技术领域
本发明涉及特种加工设备技术领域,具体为一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置。
背景技术
激光切割是将从激光器发射出的激光,经光路系统,聚焦成高功率密度的激光束。激光束照射到工件表面,使工件达到熔点或沸点,同时与光束同轴的高压气体将熔化或气化金属吹走。随着光束与工件相对位置的移动,最终使材料形成切缝,从而达到切割的目的;激光切割加工是用不可见的光束代替了传统的机械刀,具有精度高,切割快速,不局限于切割图案限制,自动排版节省材料,切口平滑,加工成本低等特点,将逐渐改进或取代于传统的金属切割工艺设备;但是在使用激光切割时,尤其在切割塑料板时,其产生的尾气十分严重,而成套的废气处理设备体积庞大价格昂贵,不适合一些教学示范机构的使用,尤其是汽化切割的机构,所以需要一种新的切割尾气处理设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用管道式连接结构,整个废气处理装置的工作部分主要设置在排气管a上,占用空间体积小;采用抽风机与小型气压机相配合的工作方式,在装置进行激光切割塑料板时,关闭活动盖,使激光切割头处于相对封闭的状态,按排气按钮,然后再开始切割工作,抽风机与小型气压机开始工作,抽气管将装置内部的废气抽出,直接动力由抽风机提供,抽风机将废气经输气管排入除油罐中,除油罐内部装有铁屑与脱脂棉,能够将废气中的油脂性成分吸收,除油后的废气进入水洗箱,进行水洗,除去溶于水和与水反应的气体分子;之后废气进入HEAP处理箱,HEAP处理箱将还没有除去的颗粒性物质除去,由于其不易透气,所以小型气压机为其提供辅助动力,颗粒净化后的废气经过硫化物吸收箱、氯化物吸收箱进行脱硫、脱氯处理,最后废气经过除味箱除味,除去废气中的一些异味的气体分子,由至此废气处理结束,能够将一大部分的废气的有害成分除去,简单有效,适用于一些小型的教学示范基地。

本发明在具体实施时,本发明的工作地点设置在室内,在装置进行激光切割塑料板时,操作人员需要关闭活动盖2,使激光切割头3处于相对封闭的状态,在切割前需要按排气按钮20,然后再开始切割工作,防止废气从活动盖2的缝隙中泄露出来,按排气按钮20后,抽风机4与小型气压机12开始工作,此时激光切割塑料板的废气由抽气管21从装置内部抽出,抽气的直接动力由抽风机4提供,抽风机4将废气经输气管22排入除油罐9中,除油罐9内部装有铁屑与脱脂棉,能够将废气中的油脂性成分吸收,废气再除油后进入水洗箱10,进行水洗,废气从水洗箱10的底部进入,顶部排出,能够充分的与水进行接触,便于除去溶于水和与水反应的气体分子,水洗之后的废气进入HEAP处理箱14,HEAP处理箱14将还没有除去的颗粒性物质除去,由于HEAP处理箱14的网状结构导致HEAP处理箱14不易透气,从而使废气不易通过,所以采用小型气压机12为其提供辅助动力,便于废气流通,颗粒净化后的废气经过硫化物吸收箱15、氯化物吸收箱16进行脱硫、脱氯处理,除去大部分有害气体成分,保护环境,最后废气经过除味箱17除味,除去废气中的一些异味的气体分子,然后经过排气管b19在高处排出,由至此废气处理结束,能够将一大部分的废气的有害成分除去,简单有效,适用于一些小型的教学示范基地;装置为管道式连接结构,整个废气处理装置的工作部分主要设置在排气管a18上,占用空间体积小,资源节约,价格经济实惠。

1.一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:包括机体(1);所述的机体(1)顶面的一侧设有活动盖(2);所述的活动盖(2)正面的中央位置安装有把手(7);所述的机体(1)内侧上部安装有激光切割头(3);所述的机体(1)顶面在活动盖(2)一侧靠近正面的位置设有排气按钮(20);所述的机体(1)的后侧设置有后侧板(6);所述的后侧板(6)表面靠近底面的位置连接有抽气管(21);所述的抽气管(21)的另一端与抽风机(4)相连接;所述的抽风机(4)圆弧侧面底部设有安装座(8);所述的安装座(8)底面与地面相接触;所述的抽风机(4)的输出端面中央位置连接有输气管(22);所述的输气管(22)的另一端与水洗箱(10)侧面下部相连接;所述的输气管(22)的中央位置设有除油罐(9);所述的水洗箱(10)顶面靠近正面的连接有排气管a(18);所述的排气管a(18)的另一端连接有弯头(5);所述的弯头(5)的另一接头与排气管b(19)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的水洗箱(10)的顶面靠近背面的位置设有注水口(11);所述的水洗箱(10)与排气管a(18)相连接的位置设有密封连接头(13);所述的密封连接头(13)的底面与水洗箱(10)顶面相接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的排气管a(18)底部安装有HEAP处理箱(14);所述的HEAP处理箱(14)内部为网状结构;所述的HEAP处理箱(14)上侧设有硫化物吸收箱(15);所述的排气管a(18)穿过硫化物吸收箱(15)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的硫化物吸收箱(15)的上侧设有氯化物吸收箱(16);所述的氯化物吸收箱(16)、硫化物吸收箱(15)、HEAP处理箱(14)的中心处于同一条直线上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的密封连接头(13)的一侧设有小型气压机(12);所述的小型气压机(12)的底面与水洗箱(10)顶面相连接;所述的小型气压机(12)的顶面中央位置连接有连接管(23);所述的连接管(23)的另一端与HEAP处理箱(14)一侧面相连接。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的排气管与机体(1)内部下侧相同排气管的一端设置在激光切割头(3)的下侧;所述的排气按钮(20)与抽风机(4)、小型气压机(12)相关联。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种改进型激光切割机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的氯化物吸收箱(16)的上侧设有除味箱(17);所述的除味箱(17)内部装有活性炭;所述的除味箱(17)套在排气管a(18)的圆弧侧面;所述的排气管a(18)处于竖直状态;所述的排气管a(18)与排气管b(19)的直径相同。
