本发明公开了一种治疗卵巢癌的中药，由八角莲、仙鹤草、肿节风、凤尾草、毛郁金、白芍、白芷、连翘、玉米须制成，作用在于扶正培本，益气养血，活血化瘀，清热解毒，具有良好的抗癌效果。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗卵巢癌的中药组合物。
背景技术
卵巢癌是女性生殖器官常见的肿瘤之一，发病率仅次于子宫颈癌和子宫体癌而列居第三位。但因卵巢癌致死者，却占各类妇科肿瘤的首位，对妇女生命造成严重威胁。 卵巢癌的病因尚不清楚，其发病可能与年龄、生育、血型、精神因素及环境等有关。中医认为卵巢癌属于中医的“症瘕”、“积聚”范畴。卵巢癌的发病，是由于正气不足，邪气内胜，而引起。一般在发病初期以攻邪为主兼扶正气；正气虚则主要表现为气阴两虚。后期则以扶正为主兼除邪气。邪气主要有气滞血瘀，湿毒壅盛两种类型。中医治疗卵巢癌在卵巢癌患者的治疗过程中有着非常重要的作用，在临床上取到了很好的疗效。中医中药治疗卵巢癌既可以抑制癌细胞，还可以巩固根本，提高患者的自身抵抗力，副作用很小，适合长期使用，效果独特有效。无论是在手术前后，还是化疗治疗的辅助治疗，中医中药疗效都得到了明确的验证，起到协同增效的作用。
大量临床病例显示，卵巢癌通过中医中药结合治疗可使病人的病情得到大大改善，免疫疗力提高，减轻患者的痛苦，提高生存质量，延长生命，是一种有效的治疗措施。卵巢癌的中医中药治疗可以改变化疗后的副反应，起到杀灭癌细胞的作用，还降低了手术后的损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种疗效显著、成本低廉、几乎无毒副作用的治疗卵巢癌的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗卵巢癌的中药组合物，由以下重量份数的原料药制成：八角莲60份、仙鹤草60份、肿节风60份、凤尾草60份、毛郁金30份、白芍15份、白芷15份、连翘15份、玉米须30份。
本发明的优点是：
本发明治疗卵巢癌的中药可以扶正固本、补气养血，健脾疏肝，化瘀解毒。较好地缓解化疗反应，可防止癌症的复发和转移，以提高病人的综合治疗效果。达到改善患者症状，彻底杀灭癌细胞的目的。
具体实施方式：
实施例1
按重量比（以g计）取八角莲60、仙鹤草60、肿节风60、凤尾草60、毛郁金30、白芍15、白芷15、连翘15、玉米须30。
先将八角莲、仙鹤草、肿节风、凤尾草、毛郁金、玉米须加入10倍量的水100℃加热并浓缩至原体积的1/2，降低温度至60℃后，再按比例加入白芍、白芷、连翘，保持60℃浓缩至初始体积的1/5 ，过滤后制得一剂。
以下结合实验资料及临床资料对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、实验资料
取4-6周龄裸鼠，于小鼠肩胛区皮下注射2x105/ml对数生长期的卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3细胞0.5ml。种植2周后，选择形成直径1-2cm的瘤体的小鼠待用。将卵巢癌皮下移植瘤动物模型的裸鼠随机分为如下3组：模型对照组、阳性对照组、试验组，每组8只。以顺铂为阳性对照，腹腔给药，连续给药l2d。模型对照组灌胃等体积0.9％生理盐水，试验组灌胃32ml/kg/d本发明药物，均连续给药30d。给药方式见表1。各组停药2d后，脱颈处死小鼠，剥离出肿瘤，测体积，称重，计算肿瘤抑制百分率=(1-治疗组平均瘤重/ 模型对照组平均瘤重)×100％。

试验结果表明（参见表2）：与模型对照组相比，各治疗组对小鼠卵巢癌模型中的肿瘤生长的抑制作用均具有显著性差异（P<0.05），这说明本发明的中药组合物在治疗卵巢癌方面具有极其显著的疗效。另外，本发明的试验组与化疗顺铂组相比在抑瘤率方面没有显著性差异，这说明本发明的中药组合物的疗效与化疗药物相当，并且在获得显著药效的同时具有毒副作用低的优势，获得了预料不到的技术效果。

二、临床资料
本发明以中医卵巢癌为例，经66例临床观察。选择中医诊断卵巢癌为标准：肢软乏力，小腹胀痛，CT见卵巢部位肿瘤。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象，无其它严重疾病，年龄为31岁~62岁，平均年龄53.6岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，肢体有力，腹部不适消失，卵巢肿瘤瘤体缩小，其它部位未见新生肿瘤。
2、有效：体质增强，卵巢肿瘤未见增大，其它部位未见新生肿瘤。
3、无效：症状无变化，卵巢肿瘤瘤体增大，或者其它部位出现新生肿瘤。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用给予本发明中药治疗，服用一个月为一个疗程。服用方法：将实施例1制得的药物，每天一剂，一剂分早晚两次服用，1个月后症状有明显改善。临床实验的66人中，显效43人，有效21人，无效2人，总有效率96.97％。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗卵巢癌的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料药制成：八角莲60份、仙鹤草60份、肿节风60份、凤尾草60份、毛郁金30份、白芍15份、白芷15份、连翘15份、玉米须30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗卵巢癌的中药组合物，其特征在于通过如下方法制得：按照所述配比将八角莲、仙鹤草、肿节风、凤尾草、毛郁金、玉米须加入10倍量的水100℃加热并浓缩至原体积的1/2，降低温度至60℃后，再按比例加入白芍、白芷、连翘，保持60℃浓缩至初始体积的1/5 ，过滤即得。
