本发明涉及一种具有优越的记忆性抗污织物，包括内层（1），内层外依次设有透气层（2）、外层（3）和抗污层（4），抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，它包括：平行分布的两块网孔表面层，其中，每一网孔表面层上分布有复数通孔；设于两块网孔表面层之间的弹性材料层，该弹性材料层由疏散分布的复数组竖立线性丝状弹性材料、复数组竖立弹性X型交叉结构和复数组竖立U形弹性圈中的任意一种以上构成，其中，每一环形弹性圈均由丝状弹性材料卷曲形成。本发明利于透气，可以确保织物外层光滑，织物不易沾污，而且具防水、透气效果。本发明具有优越的记忆性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种抗污织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
服装织物广泛用于制作鞋、服、帽等行业，是人们生活不可缺少的用品，目前市场上销售的织物大多是单层结构，常由塑料、高分子材料或皮革、棉纺等材料制成，这种单层结构的织物，功能有限，特别遇到雨天的时候容易脏，不易清洗，让人穿着不舒服，又不透气，需要一种抗污能力强，透气性好的织物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种抗污织物，可以抗污迹，防止织物表面变脏。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种具有优越的记忆性抗污织物，包括内层，所述内层外依次设有透气层、外层和抗污层，各层通过缝合固定；所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用黄麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述透气层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用腈纶织成，所述第二纬纱采用涤纶纤维织成；所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。所述内层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，它包括：平行分布的两块网孔表面层，其中，每一网孔表面层上分布有复数通孔；设于两块网孔表面层之间的弹性材料层，该弹性材料层由疏散分布的复数组竖立线性丝状弹性材料、复数组竖立弹性X型交叉结构和复数组竖立U形弹性圈中的任意一种以上构成，其中，每一环形弹性圈均由丝状弹性材料卷曲形成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
黄麻及圣麻纤维可以延迟织物的使用寿命，耐水洗，涤纶纤维导热性好，利于透气，氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层可以确保织物外层光滑，确保织物不易沾污，而且具防水、透气效果。
本发明网布具有优越的记忆性、透气性和弹性，质地轻，易洗涤，速干，柔软便携，符合人体工程学原理，无毒，防菌，保健，还具有隔热、防震、抗压、耐磨、隔音，阻燃性能。

参见图1，一种具有优越的记忆性抗污织物，包括内层，所述内层外依次设有透气层、外层和抗污层，各层通过缝合固定；所述内层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱，所述第一经纱采用黄麻纤维织成，所述第一纬纱采用圣麻纤维织成；所述透气层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱，所述第二经纱采用腈纶织成，所述第二纬纱采用涤纶纤维织成；所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱，所述第三经纱采用竹纤维织成，所述第三纬纱采用氨纶纤维织成；所述抗污层为氟单体水性聚氨酯涂料层。
