本发明公开了一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片及其制备方法,是由下列重量份原料组成:香附50‑60、山楂30‑35、花生红衣10‑12、木瓜汁30‑35、土茯苓10‑12、柠檬片6‑7、薄荷脑3‑3.5、枸杞多糖5‑6、葡萄酒30‑35、荷叶10‑12、枸橼超微粉13‑15、合欢皮11‑13、藕粉100‑120。本发明的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,所含有效成分具有开胃、理气解郁、止痛等保健作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药饮片技术领域,尤其涉及一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片及其值比方法。
背景技术
中药饮片是在中医药理论指导下,根据辨证论治原则和制剂调剂的需要,对中药材加工炮制的成品,是中医临床用药、发挥辨证加减、体现个性化用药原则的基础。中药饮片是中药行业三大支柱之一 ,也是我国传统医药学的重要组成部分,在防病、治病中发挥着重要的作用。因此中药饮片质量的优劣将直接影响到中医临床治疗的效果,影响到人民群众生命健康及用药的安全性。
中药破壁粉体及中药破壁饮片是中药粉末应用的现代发展,其物质基础的利用率较传统饮片有较大幅度提高。研究工作围绕相关领域展开了超过300个子课题的攻关研究。中药材绝大部分来源于天然的植物,少量来源于动物、矿物质和人工制品。而植物类中药材均具有细胞壁结构,用传统煎煮提取方式,细胞壁在很大程度上会阻止细胞内有效物质的溶出,造成中药材有效成分利用率低,资源浪费严重。中药破壁饮片通过现代粉碎技术打破细胞壁,让细胞壁内的物质易于溶出及混合均匀,能有效改善中药材因其部位和组织等不同而造成的物质基础不均匀性的问题,提高药材中有效成分的浸出率和利用率,也实现了中药无需长时间高温煎煮提取的过程,且应用便捷。而在中药材破壁环节,合理的破细胞壁粉体粒径便是其关键。一般细胞的直径都在10-100μm左右。通过细胞级微粉碎处理后,将中药材粉碎至300目(筛孔内径为47μm),细胞破壁率可达到86.5%。300目以上中药粉体,98%微粉只能看到细胞碎片。一般300 目中药粉末用显微镜检测到的中心粒径为4-10μm。这种粒径的微粉中药可使其成分利用率提高至60-90%。从经济和技术综合考评,中药破壁饮片选择超微粉碎加工至D90<45μm,即90%以上的粉体粒径<45μm(300目以上)的粉体作为中药破壁粉体的标准。这种破细胞壁处理属于精细物理加工过程,不对细胞内的物质成分造成质的改变。中药的破壁粉碎技术业内现已成熟的有两类:一是有刚性固体介质参与的,借助撞击、剪切、摩擦等传统粉碎原理打破细胞壁的技术;二是没有刚性固体介质参与的,利用强烈气流让中药粉体自身高频、快速撞击而打破细胞壁的技术。刚性固体介质参与的粉碎技术的特点是:介质由于受到撞击和摩擦,易磨损脱落,污染药材;介质高速撞击、剪切药材时,使药材产生较高温度,不利于热敏成分的保护;但该技术对药材的适应范围宽,对物料的物理性质要求低。气流粉碎技术的特点是:没有刚性固体介质接触物料,气流高速释放的吸热和物料撞击的产热抵消,物料在粉碎过程不升温,从而使热敏成分得到有效保护;但气流粉碎技术对物料的物理性质要求较高,适应范围较窄。为最大限度的保证经细胞破壁处理的中药粉体无污染、不升温,中药破壁饮片选择气流粉碎技术实现破细胞壁。中药破壁饮片经破壁粉碎处理后,形成了比表面积大、易吸潮、易氧化和流动性差的粉体,极不稳定且难以满足工业化生产对其流动性的要求。因此,让中药破壁粉体在破壁后再次成型以降低比表面积,提高稳定性就是其产业化的技术关键。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,是由下列重量份原料组成:
香附50-60、山楂30-35、花生红衣10-12、木瓜汁30-35、土茯苓10-12、柠檬片6-7、薄荷脑3-3.5、枸杞多糖5-6、葡萄酒30-35、荷叶10-12、枸橼超微粉13-15、合欢皮11-13、藕粉100-120。
所述的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、将山楂、花生红衣、土茯苓、柠檬片、葡萄酒、合欢皮加入蒸锅内,共煎煮两遍,滤后的煎煮液取出,装入洁净容器内;
2)、将香附、荷叶于不锈钢容器内混合均匀,并将其投入粉碎机,粉碎成细粉后过100-120目筛,再利用气流粉碎技术,对其进行细加工,使其达到300-350目;
3)、将步骤2所得混合物与薄荷脑、枸杞多糖、枸橼超微粉、藕粉加入混合机内,待充分混合后,加入步骤1所得的混合煎煮液、木瓜汁进行搅拌制软材,搅拌15-20分钟;
4)、将步骤3所得物取出置不锈钢盘内堆积成堆,表面拍打光滑,用无纺布盖严,于温度为30-35℃、湿度70-80%,进行发酵,3-4天后,待料堆表面均匀生出白霉衣,并出现裂纹,掰开断面具有蜂窝状时,发酵完成备用;
5)、将步骤4发酵好的混合物整碎,放入成型器中,按成型器标准操作规程进行操作,切成棱长1.0-1.5cm的立方小块;
6)、将步骤5所得立方小块,装入一洁净不锈钢烘盘中,铺平,不得挤压,放入热风循环烘箱中进行烘干,按照热风循环烘箱标准操作规程进行操作,干燥温度为70-80℃,干燥时间为4-5小时,含水量控制在7-12%,干燥后,取出,放凉,装入洁净容器内,采用外、内二层复合包装的形式,内层包装为无毒聚乙烯袋,外层包装为瓦楞纸箱,干燥保存。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,通过气流粉碎技术对物料进行粉碎,没有刚性固体介质接触物料,气流高速释放的吸热和物料撞击的产热抵消,物料在粉碎过程不升温,从而使热敏成分得到有效保护。
2、本发明将香附同荷叶粉碎至一定程度后,再通过气流粉碎技术处理,破除细胞壁,有利于细胞内的有效成分浸出,并用提取的中药煎煮液、木瓜汁进行制软,然后发酵,不仅改善口感,同时增强药效,丰富有益成分。
3、本发明的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,通过再造塑形后,不仅外形匀称,精巧,方便冲饮,同时有利于防潮,增强稳定性。
4、本发明的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,所含有效成分具有开胃、理气解郁、止痛等保健作用。
具体实施方式
一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,是由下列重量份原料组成:
香附50、山楂30、花生红衣10、木瓜汁30、土茯苓10、柠檬片6、薄荷脑3、枸杞多糖5、葡萄酒30、荷叶10、枸橼超微粉13、合欢皮11、藕粉100。
所述的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、将山楂、花生红衣、土茯苓、柠檬片、葡萄酒、合欢皮加入蒸锅内,共煎煮两遍,滤后的煎煮液取出,装入洁净容器内;
2)、将香附、荷叶于不锈钢容器内混合均匀,并将其投入粉碎机,粉碎成细粉后过100目筛,再利用气流粉碎技术,对其进行细加工,使其达到300目;
3)、将步骤2所得混合物与薄荷脑、枸杞多糖、枸橼超微粉、藕粉加入混合机内,待充分混合后,加入步骤1所得的混合煎煮液、木瓜汁进行搅拌制软材,搅拌15分钟;
4)、将步骤3所得物取出置不锈钢盘内堆积成堆,表面拍打光滑,用无纺布盖严,于温度为30℃、湿度70%,进行发酵,3天后,待料堆表面均匀生出白霉衣,并出现裂纹,掰开断面具有蜂窝状时,发酵完成备用;
5)、将步骤4发酵好的混合物整碎,放入成型器中,按成型器标准操作规程进行操作,切成棱长1.0cm的立方小块;
6)、将步骤5所得立方小块,装入一洁净不锈钢烘盘中,铺平,不得挤压,放入热风循环烘箱中进行烘干,按照热风循环烘箱标准操作规程进行操作,干燥温度为70℃,干燥时间为4小时,含水量控制在7%,干燥后,取出,放凉,装入洁净容器内,采用外、内二层复合包装的形式,内层包装为无毒聚乙烯袋,外层包装为瓦楞纸箱,干燥保存。

1.一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,其特征在于是由下列重量份原料组成:
香附50-60、山楂30-35、花生红衣10-12、木瓜汁30-35、土茯苓10-12、柠檬片6-7、薄荷脑3-3.5、枸杞多糖5-6、葡萄酒30-35、荷叶10-12、枸橼超微粉13-15、合欢皮11-13、藕粉100-120。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开胃解郁微酵香附饮片,其特征在于是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、将山楂、花生红衣、土茯苓、柠檬片、葡萄酒、合欢皮加入蒸锅内,共煎煮两遍,滤后的煎煮液取出,装入洁净容器内;
2)、将香附、荷叶于不锈钢容器内混合均匀,并将其投入粉碎机,粉碎成细粉后过100-120目筛,再利用气流粉碎技术,对其进行细加工,使其达到300-350目;
