本发明属于过滤膜制备领域,具体涉及一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,选择两种能够通过静电纺技术制备出纳米纤维的聚合物,分别与银抗菌剂、锌抗菌剂及溶剂配制成两种纺丝溶液,采用平行电纺,旋转接收装置的方式得到复合纳米纤维膜过滤膜由含银抗菌剂的聚合物A纤维和含锌抗菌剂的聚合物B纤维互相交错组成。本发明制备的过滤膜具有过滤面积大、阻力小、抗腐蚀、耐高温、强度高、可再生、抗菌效果好的优点,制备方法简单,成本低廉,对设备要求低,适合规模化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于过滤膜制备领域,具体涉及一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,过滤防护材料在空气净化、水净化和废弃物排放等工业生产环节发挥着重要的作用,已成为现代工业生产不可缺少的一个部分。随着生物、医药、环保等各个领域的发展,对过滤防护材料的过滤精度和防护效果提出了更高的要求。
制备高效过滤介质最直接的方法就是在过滤材料中使用纳米尺寸的纤维。静电纺丝技术是新兴的制造纳米纤维的重要技术之一,其制造装备简单、操作方便,制造成本廉价、取材便宜、产品具有可控性,可实现工业化生产等优点,成为众人热衷的对象。用静电纺丝法制得的纤维比传统纺丝方法细得多,直径一般在数十纳米到数百纳米之间,所纺纳米纤维具有较高的比表面积、孔隙率、纤维的精细程度与均一性高、长径比大等优点。在生物医学组织工程材料、过滤材料、催化剂载体材料等领域有着重要的应用。
抗菌材料的抗菌效果取决于材料中添加的抗菌剂的类型和用量。抗菌剂根据其材料的不同,可分为有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂两种类型,有机抗菌剂为传统的抗菌剂,在医疗领域及各工业领域得到了广泛应用;无机抗菌剂通过将抗菌成分Ag,Zn等的离子及其化合物结合于无机材料而得。与有机抗菌剂相比,无机抗菌剂有高的安全性、持久性、抗菌广谱性、耐热性等优点,因而在各类材料中得到广泛应用。
聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene),一般称作“不粘涂层”或“易洁镬物料”,是一种使用了氟取代聚乙烯中所有氢原子的人工合成高分子材料。这种材料具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂。同时,聚四氟乙烯具有耐高温的特点,它的摩擦系数极低,所以可作润滑作用之余,亦成为了易洁镬和水管内层的理想涂料。聚四氟乙烯可采用压缩或挤出加工成型;也可制成水分散液,用于涂层、浸渍或制成纤维。聚四氟乙烯在原子能、国防、航天、电子、电气、化工、机械、仪器、仪表、建筑、纺织、金属表面处理、制药、医疗、纺织、食品、冶金冶炼等工业中广泛用作耐高低温、耐腐蚀材料,绝缘材料,防粘涂层等,使之成为不可取代的产品。
发明内容
针对现有过滤膜过滤效率低、过滤阻力高、抗菌性差的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种过滤面积大、阻力小、抗腐蚀、耐高温、强度高、可再生、抗菌效果好的抗菌过滤膜材料的制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现所述目的:
一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)含银抗菌剂聚合物A纺丝溶液的配制:
(a)将聚合物A溶于三氟化氯或五氟化氯溶剂中,在100~150℃下搅拌15~20h,配制成质量分数为5~15%的聚合物A溶液;
(b)将银抗菌剂加入到聚合物A溶液中,抗菌剂与聚合物A溶液的质量比为(0.1~1):100,磁力搅拌8~12h,超声脱泡20~30min,得到均匀透明的含银抗菌剂聚合物A纺丝溶液;
(2)含锌抗菌剂聚合物B纺丝溶液的配制:
(c)将聚合物B溶于有机溶剂中,在60~100℃下搅拌15~20h,配制成质量分数为5~12%的聚合物B溶液;
(d)将锌抗菌剂加入到聚合物B溶液中,抗菌剂与聚合物B溶液的质量比为(0.5~1.5):100,磁力搅拌8~12h,超声脱泡20~30min,得到均匀透明的含锌抗菌剂聚合物B纺丝溶液;
(3)静电纺丝制备纳米纤维膜
将含银抗菌剂聚合物A溶液和含锌抗菌剂聚合物B溶液分别注入纺丝注射器,摆放于纺丝设备内,并排电纺,调整电压为10~50kV;两个独立的喷丝头到接收装置的距离为10~30cm;喷丝头纺丝溶液的流量为1~3mL/h,接收装置的旋转速度为20~100rad/min,同时启动两台纺丝装置和旋转的接收装置进行静电纺丝,在旋转的接收装置上收集到厚度为50~500μm的纳米纤维无纺布;
其中,纤维直径为100-800nm,银抗菌剂的粒径为2-20nm,锌抗菌剂的粒径为2-15nm。
进一步,所述的含银抗菌剂为纳米银单质、氧化银、磺胺嘧啶银中的一种或几种。
进一步,所述的聚合物A为聚四氟乙烯,分子量Mw=5×104-1×107g/mol。
进一步,所述的含锌抗菌剂为钼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或两种。
进一步,所述的聚合物B为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、尼龙-6(PA-6)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰亚胺(PI)中的一种。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明采用两个纺丝装置共同纺丝,可以将多种性能优异的聚合物纤维交错混合在一起,纤维与纤维互相均匀交错,保证了纤维膜受力的均匀性,降低膜的过滤阻力,旋转的接收装置有利于纤维的取向拉伸,提高纤维的结晶度,从而提高纤维膜的强度。
(2)本发明添加的无机抗菌粒子均一分布于纳米纤维表面,比表面积增加,能够有效提高抗菌粒与细菌的接触面积,有效提高膜的抗菌能力。
(3)本发明的制备方法简单,成本低廉,对设备要求低,适合规模化生产。

具体实施方式
现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
含银抗菌剂聚四氟乙烯纺丝溶液的配制
(1)将分子量Mw=5×104g/mol聚四氟乙烯溶于三氟化氯溶剂中,在100℃下搅拌20h,配制成质量分数为10%的聚四氟乙烯溶液;
(2)将粒径为6-10nm的纳米银抗菌剂加入到聚四氟乙烯溶液中,抗菌剂与聚四氟乙烯溶液的质量比为0.5:100,磁力搅拌8h,超声脱泡20min,得到均匀透明的聚四氟乙烯纺丝溶液;
含锌抗菌剂聚合物B纺丝溶液的配制
(1)将聚丙烯腈溶于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,在60℃下搅拌15h,配制成质量分数为10%的聚丙烯腈溶液;
(2)将粒径为2-8nm的钼酸锌抗菌剂加入到聚丙烯腈溶液中,抗菌剂与聚丙烯腈溶液的质量比为1:100,磁力搅拌8h,超声脱泡30min,得到均匀透明的聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液;
静电纺丝制备纳米纤维膜
将上述两种纺丝溶液分别注入纺丝注射器(9#针头),摆放于纺丝设备内,并排电纺,如图1所述,调整聚四氟乙烯纺丝电压为15kV,喷丝头纺丝溶液的流量为1mL/h;聚丙烯腈纺丝电压为10kV,喷丝头纺丝溶液的流量为1.5mL/h;两个独立的喷丝头到接收装置的距离为10cm;接收装置的旋转速度为20rad/min同时启动两台纺丝装置和旋转的接收装置进行静电纺丝,在旋转的接收装置上收集到直径为400nm,厚度为50μm的纳米纤维无纺布。纤维的表面形貌如图2、图3的扫描电镜和透射电镜所示。
实施例2-6与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于表1。

采用本领域通用的测试方法对实施例和对比例制得的纤维膜进行抗菌效果,拉伸强度,扯断伸长率测试,测试结果如表2。

1.一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)含银抗菌剂聚合物A纺丝溶液的配制:
(a)将聚合物A溶于三氟化氯或五氟化氯溶剂中,在100~150℃下搅拌15~20 h,配制成质量分数为5~15%的聚合物A溶液;
(b)将银抗菌剂加入到聚合物A溶液中,抗菌剂与聚合物A溶液的质量比为(0.1~1):100,磁力搅拌8~12 h,超声脱泡20~30 min,得到均匀透明的含银抗菌剂聚合物A纺丝溶液;
(2)含锌抗菌剂聚合物B纺丝溶液的配制:
(c)将聚合物B溶于有机溶剂中,在60~100℃下搅拌15~20 h,配制成质量分数为5~12%的聚合物B溶液;
(d)将锌抗菌剂加入到聚合物B溶液中,抗菌剂与聚合物B溶液的质量比为(0.5~1.5):100,磁力搅拌8~12 h,超声脱泡20~30 min,得到均匀透明的含锌抗菌剂聚合物B纺丝溶液;
(3)静电纺丝制备纳米纤维膜
将含银抗菌剂聚合物A溶液和含锌抗菌剂聚合物B溶液分别注入纺丝注射器,摆放于纺丝设备内,并排电纺,调整电压为10~50kV;两个独立的喷丝头到接收装置的距离为10~30cm ;喷丝头纺丝溶液的流量为1~3 mL/h,接收装置的旋转速度为20~100 rad/min,同时启动两台纺丝装置和旋转的接收装置进行静电纺丝,在旋转的接收装置上收集到厚度为50~500 μm的纳米纤维无纺布;
其中,纤维直径为100-800 nm,银抗菌剂的粒径为2-20 nm,锌抗菌剂的粒径为2-15nm。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述银抗菌剂为纳米银单质、氧化银、磺胺嘧啶银中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的聚合物A为聚四氟乙烯,分子量Mw=5×104 - 1×107 g/mol。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的锌抗菌剂为钼酸锌、氧化锌中的一种或两种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的聚合物B为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯腈、尼龙-6、聚丙烯、聚酰亚胺中的一种。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种抗菌过滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(c)中所述的有机溶剂为三氟乙酸、二甲基亚砜、甲酸、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中的一种或几种混合。
