Abstract
本发明涉及一种防止织物线与碳纤维线发生位移抗污织物,包括内层(1),内层外依次设有透气层(2)、外层(3)和抗污层(4),抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,包括织物线、多根碳纤维线和导线,织物线、碳纤维线和导线通过编织形成织物层,碳纤维线和导线电性连接,该织物还包括至少设置在织物层两侧的绝缘层,以及夹持绝缘层的封边部件。本发明利于透气,可以确保织物外层光滑,织物不易沾污,而且具防水、透气效果。本发明防止织物线与碳纤维线发生位移。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种抗污织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
服装织物广泛用于制作鞋、服、帽等行业,是人们生活不可缺少的用品,目前市场上销售的织物大多是单层结构,常由塑料、高分子材料或皮革、棉纺等材料制成,这种单层结构的织物,功能有限,特别遇到雨天的时候容易脏,不易清洗,让人穿着不舒服,又不透气,需要一种抗污能力强,透气性好的织物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种抗污织物,可以抗污迹,防止织物表面变脏。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防止织物线与碳纤维线发生位移抗污织物,包括内层,所述内层外依次设有透气层、外层和抗污层,各层通过缝合固定;所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用黄麻纤维织成,所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成;所述透气层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用腈纶织成,所述第二纬纱采用涤纶纤维织成;所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用竹纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成;所述抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,包括织物线、多根碳纤维线和导线,织物线、碳纤维线和导线通过编织形成织物层,碳纤维线和导线电性连接,该织物还包括至少设置在织物层两侧的绝缘层,以及夹持绝缘层的封边部件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
黄麻及圣麻纤维可以延迟织物的使用寿命,耐水洗,涤纶纤维导热性好,利于透气,氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层可以确保织物外层光滑,确保织物不易沾污,而且具防水、透气效果。
本发明通过在织物层的边缘设置夹持织物层的封边部件以及至少设置在织物层两侧的绝缘层,有效地防止了织物线与碳纤维线发生位移,提高了发热织物的安全性。

参见图1,一种防止织物线与碳纤维线发生位移抗污织物,包括内层,所述内层外依次设有透气层、外层和抗污层,各层通过缝合固定;所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用黄麻纤维织成,所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成;所述透气层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用腈纶织成,所述第二纬纱采用涤纶纤维织成;所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用竹纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成;所述抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。
