本发明涉及一种抗污面料，属于纺织面料领域。包括内层（1），所述内层（1）外依次设有透气层（2）、外层（3）和抗污层（4），各层通过缝合固定；所述内层（1）包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用黄麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述透气层（2）包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用腈纶织成，所述第二纬纱采用涤纶纤维织成；所述外层（3）包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述抗污层（4）为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。涤纶纤维导热性好，利于透气，氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层可以确保面料外层光滑，确保面料不易沾污，而且具防水、透气效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种抗污面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
服装面料广泛用于制作鞋、服、帽等行业，是人们生活不可缺少的用品，目前市场上销售的面料大多是单层结构，常由塑料、高分子材料或皮革、棉纺等材料制成，这种单层结构的面料，功能有限，特别遇到雨天的时候容易脏，不易清洗，让人穿着不舒服，又不透气，需要一种抗污能力强，透气性好的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种抗污面料，可以抗污迹，防止面料表面变脏。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种抗污面料，包括内层，所述内层外依次设有透气层、外层和抗污层，各层通过缝合固定；所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用黄麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述透气层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用腈纶织成，所述第二纬纱采用涤纶纤维织成；所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：黄麻及圣麻纤维可以延迟面料的使用寿命，耐水洗，涤纶纤维导热性好，利于透气，氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层可以确保面料外层光滑，确保面料不易沾污，而且具防水、透气效果。
