4的厚度为5mm,PVB胶片层5或聚氨酯胶层6的厚度为0.5mm,聚碳酸酯板4的厚度为2.3mm。外层玻璃3外镀有二氧化钛膜7,二氧化钛膜7的厚度为0.06μm。
实施例4:
具体的,上述索采用的PVB胶片层包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛70份,聚乙炔4份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为5份,丙烯酸环己酯为6份,氟铝酸钾0.8份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.5份,二异丙基乙醇胺1份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4份,辅助助剂3份。所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素10份,钛酸酯偶联剂23份,铝酸钙5份、偏硼酸钠1份,环氧氯丙烷6份在45-50℃下加热混合5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1份而成。
实施例5:
具体的,上述索采用的PVB胶片层包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛73份,聚乙炔5份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为4份,丙烯酸环己酯为6份,氟铝酸钾1份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3份,二异丙基乙醇胺1.3份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4份,辅助助剂3份。所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素12份,钛酸酯偶联剂25份,铝酸钙3份、偏硼酸钠1.5份,环氧氯丙烷8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚2份而成。
实施例6:
具体的,上述索采用的PVB胶片层包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛75份,聚乙炔3份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为5份,丙烯酸环己酯为7份,氟铝酸钾0.5份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.4份,二异丙基乙醇胺1.5份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3份,辅助助剂3份。所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素12份,钛酸酯偶联剂25份,铝酸钙3份、偏硼酸钠1.5份,环氧氯丙烷8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1份而成。
Claims (9)
1.一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,包括内层玻璃(1)、1-3层中间层玻璃(2)和外层玻璃(3),各层玻璃之间部分或全部设有聚碳酸酯板(4),各层玻璃和聚碳酸酯板(4)之间采用PVB胶片层(5)或聚氨酯胶层(6)粘结,内层玻璃(1)的厚度为5-7mm,中间层玻璃(2)的厚度为3-5mm,外层玻璃(3)的厚度为4-6mm,聚碳酸酯板(4)的厚度为2-5mm,PVB胶片层(5)或聚氨酯胶层(6)的厚度为0.5-2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述外层玻璃(3)外镀有二氧化钛膜(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述二氧化钛膜(7)的厚度为0.06-0.15μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间层玻璃(2)为2层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述聚碳酸酯板(4)的厚度为2-3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述内层玻璃(1)、中间层玻璃(2)和外层玻璃(3)为夹丝玻璃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述内层玻璃(1)、中间层玻璃(2)和外层玻璃(3)为浮法玻璃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述PVB胶片层(5)包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛70-75份,聚乙炔3-5份,聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚为4-5份,丙烯酸环己酯为6-7份,氟铝酸钾0.5-1份,聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3-0.5份,二异丙基乙醇胺1-1.5份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯3-4份,辅助助剂3份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防弹玻璃,其特征在于,所述辅助助剂为将羧甲基纤维素10-13份,钛酸酯偶联剂20-25份,铝酸钙3-5份、偏硼酸钠1-2份,环氧氯丙烷5-8份在45-50℃下加热混合3-5分钟,然后加入聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1-2份而成。
