腰肌劳损，又称功能性腰痛、慢性下腰损伤、腰臀肌筋膜炎等，实为腰部肌肉及其附着点筋膜或骨膜的慢性损伤性炎症，是腰痛的常见原因之一，主要症状是腰或腰骶部胀痛、酸痛，反复发作，疼痛可随气候变化或劳累程度而变化，如日间劳累加重，休息后可减轻时轻时重，为临床常见病，多发病，发病因素较多。其日积月累，可使肌纤维变性，甚而少量撕裂，形成瘢痕、纤维索条或粘连，遗留长期慢性腰背痛。

生地220g、茯苓200g、肉桂60g、丹皮75g、山萸肉75g、秦艽90g、黄柏75g、红花90g、续断115g、浮小麦230g、菟丝子115g、怀牛膝115g、金樱子115g、淫羊藿(炒)115g、独活90g、桑寄生115g、虎杖120g、杜仲115g、狗脊120g、舒筋草230g、骨碎补150g、远志120g、老鹤草230g、延胡索120g、地龙75g、补骨脂120g、酸枣仁120g、赤芍90g，蜂蜜适量。
一种用于治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、除蜂蜜外，将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、①将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡1小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入煎锅内，加入过药38mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮50分钟，滤取药液；②药渣中再次加入过药35mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮45分钟，滤取药液；③将二次药液混合浓缩至糊状，然后干燥（80℃）、粉碎、过筛即得药粉；
C、按照传统制备中药蜜丸剂的方法，将研磨好的药粉放入无菌室中的药器中混合拌均，然后与蜂蜜调和，制备成蜜丸剂（其蜜丸的粒度为：5.1mm-5.2mm），干燥（低温60℃），分装密封即可。
一种用于治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述服用方法为：将制备好的蜜丸剂药物以每日三次服用，早中晚各服一次，给药量9g/次，服药10～20天，同时配合外敷药物治疗，诸症消失，病获痊愈。随访数年，未见复发。
本发明组方中的各原料中药在中国药典、中国辞典以及中华本草中均有详细的记载。本发明选用其中最常见的中药为原料，充分发挥各组分的药理功效：
生地，性味：味甘、苦、性寒，具有清热、凉血之功效，用于治疗温热病热入营血、壮热神昏、口干舌绛；
茯苓，性味：甘、淡、平，具有渗湿利水、健脾和胃、宁心安神之功效，用于治疗小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕吐、脾虚食少、泄泻、心悸不安、失眠健忘、遗精白浊等症；
肉桂，性味：性大热、味辛、甘，具有补火助阳、引火归源、散寒止痛、活血通经之功效，用于治疗阳痿、宫冷、心腹冷痛、虚寒吐泻、经闭、痛经；
丹皮，性味：辛苦、凉、微寒，具有清热、活血散瘀之功效，用于治疗温热病热入血分、发斑、吐衄、热泪盈眶病菌后期热伏阴分发热、阴虚骨蒸潮热、血滞经闭、痛经、痈肿疮毒、跌扑伤痛、风湿热痹等症；
山萸肉，性味：味酸、性微温，具有补益肝肾、收敛固脱之功效，用于治疗腰头晕目眩、耳聋耳鸣、腰膝酸软、跹精滑精、小便频数、虚汗不止、妇女崩漏；
秦艽，性味：苦、辛、微寒，具有祛风湿、舒筋络、清虚热、利湿退黄之功效，用于治疗风湿痹通痛、筋骨拘挛、手足不遂、骨蒸潮热、小儿疳热、湿热黄疸等症；
黄柏，性味：苦、寒，具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒之功效，用于治疗湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸、梦遗、淋浊、带下、骨蒸劳热、以及口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、痈疽疮毒、皮肤湿疹等症；
红花，性味：味辛、性温，具有活血能经、祛瘀止痛之功效，用于治疗经闭、痛经、产后瘀阻腹痛、胞痹心痛癥瘕积聚、跌打损伤、关节疼痛、中风偏竣、斑疹等症；
续断，性味：味苦、辛、性微温，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、调血脉、止崩漏之功效，用于治疗腰背酸痛、肢节痿痹、跌扑创伤、损筋折骨、胎动漏红、血崩、遗精、带下、痈疽疮肿等症；
浮小麦，性味：味甘、性凉，具有除虚热、止汗之功效，用于治疗止阴虚发热、盗汗、自汗等症；
菟丝子 ，性味：辛甘、平，具有补肾益精、养肝明目、固胎止泄之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸痛、遗精、阳痿、早泄、不育、消渴、淋浊、遗尿、目昏耳鸣、胎动不安、流产、泄泻等症；
怀牛膝，性味：苦、酸、性平，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、活血通经、引敌国（火)下行、利尿通淋之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸痛、下肢痿软、血滞经闭、痛经、产后血瘀腹痛、徵瘕、胞衣不下、热淋、血淋、跌打损伤、痈肿恶疮、咽喉肿痛等症；
金樱子，性味：酸涩、平，无毒，具有固精、缩尿、涩肠、止带之功效，用于治疗滑精、滑精、遗尿、尿频、久泻、久痢、白浊、白带、崩漏、脱肛、子宫下垂等症；
淫羊藿(炒)HUO，性味：辛甘、温，具有补肾壮阳、祛风除湿的功效，用于治疗阳痿不举、小便淋沥、筋骨挛急、半身不遂、腰膝无力、风湿痹痛、四肢不仁；
独活，性味：味苦、辛、性微湿，具有祛风胜湿、散寒止痛之功效，用于治疗风寒湿痹、腰膝疼痛、头痛齿痛等症；
桑寄生，性味：苦、甘、性平，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、安胎之功效，用于治疗腰膝酸痛、筋骨痿弱、肢体偏枯、风湿痹痛、头错目眩、胎动不安、崩漏下血等症；
虎杖，性味：苦、酸、性微寒，具有活血散瘀、祛风通络、清热利湿、解毒之功效，用于治疗妇女经闭、痛经、产后恶露不下、症瘕积聚、跌扑损伤、风湿痹痛、湿热黄疸、淋浊带下、疮疡肿毒、毒蛇咬伤、水火烫伤等症；
杜仲，性味：甘、微辛、性温，具有补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎之功效，用于治疗腰脊酸疼、阳痿、尿频、小便余沥、风湿痹痛、胎动不安、习惯性流产等症；
狗脊，性味：苦、甘、温，具有除风湿、健腰脚、利关节之功效，用于治疗肾虚腰痛脊强、足膝软弱无力、风湿痹痛、尿频、遗精、白带过多等症；
舒筋草，性味：温、微甜，无毒，具有祛风除湿、舒筋活血、明目、解毒之功效，用于治疗风湿关节痛、跌打损伤、筋骨疼痛、月经不调、脚转筋、夜盲症、盗汗、风湿腰痛、腰肌劳损、水火烫伤、疮疡肿毒等症；
骨碎补，性味：苦、性温，具有补肾强骨、活血止痛之功效，用于治疗肾虚腰痛、足膝痿弱、耳聋、牙痛、久泄、遗尿、跌打骨折及斑秃等症；
远志，性味：辛、苦、性微温，具有宁心安神、祛痰开窍、解毒消肿之功效，用于治疗心神不安、惊悸失眠、健忘、惊痫、咳嗽痰多、痈疽发背、乳房肿痛等症；
老鹤草，性味：味苦、甘、平，具有祛风除湿、舒筋活络、止泻之功效，用于治疗风湿痹痛、肢体麻木、筋骨酸痛、湿热泻痢等症；
延胡索，性味：辛、苦、温，无毒，具有活血、散瘀、理气、止痛之功效，用于治疗心腹腰膝诸痛、月经不调、症瘕、崩中、产后血晕、恶露不尽、跌打损伤等症；
地龙，性味：味咸、性寒，具有清势止痉、平肝熄风、通经活络、平喘利尿之功效，用于治疗热病发热狂燥、惊痫抽搐、肝阳头痛、中风偏瘫、风湿痹痛、肺热喘咳、小便不通等症；
补骨脂，性味：味辛、苦、性温，具有补肾助阳、纳气平喘、温脾止泻之功效，用于治疗肾阳不足、下元虚冷、腰膝冷痛、阳痿精、尿频、遗尿、肾不纳气、虚喘不止、脾肾两虚、大便久泻、白癜风、斑秃、银屑病等症；
酸枣仁，性味：甘、平，具有宁心安神、养肝、敛汗之功效，用于治疗虚烦不眠、惊悸怔忡、体虚自汗、盗汗等症；
赤芍，性味：苦、微寒，具有清热凉血、活血祛瘀之功效，用于治疗温毒发斑、吐血衄血、肠风下血、目赤肿痛、痈肿疮疡、闭经、痛经、崩带淋浊、瘀滞胁痛、疝瘕积聚、跌扑损伤等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就肾阴虚型腰肌劳损，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明就是针对上述肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

一种用于治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地220g、茯苓200g、肉桂60g、丹皮75g、山萸肉75g、秦艽90g、黄柏75g、红花90g、续断115g、浮小麦230g、菟丝子115g、怀牛膝115g、金樱子115g、淫羊藿(炒)115g、独活90g、桑寄生115g、虎杖120g、杜仲115g、狗脊120g、舒筋草230g、骨碎补150g、远志120g、老鹤草230g、延胡索120g、地龙75g、补骨脂120g、酸枣仁120g、赤芍90g，蜂蜜适量。
实施例2：
一种用于治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地250g、茯苓230g、肉桂50g、丹皮85g、山萸肉85g、秦艽105g、黄柏85g、红花105g、续断135g、浮小麦260g、菟丝子135g、怀牛膝135g、金樱子135g、淫羊藿(炒) 135g、独活105g、桑寄生135g、虎杖135g、杜仲135g、狗脊135g、舒筋草260g、骨碎补170g、远志130g、老鹤草260g、延胡索135g、地龙85g、补骨脂135g、酸枣仁135g、赤芍105g，蜂蜜适量。
实施例3：
一种用于治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地300g、茯苓260g、肉桂60g、丹皮100g、山萸肉100g、秦艽120g、黄柏100g、红花120g、续断160g、浮小麦300g、菟丝子160g、怀牛膝160g、金樱子160g、淫羊藿(炒) 160g、独活120g、桑寄生160g、虎杖160g、杜仲160g、狗脊160g、舒筋草300g、骨碎补200g、远志150g、老鹤草300g、延胡索160g、地龙100g、补骨脂160g、酸枣仁160g、赤芍120g，蜂蜜适量。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损患者共600例，年龄为50岁以上的355例，只有245例为50岁以下。600例患者中痊愈的578例，显效的22例，总有效率达100%。

生地100～300g、茯苓150～260g、肉桂200～60g、丹皮60～100g、山萸肉50～100g、秦艽50～120g、黄柏30～100g、红花30～120g、续断60～160g、浮小麦150～300g、菟丝子60～160g、怀牛膝50～160g、金樱子90～160g、淫羊藿(炒)50～160g、独活30～120g、桑寄生100～160g、虎杖100～160g、杜仲60～160g、狗脊100～160g、舒筋草150～300g、骨碎补100～200g、远志50～150g、老鹤草90～300g、延胡索80～160g、地龙50～100g、补骨脂60～160g、酸枣仁60～160g、赤芍40～120g，蜂蜜适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗肾阴虚型腰肌劳损的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地115～250g、茯苓180～230g、肉桂23～50g、丹皮70～85g、山萸肉60～85g、秦艽60～105g、黄柏36～85g、红花40～105g、续断70～135g、浮小麦180～260g、菟丝子70～135g、怀牛膝60～135g、金樱子100～135g、淫羊藿(炒)60～135g、独活40～105g、桑寄生115～135g、虎杖115～135g、杜仲80～135g、狗脊115～135g、舒筋草200～260g、骨碎补115～170g、远志80～130g、老鹤草120～260g、延胡索100～135g、地龙60～85g、补骨脂70～135g、酸枣仁70～135g、赤芍50～105g，蜂蜜适量。
