本发明公开了一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,它是先在柳编制品表面涂上一层有机试剂,等到有机试剂浸入到柳编制品中后,再涂上阻燃剂。此种方法,克服了传统工艺中复杂的阻燃操作步骤,并且使得阻燃剂更好的浸透到柳条中,能得到均匀的阻燃层。

本发明属于阻燃处理领域,具体涉及一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法。
背景技术
编织柳是生产柳条供作编织原料用的一类柳树。用柳条编制的各种生活、工艺制品及小型家具,轻巧美观,行销国内外市场,是重要的出口贸易产品。目前国内很少重视柳编制品的阻燃处理,但是柳编制品作为我们生活中一种很常见的工具,因为它是由细小的柳条编织而成,如果不加以经过阻燃处理,很容易成为一种危险的可燃物。另一方面,目前木制品的阻燃处理方法,多是采用加压浸注,此种方法过程繁琐,成本较高,并且费时费力,不适合柳编制品的产业特点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷,进一步提出一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,其特征在于,将编织好的柳编制品晒干后,在柳编制品表面均匀的喷洒上一层低碳有机试剂,浸透15-30min后,再涂上阻燃剂。
上述低碳有机试剂为70%-95%的乙醚或80%-95%的正己烷中的一种,喷洒的量为4-8kg/m2
上述阻燃剂是由以下重量份的组份制成:400-600份磷酸脒基脲 、400-500份硼酸、50-100份乙二醇、20-50份梭甲基纤维素钠、20-50份烷基磺酸钠。
上述阻燃剂在使用前,需要用水进行溶解稀释,其中水占40%-60%,阻燃剂用量为10-15kg/m2
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,它是先将柳编制品均匀的喷洒上一层低碳有机试剂,这种有机试剂可以很容易的浸入到柳条内部,然后涂上阻燃剂,阻燃剂中的有效成分在有机溶剂的溶解度远远大于在水中的溶解度,因此它们会被快速的吸收到柳条内部,从而达到阻燃的效果。采用此方法,可以减少柳编制品阻燃处理的操作步骤,能减少生产成本,节约生产时间。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,其特征在于,将编织好的柳编制品晒干后,在柳编制品表面均匀的喷洒上一层低碳有机试剂,浸透15min后,再涂上阻燃剂。
上述低碳有机试剂为70%的乙醚,喷洒的量为6kg/m2
上述阻燃剂是由以下重量份的组份制成:400份磷酸脒基脲 、500份硼酸、50份乙二醇、20份梭甲基纤维素钠、30份烷基磺酸钠。
上述阻燃剂在使用前,需要用水进行溶解稀释,其中水占50%,阻燃剂用量为12kg/m2
实施例2
一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,其特征在于,将编织好的柳编制品晒干后,在柳编制品表面均匀的喷洒上一层低碳有机试剂,浸透20min后,再涂上阻燃剂。
上述低碳有机试剂为95%的正己烷中,喷洒的量为8kg/m2
上述阻燃剂是由以下重量份的组份制成:450份磷酸脒基脲 、400份硼酸、50份乙二醇、50份梭甲基纤维素钠、50份烷基磺酸钠。
上述阻燃剂在使用前,需要用水进行溶解稀释,其中水占60%,阻燃剂用量为15kg/m2
实施例3
一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,其特征在于,将编织好的柳编制品晒干后,在柳编制品表面均匀的喷洒上一层低碳有机试剂,浸透25min后,再涂上阻燃剂。
上述低碳有机试剂为85%的乙醚,喷洒的量为7kg/m2
上述阻燃剂是由以下重量份的组份制成:550份磷酸脒基脲 、470份硼酸、70份乙二醇、35份梭甲基纤维素钠、40份烷基磺酸钠。
上述阻燃剂在使用前,需要用水进行溶解稀释,其中水占55%,阻燃剂用量为14kg/m2

1.一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,其特征在于,将编织好的柳编制品晒干后,在柳编制品表面均匀的喷洒上一层低碳有机试剂,浸透15-30min后,再涂上阻燃剂;其中低碳有机试剂为70%-95%的乙醚或80%-95%的正己烷中的一种,喷洒的量为4-8kg/m2;其中阻燃剂是由以下重量份的组份制成:400-600份磷酸脒基脲 、400-500份硼酸、50-100份乙二醇、20-50份梭甲基纤维素钠、20-50份烷基磺酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种柳编制品阻燃处理方法,其特征在于,阻燃剂在使用前,需要用水进行溶解稀释,其中水占40%-60%,阻燃剂用量为10-15kg/m2
